Optimum Disassembly Sequence Generation of Parts for Recycling (부품의 리사이클링을 위한 최적 해체경로 생성)

  • This paper represents a study on disassembly sequence generation system for automobile parts. This system is practically very useful because proper disassembly sequence of end-of-life product becomes crucial as take-back obligations are imposed for environmental reasons. Therefore a disassembly sequence generation system is suggested to automatically derive all the feasible disassembly sequences from the assembly modeling files. As a result, in consideration of the all parts and subassemblies the optimum disassembly sequence is generated. And the optimum disassembly sequence for a certain part or subassembly can be also suggested.

  • This paper represents a study on disassembly sequence generation for automobile parts. This is particularly useful because adequate end-of-life disassembly becomes crucial as take-back obligations are imposed for environmental reasons. Therefore in this paper a method is suggested to automatically derive all the feasible subassemblies and feasible actions between them from the assembly modeling files. As a result, in consideration of the all pars and subassemblies the optimum disassembly sequence is generated.   • 자동차 폐차사업자들은 대부분 소규모로 영세하게 운영되고 있으며, 비효율적인 폐차 프로세스로 인해 폐차 소유자는 물론 폐차처리장까지 불이익을 받고 있다. 이를 위한 폐차 시스템에 대한 연구가 국내외에서 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기존에 개발되어진 폐차 해체시스템의 경우는 국내 폐차업계에 적용하기에는 경제적, 실용적으로 현실성이 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 폐차에 대한 효율성 극대화와 범용성 확보를 위해 시뮬레이션을 통한 폐자동차 해체시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 시뮬레이션을 통한 폐차 해체시스템의 사용은 복잡한 공정 또는 시스템의 설계 및 운영결과에 대한 효율적 분석이 가능하며, 다양한 위치 및 작업내용을 변경시켜 여러 대안을 마련할 수 있고, 이에 대한 결과를 미리 알아봄으로써 적은 시간과 비용으로 현장상황에 맞는 적절한 시스템을 구축할 수 있게 해주는 장점이 있다. 또한 최적 해체경로 시스템의 적용으로 시스템의 효율을 향상시켰다. 개발되어질 시스템은 높은 범용성 및 유연성 확보로 국내 폐차 업계의 발전에 크게 이바지 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 연구로 1,2호기 해체과정에서 발생되는 자체처분대상 콘크리트폐기물을 재활용하기 위해서 NUREG-1640 에서 제시하고 있는 시나리오에 대하여 외부피폭선량을 평가하였다. NUREG-1640에서는 콘크리트폐기물 재활용에 적용시 7가지 시나리오를 제시하고 있으며, 각 시나리오를 살펴보면 대량의 콘크리트에 인접, 콘크리트폐기물 수송, 콘크리트폐기물 처리, 매립을 위한 처분활동, 매립지 폐쇄 후 거주자, 콘크리트폐기물 이용 도로건설, 도로포장재로 대량의 콘크리트 이용이 있다.(중략)

  • In this paper, we present the result of an analytical investigation concerning the demolition range for the pre-weakening of load-bearing wall in explosive demolition. Pre-weakening of load-bearing wall is usually conducted based on field experience because reliable specifications or guidelines for the design of pre-weakening have not yet been established in Korea. This study is one of the efforts to develop such a reliable specification or guideline for the pre-weakening process. Hence, the focus of the study is on the estimation of pre-weakening range of load-bearing wall. For the purpose, a finite element analysis (FE analysis) was conducted, and a pre-weakening range of load-bearing wall was suggested based on the analysis result.

  • In this study, the vibration data were obtained to analyze the vibration generated during dismantling of slab using the mechanical dismantling method. The obtained vibration data were classified according to the attachment device and then the waveform and dominant frequency analysis were performed. And the correlation was analyzed by the different methods of measuring the distance between the work section and the measurement point. As a result of the waveform analysis for each attachment device, there was little change in the phase of the vibration waveform and only the change in amplitude, which is the magnitude of the vibration velocity. And as a result of frequency analysis, the frequency band was lower when using a crusher method than a braker method and frequency band were close of the natural frequency of the structure to be dismantled. As a result of the correlation analysis, the separation distance was estimated a higher correlation when evaluated as the path through which the vibration propagates along the structure frame than the straight distance between the measurement point and the working section.

  • 자살은 인류 역사의 시작과 함께 시작되어 시대의 변화나 문화의 차이에도 불구하고, 인류와 함께 있어 왔다. 우리나라는 최근 급속한 자살 사망률의 증가로 인해 자살이 심각한 보건학적, 사회적 문제가 되고 있다. 특히 IMF 경제위기를 겪으면서 실업, 빈곤화, 가족해체 등은 IMF경제위기 이전보다 자살사망률이 급증하는 결과를 초래하였다. 또한 기존의 가족이나 사회문제, 교육문제 등으로 인해 취약한 정신건강상태로 인해 자살욕구에 대한 전염력이 강한 청소년과 젊은 청년층에게 ‘자살 사이트’라는 인터넷 매체로의 접근은 자살이라는 전염병의 새로운 감염경로가 되고 있다. 이것은 국민들의 정신건강 상태가 위험수위에 이르고 있음을 나타낸다. 온전한 정신 건강은 육체적 건강을 위한 필수조건일 뿐만 아니라 활기찬 생활의 바탕이 된다.

  • Progressive collapse analyses of high-rise buildings subjected to abnormal loading such as fires, impacts, earthquakes, typhoon, bomb blasts etc. are intended. However it is difficult to perform collapse experiments of the real scale building to determine the capacity of the structure under an extreme loading events. In this study, collapse behavior of a 15 story RC structure building loaded by external explosion pressures were simulated using Extreme Loading Structures (ELS) software. The standoff distance between the RC building and explosives of 1500 kg was 1, 2, 5, 10, and 15 meters. The explosive demolition analysis techniques based on removal of partial support structures following blast scenario was adapted to investigate the transition process of progressive collapse-local damage.

  • Game technologies are now applied in various engineering areas such as the simulation of surgical operation or the implementation of a cyber model house. One of the essential and important technology in these applications is cutting of the 3D polygon model in real time. Real-time cutting technology is an essential technology needed to implement the simulation of a building demolition or a car assembly for training or educational purpose. Previous cutting method using the conventional BSP-Tree structure has some limitations in that they divide the whole world including the 3D model and its environment, only into two parts with respect to an infinite plane. In this paper, we show a technique cutting the 3D model in a finite extent in order to solve this problem. Specifically, we restricted the cut surface in a finite rectangular area and constructed the mesh for the divided surface. To show the usefulness of our partial cutting technique, an example of the dismantling process simulation of a nuclear reactor polygon model was illustrated.
