The Relationships of CEO's Transformational Leadership on Members' Innovative Behaviors & Members' Organizational Citizenship in the ICT Industry: Moderating Effect of CSR Management (정보통신기술산업 CEO의 변혁적 리더십과 구성원의 혁신 및 조직시민행동의 관계: CSR 조절효과)

  • This empirical study attempted to investigate the effects of the CEO's transformational leadership on the organizational members' innovative behavior/organizational citizenship behavior, CSR and employees' acceptance of organizational change in the ICT industry. For this study, we conducted an online survey with the employees of businesses that belonged to the ICT industries and received 417 valid responses. The analysis results by SPSS & AMOS are as follows. CEO's transformational leadership had a significantly positive impact on the members' self-efficacy. The members' self-efficacy not only had a positive impact on their own innovative behavior/organizational citizenship behavior, but also had a mediating effects in the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and the members's innovative behavior/organizational citizenship behavior. Also corporate social responsibility management had a moderating roles in the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and the members' self-efficacy.

An Intention-Response Model based on Mirror Neuron and Theory of Mind using Modular Behavior Selection Networks (모듈형 행동선택네트워크를 이용한 거울뉴런과 마음이론 기반의 의도대응 모델)

  • Although service robots in various fields are being commercialized, most of them have problems that depend on explicit commands by users and have difficulty to generate robust reactions of the robot in the unstable condition using insufficient sensor data. To solve these problems, we modeled mirror neuron and theory of mind systems, and applied them to a robot agent to show the usefulness. In order to implement quick and intuitive response of the mirror neuron, the proposed intention-response model utilized behavior selection networks considering external stimuli and a goal, and in order to perform reactions based on the long-term action plan of theory of mind system, we planned behaviors of the sub-goal unit using a hierarchical task network planning, and controled behavior selection network modules. Experiments with various scenarios revealed that appropriate reactions were generated according to external stimuli.

  • Drawing on Protection Motivation Theory(PMT), this study attempts to clarify antecedents that influence the intention to protect individuals' privacy on the Internet. Protection motivation forms through individuals' cognitive appeal involving threat and efficacy. Then protection motivation causes privacy behavioral change. Protection motivation factors are established privacy trust and privacy risk, which are related to privacy attitude and belief. This proposed model is empirically analyzed by utilizing structural equation analysis(SEM). According to the result of the empirical analysis, it is founded that almost paths have statistically significant explanatory power except path from efficacy to privacy risk and path from privacy trust to privacy behavioral intention. This study shows powerful evidence of antecedent factors based on protection motivation of individuals' privacy behavioral intention in online environment.

  • A person's behavioral recognition is the recognition of what a person does according to joint movements. To this end, we utilize computer vision tasks that are utilized in image processing. Human behavior recognition is a safety accident response service that combines deep learning and CCTV, and can be applied within the safety management site. Existing studies are relatively lacking in behavioral recognition studies through human joint keypoint extraction by utilizing deep learning. There were also problems that were difficult to manage workers continuously and systematically at safety management sites. In this paper, to address these problems, we propose a method to recognize risk behavior using only joint keypoints and joint motion information. AlphaPose, one of the pose estimation methods, was used to extract joint keypoints in the body part. The extracted joint keypoints were sequentially entered into the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model to be learned with continuous data. After checking the behavioral recognition accuracy, it was confirmed that the accuracy of the "Lying Down" behavioral recognition results was high.

  • For the reduction of flood damage, it is necessary to analyse shelter activities of local residents and to publish information of floodings, In this paper the control factors of individual refuge activities which are major activities to save peoples lives against floodings have been estimated. Decision making factors for mental refuge activity by the questionnaire survey were classified into two categories: internal and external ones. Furthermore, the behaviour patterns of residents for flood risk related to geographical and social factors were derived by the quantification method n. Since spatial layered information using GIS were corrected and estimated to serve citizen's consensus due to flood disaster, it would aid reduction and minimization of flood risk.d risk.

