가정은 인간의 출생과 더불어 최초로 소속되어지는 공동체이며 최초의 교육의 장이다. 인간의 성장 발달에 있어서 초기 환경이 중요한데 여러 환경요인 중에서도 개인의 행동을 형성하는데 있어서 가장 중요한 환경이라고 볼 수 있는 것이 가정환경이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 가족의 형태에 따른 인터넷 중독, 대인관계 그리고 부적응 행동 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였으며, 특히 가족의 형태와 인터넷 중독간의 관계에서 대인관계와 부적응 행동이 매개효과를 가지는지에 대하여도 실증적 분석을 하였다. 회귀분석 결과 가족의 형태에 따른 인터넷 중독은 부(-)의 관계로 유의한 것으로 검증되었다. 대인관계에서는 가족의 형태가 정(+)의 관계로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 부적응 행동은 인터넷 중독과 같이 가족의 형태와 부(-)의 관계가 있음이 나타났다. 즉, 대인관계나 부적응행동을 통해서 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미치는 매개효과에 대해서도 검증되었다. 그 결과 대인관계와 부적응 행동요인이 가족형태와 인터넷 중독 사이의 매개변수의 역할을 수행한다는 결론을 얻었다.

Presently the instructional model for internet ethics education is modeled after the integrated morality. The model is based on the assumption that ethical awareness will lead to ethical activities which is based on the theory that cognition is correlated to the behavioral domains. But the side effects of the information society in the cyber space increased even when the education for the awareness of ethics in the cyber space has been taught more aggressively than before. In this study, the relation of the cognition for information ethics and the ethical behavior in the cyber space was analyzed in order to find out the implications for the effective internet ethics education model. The tools used are the 'DIT (Defining Issues Test)' to measure the behavioral ability in the physical world, the Information Ethics Judgment to measure the behavioral ability in the cyber space, and the self diagnostic tool of 'Internet ethics awareness' to measure the level of cognitive knowledge for internet ethics. The correlation of three measures was analyzed. The results were college students' levels of ethics from three tools from are considerably low. Moral judgement and information ethics judgement were not correlated which means that the behavior in the physical world was not necessarily correlated to the behavior in the cyber space. The three measurements were not statistically significantly correlated. Therefore the cognitive awareness for the information ethics were not necessarily correlated to the ethical behavior in the cyber space. Ethical cognition and the moral behavior need to be taught with equal emphasis as they do not have strong correlation.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of the internet based deviant behavior of smart phone during work hours on performance and the antecedents to deviant behavior mechanism. To do this, this paper proposes a theoretical model consisting of factors such as internet-based deviant behavior, work performance and intention, habit as it's influencing factors. It was analyzed via a survey of employees using smart phone at workplace. The results of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, internet-based deviant behavior using smart phone has a negative effect on work performance. Second, intention and habit toward internet-based deviant behavior using smart phone are identified as the determinants of it's behavior. The findings have significant implications for the framework of internet-based deviant behavior using smart phone in the workplace.

현대 사회에서는 복잡하고 넘쳐나는 정보들을 스마트한 기술을 통해 지식 기반으로 제공한다. 이에 따라 정보를 기반으로 한 대표적인 콘텐츠인 인터넷 뉴스 또한 지식 기반의 제공이 필요하다. 하지만, 현재 인터넷 뉴스는 정보를 노출하는데 편향되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 행동 기반의 뉴스를 통해 실 사용자들에게 유용한 정보를 제공해주는 것을 목표로 한다. 결론적으로 지식 기반의 뉴스는 "사용자가 예측할 수 있고 행동할 수 있도록 돕는 정보로 제공되어야 한다."라는 결론을 도출해냈으며, 이는 지식 기반의 인터넷 뉴스 콘텐츠를 위한 행동 분류를 제시하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

