The focus of this paper is a examination on epistemological beliefs of social worker and social work practice. This paper proves that social work's epistemological beliefs have an effect on the practice modes. This research indicates that social works have a higher constructivist veiws than objectivist veiws on the nature of scientific knowledge. And social worker who have a high level of objectivism show a positive determinative mode. It has suggested that the constructive theory offers useful epistemology to the social worker who should deal with the clients in uncertain situations. In conclusion, a social worker with a high level of constructivism use an approach that creats a more equitable relationship between social worker and client. This perspective will allows cliens to participate in the formulation of theories in practice.

  • At present, in the field of design research, the systematic research on Without Thought design is still insufficient, and it is used in conjunction with the concept of Affordance. Therefore, based on Naoto Fukasawa's design ideas of 'Without Thought' and related unconscious theory, this study will define the concept of 'Without Thought design'. Briefly, Without Thought design is to enable users to complete the unconscious interaction with objects and give users a feeling of "just right". Besides, by reviewing Naoto Fukasawa's works, papers, speeches and related literature, this study derives five Without Thought design principles: continuity of behavior, clarity of semantics, commonality of cognition, design for living situations and design for natural needs. Then, the content this study could be an origin that be helpful to define the concept of Without Thought in a more systematic way, looking forward to serving as the basic data for the process development of Without Thought design.

  • Mobile GUI design is changing from an existing design that emphasizes intuitive cognitive effects to an affordance design that naturally triggers users' behaviors. However, in the GUI design, the current affordance only uses some partial design elements and cannot achieve effective design, and the concept of affordance design still has confusion and uncertainty. For this reason, this paper redefines affordance by examining the concepts and types of it in the pre-research. In addition, through questioning the type of affordance, a questionnaire was designed for the GUI elements of social software. According to the results of the survey, the evaluation of the affordance of the GUI design elements was derived, and the GUI design of the social software was compared and analyzed. Then according to the deep interviews, a GUI design proposal that can effectively use affordance was proposed.

  • This paper suggested a theoretical model, in which a security-based(secured loan, non-secured loan) credit agreement determines the form of corporate cost function through a loaning company's cost minimization in the light of a company which behaves monopolistically in product markets. Also, this paper analyzed the influence of a corporate credit agreement on market equilibrium, and economic welfare in product markets. As a result, it was found that in case a company, whose equity capital is small, implements borrowing based on a secured loan from a financial institution, the company comes to face borrowing restraints, in which the company has no choice but to get a loan within the scope of securities. When a company offers its capital goods, i.e. a production factor, as a security, there occurs a distortion to the production factor input ratio. Meanwhile, when a company comes to get a loan based on an unsecured loan, for which the interest rate is high, marginal cost rises; accordingly, the company comes to choose a credit agreement aiming at maximizing its profits. However, a company's choice of a credit agreement is not quite desirable from a consumer's viewpoint, and from the whole economic point of view; overall, such a choice is likely to aggravate economic welfare.