  • A Web-Based Information System(WBIS), a typical structure of recently information systems, should be dynamically restructured in order to satisfy user's need and make a profit. Thus, we should analyze and modelize the navigational structure of WBIS and utilize it by modeling the navigational structure of behavior of user through log-file as system restructuring. In this paper, we propose the modeling method for navigational structure and user behavior to restructure WBIS including shopping mall. Also, we suggest the structural model, state transition model, Petri net model and analysis method and analyze and implement modeling algorithm for user behavior to analyze log-file of it. Then, we propose some restructuring heuristic and apply the methods to the example of WBIS.

  • 운전자가 아닌 자율주행 시스템이 운전을 주도하기 위한 기술의 상용화를 위해 많은 기업이 노력 중이다. 특히 운전자의 안전을 보장하기 위한 운전자와 자율주행 시스템 간의 제어권전환이 중요하다. 운전자의 주행과 관련 없는 행동은 제어권전환 상황에서 운전자를 위험에 빠뜨릴 수 있으므로 제어권전환을 돕기 위한 운전자 모니터링 기술에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 운전자 모니터링 기술은 주로 생체 정보, 차량 정보, 영상을 사용하여 운전자의 상태와 부주의 행동 등을 감지하는 기술이다. 최근 머신 러닝, 딥 러닝을 사용한 영상처리 및 인식 기술 등의 발전으로 영상을 사용한 운전자 모니터링 기술이 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 영상기반 운전자 모니터링 기술 동향에 대해 상세히 기술하였다. 특히 운전자의 부주의 행동 중 졸음은 운전자가 주행 상황을 전혀 인지하지 못하게 할 수 있어 더욱 위험한 행동이다. 따라서 영상기반 운전자 모니터링 기술을 졸음 인식과 그 외의 행동 인식으로 분류하여 동향을 정리하였다.

  • 복잡한 학술 연구에서 과학 정보의 이용 목적은 다양할 것이다. 이러한 이용 목적은 정보검색의 관점에서 바라본 이용자의 행동과 많은 연관을 가질 것이며 그러한 이용자의 행동을 이해하는데 많은 도움을 줄 것이다. 만약 이용 목적을 미리 파악할 수 있다면 이것은 이용자의 문제의 한 부분으로서 다루어질 수 있을 것이다. 정보의 다른 이용 목적은 다른 정보검색 과정을 필요로 할 수 있기 때문에 이러한 목적은 효과적인 정보검색을 위해 중요한 의미를 지닐 수 있다. 이 연구를 통하여 12개의 과학 정보의 이용 목적과 이들의 구조가 발견되었다.

  • As Internet has become a popular media for sharing information, users create and share tremendous volume of information including large amount of personal information in cyberspace. Sharing private information online can enhance strength of social relationship but it could also bring negative consequences like information privacy invasion. Although many companies and governments address the importance of information privacy online, there are countless cases of crimes and hackings relating personal information online world wide. Since there are some researches investigating the role of governments and organizations on online privacy domain but there is little research regarding users' privacy protection behaviors. This study investigates relationship between Internet users' information privacy protection behavior and environmental factors. Especially, this study focuses on users' behaviors regarding information privacy protection technology adoption. According to our research results, users' online privacy protective behaviors positively affected by governmental regulations expressed as an information privacy protection law. In addition, if user is allowed to use anonymity when he or she uses online services, they have more tendencies to adopt privacy protection technologies. The detailed research findings and contribution are discussed as well.

  • 프로젝트는 비행 청소년과도 같아서 만약 부모가 세심히 주의를 기울이면 모범적으로 행동하고 부모가 등을 돌리고 돌아선 순간 불량한 행동을 한다. 이처럼 정보시스템 프로젝트는 그 관리 여부에 따라 성공여부가 결정된다. 현재 많은 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트가 완료이전에 중단되며 1/3이상의 프로젝트가 예산과 마감 시간을 넘기고 있다. 이 글에서는 나날이 복잡해지는 프로젝트 기술 요건과 많아지는 의뢰인의 요구 사항에 대해 모색해 보고자 한다.
