Factors Affecting the Use of the Intelligent Chatbot Services (지능형 챗봇 서비스 이용에 대한 영향요인)

  • Recently, many business organizations have been increasingly expanding the utilization of the intelligent chatbot services for effective customer relation management. The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the factors which affect the use of the intelligent chatbot services. Above all, the research model and the hypotheses were derived through reviewing the major relevant theories such as UX(user experience) theory(Honeycomb model), TRA(theory of reasoned action), TAM(technology acceptance model) and ETAM(extended TAM). And then, structural equation analyses using SmartPLS 3.0 for 233 valid questionnaires replies collected through the field survey was performed to test the hypotheses. Theoretically, this study can contribute to providing the conceptual framework with regard to enhancing the use of intelligent chatbot services. And practically, this study sheds new light on suggesting the guidelines to designing the UX(user experience) of the intelligent chatbot services.

Effect of Leisure & Recreation Liberal Art Lecture in the University on Leisure Attitude (대학·여가 레크리에이션 이론수업이 수강생의 여가태도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to exam the effect of the leisure lecture on the class participants' leisure attitude. To achieve the purpose, a experiment method was performed. The167 subjects for this experiment were extracted from two leisure lectures of a university located in north Chungcheong province. With those subjects, a leisure lecture was operated for two hours in a week for fifteen weeks. To collect data, Ragheb & Beard[22]'s LAS(Leisure Attitude Scale) was used. The scale was used twice for the subjects. The first was tested at the beginning of first lecture and the second was at the last lecture. The collected data was analyzed with paired t-test by SPSS 12.0 program for Windows. The results proved that the leisure lecture affected on the subjects' all four sub-factors(cognitive, affective, intent, behavioral) of leisure attitude. Furthermore, the effect of the lecture was different by sex and grade.

  • Traditional human resource management explains human characteristics with motivation, attitude, perception, value, etc., based upon behavioral science approach. And system approach is adopted in analyzing the interaction between people and the environment. However, personnel economics excludes social and psychological variables in the human choice models, and assumes very unrealistic and simple rational decision making process. For environmental variables, personnel economists considers only income and price. Traditional human resource management research model successfully explains the phenomenon for each specific situation, but lacks universality. On the other hand, personnel economics model is strict and analytical, but tends to distort the understanding of the results because of the unrealistic assumptions. These two academic fields may get benefits by introducing the other's research methodologies, theories, and ideas.

  • The purpose of this study identify factors affecting the purchasing behavior of consumers flowering distribution only by spring flowers and distribution of sustainable growth strategy to provide the basic data for the purpose of the study. Thus, conclusions about the factors on the purchasing behavior of consumers flowering distribution only, and propose suggestions for the proper management of retail industry flowers.

An Analysis of Inappropriate Consumer Compliant Behavior Type Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (계획된 행동이론을 적용한 소비자들의 부적절한 불만행동 유형별 분석)

  • The theory of planned behavior proposed by Ajzen predicts that certain behaviors are determined by behavioral intentions which are affected by an attitudinal belief toward the behavior, the subject norms, and the individual's perception of their control over the behavior. This study's aim is to examine consumers' inappropriate complaint behaviors, using the theory of planned behavior. Consumers' inappropriate complaint behaviors are defined by two types, which are low -and high-intensity inappropriate complaint behavior based on the primary data collected from a group of consumer affairs professionals in the business field. The survey questionnaire was administered to 1,000 consumers via an on-line survey. The two models were assessed with path analysis in order to predict consumers' inappropriate complaint behaviors, using the theory of planned behavior. The results are as follows: First, two types of inappropriate compliant behaviors were identified according to the results of an exploratory study conducted by professionals who had been employed at the department of consumer affairs. Second, the theory of planned behavior is adequately fitted to examine the factors related to consumers' inappropriate complaint behaviors. Also, all three variables based on the theory of planned behavior, -perceived behavior control, subjective norm, and attitude-had a significant effect on inappropriate complaint behavior intention. Third, consumers' inappropriate complaint behavior intention played the most significant role in low-intensity inappropriate complaint behavior, whereas attitude was found to play a significant role in high-intensity inappropriate complaint behavior. The significance and implication were discussed in terms of effective customer management strategies.

