2012년 2월 5일을 기점으로 하여 소방검정 시스템에 대하여 전반적인 변화가 있었다. "소방시설 설치 유지 및 안전관리에 관한 법률" 개정시행과 동시에 행정안전부령인 "소방용 기계 기구의 형식승인 등에 관한 규칙"이 "소방용품의 품질관리에 관한 규칙"으로 명칭이 변경되었다. 이에 따라 제품검사방법에 제조업체에서 유통 전에 생산시마다 검사하는 생산제품검사와 제조업체의 품질관리에 따라 검사하는 품질제품검사를 도입하는 등 소방검정시스템이 크게 바뀌었으며 이에 따른 주요 변경사항과 소방검정시스템에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

식품의약품안전청은 안전상비의약품의 약국 외 판매를 도입하는 내용의 "약사법"이 개정(법률 제11421호, 2012. 5. 14.공포)됨에 따라 일반소비자가 안전상비의약품의 효능 효과, 용법 용량 등의 정보를 쉽고 정확하게 이해하여 안전하게 사용할 수 있도록 안전상비의약품의 기재요령을 정하고 기존 고시의 문제점을 보완하고자 의약품 표시 등에 관한 규정 일부개정고시(안)를 행정예고했다. 또한 식약청은 "의약품 표시 등에 관한 규정"이 이미 행정예고(식품의약품안전청 공고 제2012-120호, 2012. 6. 13) 되었으나 안전상비의약품의 용기나 포장에 허가 또는 신고사항 일부를 요약 기재할 수 있도록 "약사법 시행규칙"이 개정 추진됨에 따라 본 고시를 다시 행정예고한다고 밝혔다. 주요 내용에 대해 살펴본다.

본 논문은 새로 개정된 국어의 로마자 표기법(2000.7.7. 고시)에 따른 로마자 자동 변한 시스템의 구조와 변환 알고리즘을 제시한다. 특히 새 로마자 표기에 따른 규칙을 반영하여 사용자가 쉽고 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 인명, 고유명사, 행정구역, 일반, 학술응용의 5개 항목으로 나누어 변환할 수 있게 했다. 또한 로마자표기에 적용한 표준 한글 음운변동 규칙과 로마자 표기의 원칙에 따른 5가지 변환 규칙을 도움말로 보여준다. 그리고 로마자 표기 원칙에 따라 발음상 혼동의 우려가 있는 부호의 규칙성을 조사하여 로마자 자동 변한 시스템에 적용함으로써 새 로마자 표기에서 발생할 수 있는 혼동을 제거하여 로마자 변환 시스템의 정확성을 높였다.

The use of diagnostic radiation in medical institutions is rapidly increasing. Accordingly, the collective effective dose is on the rise every year. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the radiation exposure of the person undergoing the radiation examination as low as reasonably achievable. And we must establish a legal system to perform the safe management of radiation for diagnosis efficiently. In this way, I went over the problems of the Act and Subordinate Statutes regarding radiation safety management for diagnosis. As a result, the main contents are as follows. First, in the 「Medical Service Act」, there is no basis for the Safety Inspection Institute of Radiation and Radiation Exposure Measuring Institutes. And there are no provisions concerning delegation of administrative disposition. Therefore, it is necessary to secure legal justification by providing the basis for the Safety Inspection Institute of Radiation along with Radiation Exposure Measuring Institutes and the basis for administrative dispositions against these institutions in the 「Medical Service Act」. Second, the 「Rules on the Installation and Operation of Special Medical Equipment 」 should be integrated with the 「Rules on the Safety Management of Radiation Generators for Diagnostics」 to unify administrative procedures such as reporting for radiation special medical equipment for diagnosis. Third, in the case of violating the diagnostic radiation safety management standards in the 「Rules on the Safety Management of Radiation Generators for Diagnostics」, it is necessary to supplement the insufficient sanctions such as administrative disposition. Fourth, regulating diagnostic radiation and therapeutic radiation used in medical institutions with the dual legal system of the 「Medical Act」 and the 「Nuclear Safety Act」 is not efficient in the safety management of diagnostic radiation. Therefore, it is necessary to uniformly regulate diagnostic radiation and all medical radiation, including therapeutic radiation and nuclear medicine, in the 「Medical Service Act」 system.