As internet occupies a great deal of portion in our life, a lot of mental diseases become the points at issue relating to internet addiction. The purpose of this study is to examine whether internet addiction is related with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder that is characterized with sustained inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity and then find out which sub-factors of internet addiction are influencing effective on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. As result of applying reliability analysis, frequency analysis, cross tabulation analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, it shows the following research results.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 불만족을 경험한 고객들의 불평요인 및 불평행동유형을 파악하고, 쇼핑몰 업체의 불평처리방법에 대한 평가를 바탕으로 효과적인 불평처리방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 불평행동을 하는 고객의 유형은 직접행동파, 사적행동파, 소극행동파, 적극행동파 등으로 구분되었다. 이 가운데 사적행동파가 가장 높게 나타나 인터넷 환경에서는 사적행동파에 대한 효과적인 불평처리 방안에 관한 노력이 가장 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. 직접행동파는 해당 쇼핑몰 업체에게 직접 문제해결을 요구하기 때문에 불평처리에 대한 공정성, 불평 후 만족과 충성도 측면에서 가장 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 고객의 모든 불평행동유형에서 가장 심각한 불만족 요인으로는 배송오류 및 지연과 제품결함인 것으로 확인되었지만, 사적행동파와 소극행동파는 부정확한 정보제공과 과장광고 등을 심각하게 생각하고 있었다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰 업체는 불평고객들의 불평해결을 위해 직접적인 접촉을 할 경우 가장 효과적인 불평처리를 할 수 있기 때문에 사적행동파와 소극행동파의 불평행동을 유발하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 또한 쇼핑몰 관리자의 불친절 및 반응은 심각한 불만족 요인은 아니지만, 배송오류 및 지연과 제품결함과 같은 심각한 불만족요인에 대해서는 직접적인 사과 및 쇼핑몰 관리자의 친절한 태도를 포함하여 현금 환불 등 불평처리를 해야 한다. 그리고 고객의 관점에서 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 보다 편리하고 유용하게 설계할 필요가 있다.

The significances of this study are that it offers the possibility of empirical measure, and analysis of the relevance among the temperament according to the degree of Internet addiction, parental rearing behaviors, and committing school violence and that, based on this, were drawn policy suggestions to prevent school violence according to the degree of Internet addiction. According to the results of this study it was revealed that there are differences in Internet addiction depending on the demographical and sociological characteristics. The result of investigating the impact of Internet addiction's degree on the actions of committing school violence shows that the level of general activities is high in the group of young people of Internet addiction and addiction risk, their low access/withdrawal temperament and mood temperament affect significantly the actions of committing school violence, and in parenting behavior mother's high expectations and low supervision affect youth Internet addiction and school violence. Thus, policy suggestions to prevent school violence according to Internet addiction were presented y dividing the role of government and schools, and homes.

This study practically analyzed the relationships of Internet addiction, self-esteem, interpersonal relations and maladjusted behaviors according to family types and in particular, made a practical analysis about whether self-esteem, interpersonal relations and maladjusted behaviors have mediation effects in the relationship between family types and Internet addiction. As a result of regression analysis, the Internet addiction according to family types was a negative relationship and significant. Family types were positively related to self-esteem. As for interpersonal relations, family types were significant as a positive relationship. On the other hand, maladjusted behaviors were proved that they have a negative relationship with family types like the Internet addiction. That is to say, even the mediation effects that family types through self-esteem, interpersonal relations and maladjusted behaviors related to Internet addition were verified. As a result, it was concluded that self-esteem, interpersonal relations and maladjusted behavior factors play mediator roles between family types and Internet addiction.

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics and the attributes related to Internet use in patients with Internet addiction. This study is a descriptive secondary analysis study, at Internet addiction clinics used the data of 63 patients diagnosed with Internet addiction. Data were obtained from Internet addiction clinic Electronic Medical Records(EMR), there was included the Korean Internet addiction scale(K-scale), Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI), Beck Depression Inventory(BDI), Barratt Impulsivity scale(BIS), Conners ADHD Rating Scale(CAARS), Lubben Social Network Scale(LSNS). K-scale had significantly correlations with Internet use time per day, anxiety, impulsivity, Attention deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) symptom. In stepwise multiple regression, factors significantly affecting ADHD symptom (${\beta}=.37$), Internet use time per day(${\beta}=.29$), Impulsivity(${\beta}=.25$), which accounted for 44% of the variance. Results indicate that patients with Internet addiction had psychological difficulties and suggest that children with ADHD needed to intervention for appropriate internet use.

국내 이동전화 무선인터넷 시장은 성장기와 도약기를 동시에 맞이하고 있다. 이동전화무선인터넷은 이동전화 지불 ARPU의 19%를 상회할 정도로 급성장을 거듭해 왔으며HSDPA와 와이브로의 광대역 무선인터넷으로 도약이 추진되고 있다. 이에 국내 무선인터넷의 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 사업자의 적극적 투자, 가치사슬 전 영역에서의 참여, 킬러 서비스의 개발을 통해 광대역 무선인터넷으로 가입자의 조기 전환이 핵심 관건이 된다. 이에 본 고에서는 시장조사 결과를 바탕으로 국내 이동전화 무선인터넷 가입자의 광대역 무선인터넷으로의 전환행동을 전망하고 전환행동에 영향을 주는 요인들을 규명하고자 하였다. 그리고 결론에서는 국내 광대역 무선인터넷이 조기에 활성화되기 위한 방향을 제언하였다.
