Because it is difficult to respond to a constantly changing environment with individual ability and creativity alone, many organizations are forming teams and seeking ways to make the teams more active. Team learning behavior allows team members to and create better performance based on such accumulated knowledge and experience within a team. In particular, the process of team learning not only explicit and formalized knowledge but also implicit and informal experiences is important from the perspective of knowledge management. However, there were limitations in utilizing research results on team learning behavior because the concepts were fragmented and the measurements were different for each researcher. In this study, an integrated model was presented by examining concepts related to team learning behaviors. Moreover, the measurement model of team learning behaviors was validated for the Korean context. The measurement model consisted of five factors: sharing and elaboration, constructive conflict, team reflection, team activity, and storage and utilization. This tool was confirmed through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this study are expected to have implications for team researchers and practitioners who diagnose and improve the level of team learning behavior within an organization.

In the modern academic research environment, the advancement of digital technology provides researchers with increasingly diverse and rich access to information, but at the same time, the issue of author identification has emerged as a new challenge. The problem of author identification is a major factor that undermines the transparency and accuracy of academic communication, potentially causing confusion in the accurate attribution of research results and the construction of research networks. In response, identifier systems such as the International Standard Name Identifier (ISNI) and Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID) have been introduced, but still face limitations due to low participation by authors and inaccurate entry of information. This study focuses on researching information management methods for identification from the moment author information is first entered into the system, proposing ways to improve the accuracy of author identification and maximize the efficiency of academic information services. Through this, it aims to renew awareness of the issue of author identification within the academic community and present concrete measures that related institutions and researchers can take to solve this problem.

전통적 유방염치료에서 변화는 현대적 우유생산 설비인 덴마크의 연구로부터 나온 결과와 문헌적 고찰을 배경으로 논의된 것이다. 덴마크의 전통적 농장운영제도는 전통적 농부들의 현대화와 1987년에 변화 시킨 정부의 규제법규로 제도화된 것에 의하여 근본적인 형태의 목표로 특성화되어 진다. 모든 질병은 품종, 우사 설비, 사료공급과 경영작전을 통하여 예방되어지는 전통적 농장운영체제에 대한 지침에 의존되어야 하였다. 치료의 농가 선택에 대하여 특별히 관심을 둔 정부규칙은 1. 모든 의학적 예방은 금지된다. 2. 의학적 치료에 뒤 따르는 배출시간은 전통적 농장운영에 비하여 3배가 연장된다. 3. 모든 치료는 수의사에 의하여 수행되어야 한다. 연구는 예방과 치료작전에 초점을 맞춘 전통적 농장운영체제에서 수행한 것이다. 이 과제에서 몇 가지 유방염은 농가자신의 치료로 설명되었으며 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 각 목장에서 유방염은 마싸지 시행과 캠퍼(camphor)또는 페퍼민트오일(pebbermint oil)의 국소응용 그리고 어떤 목장은 동종 요법적 치료(同種 療法的 治療 = Homoeopathic treatment)로 손착유로 하고 농가자신이 치료하였다. 이 결과에서 농부자신의 치료와 수의사 치료가 보여 준 것은 성공 사이에 유의한 차이가 없다. 변화와 전통적 치료에 추가하여 비의학적 치료가 검토되었다. 유방염 건에서 농부 대 수의사 역할은 유방염 문제점이 있는 목장에 근거하면은 똑같다고 검토되었다. 동종 요법적 치료의 문헌연구는 경험을 통하여 수행되어진 것이다. 현 과제는 목장의 치료작전 안에서 종합되고 있는 동종 요법적 치료의 실제적 현상이 설명되고 있다 동종요법은 어떤 건에서 반응이 제안될 수 있는 유방염치료와 관계되는 치료 방법이다. 그러나 덴마크의 경험에서 전통은 유방염 건에서 치료의 선택에 영향이 있을 것이라는 것으로 비교적 제한되어 있다 이 치료에 대한 원리의 배경을 검토하였다.

Tn the modern integrated healthcare environment, digital technology plays a critical role in the success of its operation. For overcoming the deteriorated healthcare management environment is to improve business service ability, cost and management efficiency through information processing of the business service process and the decision support system. For a solution of these problems, the Hospital Information System(HIS) was introduced. In this paper we proposed HIS system through the HL7-based with legacy system that improves both the efficiencies of medical of office and medical treatments. The implementation of HIS system enables combination of legacy systems including HL7 based OCS and PACS. And we proved the effective HIS development method provided by analysis of total module.

Manufacturing companies expand their revenue sources by advancing into upstream or downstream of business value chains with special focus on service. Such a new movement is called as servicizing. We introduce various successful cases of automobile industry in Korean and overseas countries. Information technology has been taking a critical role in automobile manufacturer's servicizing efforts leveraging their manufacturing capabilities and brand power. Servicizing cases include telematics, collision prevention, used-car sales, rental, and car life of Japanese, German and three Korean automobile companies.

There may exist differences in R&D patterns between multinational enterprises and domestically owned firms located in catching-up countries. This paper examines the differences in R&D patterns between different ownership in Korea. In order to do this, the paper has conducted the in-depth interview of the major multinational and local firms. The interviewed firms has been selected mainly from the telecommunication, semiconductor and display industries. The paper reveals that multinational firms tend to focus on sales-oriented R& while domestically owned firms are likely to cover the range of development, applied and basic research. The most outstanding difference lies in the length of R&D period. The domestic firms apparently turn out to conduct longer period R&D projects than multinational firms. In addition it is revealed that local firms need to develop their own capability, whereas foreign companies in Korea can acquire advanced technology and scientific knowledge from the R&D centers in their home countries. On the basis of the research findings, this paper discusses some implications and recommendations for Korea and other catching-up countries.

The objective of this study is to interpret that at international business management, overseas marketing research is very important to enter the new market as well as competitive market in the wold. There are many distinct components of the environment which can affect the exporting company, so the exporting company must to find the opportunities and threats in foreign market after it researches the firms export potential for successful or survival themselves. Often the export marketing research is a more difficult and complex task than the domestic marketing research. As international marketing activities for exporting company, an investigator has to get abilities for understanding regional culture and to analyze the data for investigation and findings as skeptical mind.

The development of modern ICT and network technologies has made the business environment smart.and under such circumstances, a great deal of data is being generated, stored and used. The important information that becomes an energy source for corporate management creates economic profit and value and is also utilized as a basis for strong influence. Therefore, important information must ensure its availability and convenience while ensuring confidentiality and integrity, which is the basic objective of information protection. However, most companies are seeing more and more incidents of serious damage due to the leakage of important internal information. In this study, we deal with the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and solutions to prevent internal information leakage and establish stable data security and information protection management.
