Although the generation of waste flat panel displays in Korea is expected to exceed one million sets in 2016, a comprehensive recycling technology has not yet been developed for effective recovery of valuable materials from the wastes, rendering to outshine the national prestige as a global leader in display industries. The overall aim of this study was to analyze the statistical data of various valuable materials and their ratio after dismantling 40-inch and 42-inch sized waste LCDs. The analysis results showed that plastic portion of the wastes was about 22% and the portion of PCB (Print Circuit Board) part was about 9% by weight whereas panel part was about 34% and leftovers including metals totalled about 35% by weight. Based on the analytical results, a higher value recycling process could be proposed with advanced material separation techniques.

This case study is concerned with the project of the explosive demolition for the KOGAS office building located in Bundang district in Seongnam city. Since the office building was a kind of long-span beam structures, a mechanical demolition method using jacking support systems was considered in the beginning of the project. With consideration of the excessive reinforcement cost, uncertainty of safety, and prolonged construction period, however, the original plan was later changed to use an explosive demolition method. For the purpose of protecting nearby buildings and facilities during the collapse process, the explosive initiation sequence was elaborately designed to bring down the building structure towards its front left corner. A total of over 550 electronic detonators (Unitronic 600) was used to sequentially initiate the explosives installed at appropriate columns in the first, second, and fifth floors. To diminish dust production, water bags of small and large sizes were respectively installed at each column and on the floors to be blasted. As such, every effort was exercised to mitigate overall noise, dust, and shock vibrations that could be generated during the explosive demolition process for the office building.

If a drama play is interested in recreating the play text on stage, the post-drama play aims at a drama that has been liberated from the play text. In this process, the boundaries created by drama theater are dismantled. Actors and audiences, fiction and reality, theater and non-theater, works and events, language and non-language are the names of typical boundaries. The demolition of these boundaries is an opportunity to restore the festival character of ancient Greek theater, which was forgotten by drama theater. This has led to the dismantling of language-centric and play-centricism, which has dominated the play since Aristotle, and has led to a new play. If language-centered, play-centricism has brought about the crisis of drama, the post-dramatic play dismisses them and finds ways to communicate with the audience as new cultural content. The method is found above all in the restoration of dramaturgy. This is because the post-drama plays are more dependent on theatricality than literature. The demilitarized nature of post-dramatic play with enhanced theatricality will be a stepping stone to popularization, and this shows the possibility of post-dramatic play as cultural contents.

This case study is concerned with the project of the explosive demolition for the DCRE Incheon plant located in Hakik district in Incheon city. The building was severely aging due to the high temperature and sea winds of hundreds of degrees emitted by chimney-shaped steel structures inside the building. Due to this, the concrete of the column and the beam fell off and rusted rebar were exposed, and some of the slabs were severely damaged, making it difficult for workers to access the structure. Therefore, it is not possible to apply a mechanical demolition method in which heavy equipment enters the interior of the building, and an explosive demolition method was applied to allow the building to be demolished without dismantling the internal facilities of the building. The order of blasting proceeded in the order of (1) building ${\rightarrow}$ (2) chimney 2 ${\rightarrow}$ (3) chimney 1. A total of 406 electronic detonators (Unitronic 600) was used to sequentially initiate the explosives installed at appropriate in building and chimneys.

Concrete absorbs $CO_2$ in the air because of carbonation. according to rising concern for lasting earth environment efforts of reducing greenhouse gas, especially co2, are occurred whole industry throughout the world. In this paper selected one building and computed amount of production and absorbtion of co2 during its lifecycle at concrete. In computing amount of absorbtion of co2 considered amount of absorbtion according to the area of concrete changing senarioes of servicelife(40,60,80 years) and deconstruct preiod(60,40,20 years). As a result, size of concrete and maintenance period of disused concrete work increasement of $CO_2$ as main factors. We came to the conclusion that maintenance period is more important than recycle of unused concrete as a method for reducing environmental load in architectural industry.

The importance of demolition industry is becoming lager because of reusing and recycling of construction waste in current trend to pursue for sustainable development. As considering situation of the domestic housing construction and existing house, a scale of demolition industry is expecting to be increased continually. Therefore, for sustainable development is needed forecasting and managing rightly demolition waste to be producted at demolition phase. But, The development of model for estimating demolition waste is not sufficient in the country, also, the development of computer system for managing it rightly has not yet been created. In this study developed the estimating waste units for estimating demolition waste of an apartment and a house. A regression model for quantifying demolition waste easily is developed to do simulation again after making the estimating waste units through analyzing draws. This model is developed as a computer system for increasing application and then verified the reliability through field application. this regression model can quantify a sort of 22 demolition waste easily based on the size of the floor area and a number of units. This system is expected to quantify demolition waste easily which is producted during redevelopment and remodeling of existing house.

After the permanent shutdown of K1 in 2017, decommissioning processes have attracted great attention. According to the current decommissioning roadmap, the dismantling of the activated components of K1 may start in 2026, following the removal of its spent fuel. Since the reactor vessel (RV) and reactor vessel internal (RVI) of K1 contain massive components and are relatively highly activated, their decommissioning process should be conducted carefully in terms of radiological and industrial safety. For achieving maximum efficiency of nuclear waste management processes for K1, we present activation analysis of the segmentation process and waste classification of the RV and RVI components of K1. For RVI, the active fuel regions and some parts of the upper and lower active regions are classified as intermediate-level waste (ILW), while other components are classified as low-level waste (LLW). Due to the RVI's complex structure and high activation, we suggest various underwater segmentation techniques which are expected to reduce radiation exposure and generate approximately nine ILW and nineteen very low level waste (VLLW)/LLW packages. For RV, the active fuel region and other components are classified as LLW, VLLW, and clearance waste (CW). In this case, we suggest in-situ remote segmentation in air, which is expected to generate approximately forty-two VLLW/LLW packages.