Open Access (OA) policy to scholarly publications from publicly funded research goes toward making a law at the national level. The purpose of this study is to suggest the ways of improving laws and regulations for OA of scientific publications from national R&D projects. For that purpose, this study analyzed cases of USA, Spain, Germany, and France which have already legislated OA related laws and regulations. Based on the results, the followings were proposed: 1) to unify definitions of research outcomes and to include research papers to the definition. 2) to strengthen OA obligations by amending "Act On The Performance Evaluation And Management Of National Research And Development Projects, Etc." by to specify related articles about submission, making public, enrolling, deposition, and possession of research papers, and 3) to revise administrative rules and "Regulations on Management of National Research and Development Projects" which common to all administrative according to amending the law.

Objectives: This study used an efficient data mining algorithm to explore association rules between the lifestyle risk behaviors and multimorbidity (having more than one chronic disease) in Korean adults. Methods: We used data from the 8th Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(2019-2020) for 7,609 adults aged ≥19 years. This study was undertaken where 6 lifestyle risk behaviors and 11 morbidities were analyzed using R and Rstudio for the ARM. Results: Among 117 association rules, combinations of hypertension, dyslipidemia and diabetes, hypertension were important role in inadequate sleep, physical inactivity and inadequate weight. Conclusion: The findings of this study are significant because they demonstrate the importance of lifestyle risk factors and the role of multiple chronic diseases using big data analytics such as association rule mining. We recommend developing selective and focused health education programs, such as exercise programs to address physical inactivity, dietary interventions to address inadequate weight, and mental health education programs to address inadequate sleep.

코로나19의 영향으로 최근 국내에서는 야외 야영장에서의 캠핑을 즐기는 사람들이 크게 증가하였으며, 이와 더불어 최근 야외 캠핑장의 화재 발생 건수가 크게 증가하는 추세에 있다. 캠핑장과 같은 야영장 영업허가를 얻기 위해서는 「관광진흥법 시행규칙」에 따라 소화기를 적정하게 확보 배치해야만 하는 허가 기준이 존재하며, 그 기준은 야영장 2개소 또는 100미터제곱마다 소화기 1개 이상 설치하도록 되어있다. 그럼에도 화재가 많이 발생하는 이유로는 소화기가 설치되어있다는 것에 대한 인지 부족이라 생각된다. 한편, 야외에 설치되는 소화기는 상대적으로 그 유지관리가 어려울 것이라 판단된다. 따라서 본 프로젝트에서는 무게가 무겁지 않아 아이들과 노인들도 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 휴대용 소화기구, 사용 시 환경의 오염이 적은 소화기구, 여행객의 감성을 한층 증가시켜줄 수 있는 소화기구, 유지관리가 편리한 소화기구의 개발을 목적으로 하였다.

유리강화섬유(FRP,Fiber Reinforced Plastic)은 가볍고 내구성등이 우수하여 가공하기 쉬워 선박건조, 특히 어선의 건조재료로 많이 활용되고 있으나, FRP의 재료인 매트와 로빙이 인화성을 가진 수지와 접합되어 화재에는 매우 취약한 특성을 가지는 특성을 가진다. 최근 10년간의 중앙해양안전심판원의 어선화재 재결서 분석결과 전체의 약80%에 해당하는 화재사고가 기관실에서 발생하였다. 이에 새로 출범한 해양수산부는 FRP선박의 구조기준을 개정하여 총톤수10톤 이상 선박의 기관실에 대한 방화조치를 그 이하선박까지로 적용 확대하였으며, 어선구조기준 역시 행정규칙 행정예고를 통해 강화하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 본 지에서는 국내외 화재사고 발생현황 및 관련 규제 내용을 비교 분석하여 제시하였으며 분석결과, 일반선박의 방화조치에 대한 규제는 거의 유사하였으나 어선관련 규제의 경우, 영국의 규제가 가장 강화되어 있었으며 관련 화재사고 발생현황도 국내 및 일본과 비교해 보았을때 같은 기간 발생한 일반선의 화재발생척수 대비 어선의 화재발생척수가 적은것을 확인할 수 있었다.