Predicting Kiosk Discontinuance (키오스크 이용 중단 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • This study explores the discountinued use intention of kiosk, applying integration model with technology acceptance and theory of planned behavior. An online survey was conducted with 420 senior consumers aged 50-70. This research used SPSS 25.0 for descriptive, t-test, correlation, and regression analysis. Theses results are as follows. First, perceived usefulness, perceived control and satisfaction were higher among male group than female group. Second, perceived usefulness, affective inertia and behavior inertia were significantly influenced the discountined use intention of kiosk in male group. Third, perceived control, behavior inertia and cognitive inertia were significantly influenced the discountined use intention of kiosk in female group. These results enhance understanding of seniors' attitude and negative response to kiosk.

  • Marine accidents continue to occur every year due to human errors. The purpose of this study is to promote navigational safety by preventing ship collision accidents caused by human errors of behavior of navigators. There are two ways to manage human error caused by navigator's behavior. It is divided in individual approach and system approach, which is applied to situational awareness theory and Rasmussen's behavioral theory. This study investigated past marine accidents caused by human error and conducted experiments using ship handling simulators to identify these two behavioral characteristics. After analyzing two human error characteristics, we will propose a countermeasure in next study.

A Study on Clothing Consumption Value: A Qualitative Approach (의복 소비가치에 대한 질적 연구)

  • 본 연구는 소비자의 실제적인 의복 소비 행동을 설명할수 있는 가치 개념을 제시하기 위하여 의복 소비가치의 구체적 유형을 밝히고, 적합하고 신뢰성 있는 의복 소비가치 척도를 구성 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 Sheth(1991)의 소비 가치 이론과 의류학 및 소비자 행동분야의 다양한 이론을 토대로 초점집단면접(Focus Group Interview)을 통하여 소비가치에 대한 탐색적 접근을 시도한 결과를 논의하였다. 의복의 구매와 착용의 선택상황에 영향을 미치는 소비가치는 Sheth(1991)의 5가지 소비가치 유형인 기능적 가치, 사회적 가치, 감정적 가치, 진귀적 가치, 상황적 가치 및 의복제품의 특성에 따른 자기표현적 가치로 분류되었다. 기능적 가치는 물리적 속성, 물리적 기능, 도구적 성과와 관련되었으며, 사회적 가치는 사회계층, 준거집단, 인구통계 적 특성 집단, 문화-민족적 집단과의 관련성 에 대 한 가치로 구성되었다. 감정적 가치는 긍정적, 부정적 감정 및 심미성 요인으로 구성되었으며, 진취적 가치는 다양성추구행동 요인 및 유행성의. 새로움 추구 요인과 관련되었다 또한 상황적 가치는 의복착용상황, 구매상황, 커뮤니케이션 상황으로 구성되었으며, 자기표현적 가치는 성격, 이미지 표현, 개성추구, 유행추구 등의 요인으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 소비가치에 대한 양적 연구를 실시한다면, 보다 객관적인 구조를 파악하고 신뢰성 있는 측정 문항을 개발할 수 있을 것이다.

Influence of Privacy Concerns on Intention to Use Location-based Services Based on Privacy Calculus Perspective (프라이버시 계산 관점에서 위치기반서비스 이용의도에 대한 프라이버시 염려의 영향)

  • As Location-based services on smartphone are getting more popular, users have more concern on exposing their location information. This study developed a research model to identify how smartphone users perceive on providing information pertaining to their location based on privacy calculus theory. 203 responses were analyzed with SmartPLS 2.0. The outcome of this research is quite interesting because conventional belief of privacy calculus perspective does not hold. The privacy calculus theory is based on assumption that human being is rational and decision to provide privacy information is determined by risk and benefit aspects. However, the result of this study is in accordance with behavioral economics perspective in which emotional judgment and behavioral judgement are affected by different factors.

  • 최근 무선 컴퓨팅 환경과 무선 단말기관련 기술의 발전으로 인해 모바일 애드혹 네트워크관련 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 모바일 애드혹 네트워크에서는 노드들이 자유롭게 이동하기 때문에 네트워크가 빈번하게 분리되며, 이로 인해 데이터 접근성 저하문제가 발생한다. 기존 연구에서는 데이터 접근성이 저하되는 문제를 해결하기 위해 다양한 복제본 할당 기법이 연구되었다. 그러나, 지금까지 연구된 복제본 할당기법들은 모바일 애드혹 네트워크 환경의 제한된 자원으로 인한 노드들의 이기적인 행동에 대해 고려하지 않았다. 본 논문은 모바일 애드혹 네트워크 상의 노드들이 자신의 이득을 위해 협력이 아닌 이기적인 행동을 택하게 되는 과정을 게임이론을 통해 설명하고, 수익함수 조절을 통해 노드들의 이기적인 행동을 억제할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.
