인천시와 인천항만공사(IPA) 경제대표단 50명은 지난 11월 2~5일 평양을 방문, 남 · 북 지방자치단체간 경제교류협력을 위한 활동을 벌였다. 남포항 현대화 사업 적극 추진, 인천항과 남포항간 항만 및 해운분야 교류 사업 추진, 교류협력 사업 실현을 위해 빠른 시일 내에 실무협의 개최 등을 합의하였으며, 이번 의향서 체결은 남북 항만 간 구체적인 협력사업을 벌이기로 한 첫 사례란 점에서 큰 의미가 있는 것으로 평가받고 있으며 당 협회임원이신 이경호(영림목재(주)대표이사)부회장이 참석하여 방문록을 기고하였다.

인천항 항만인력 상용화가 7월5일 실시된 인천항운노조원 찬반투표에서 가결됨에 따라 확정되었다. 이번 인천항 체제 개편은 부산항과 평택당진항(평택지역) 상용화에 이은 세 번째 성과로 인천노조 항만분야 노조원 전체(1,741명)가 상용화되어 그 원인이 역대 최대규모(부산 1,224명, 평택 275명)이다. 이에 따라 인천을 비롯하여 부산, 평책 당진항에서 100년만에 항만에서의 노무공급체제가 획기적으로 개편된다. 다음은 항운노무인력 상용화에 따른 의의 및 추진상황, 경제적 파급효과 등을 정리한 것이다.

여성해사인의 직업 관련 인식 조사 및 다각화를 위해 M해양대학교 해사대학에 재학 중인 여학생의 승선 및 진로에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 결과를 분석하여 여성해사인의 진로 및 취업에 대한 인식을 파악하고 이를 토대로 학부 교육과정, 학교 취업 프로그램, 학교 생활 규정 분야에서 진로 다각화를 위한 방안 및 시사점을 제언하였다.

Maritime industry is affected by outside factors significantly due to its derivative demand characteristics. However, the supply side can not react to these changes immediately and due to this uniqueness, maritime industry repeats the boom-bust cycle. Therefore the government itself needs to operate early warning system in order to monitor the market and notice the upcoming risks by setting up a system to prepare for the situations. In this research, signal approach is used to establish early warning system. Overall leading index is composed of crisis index that is based on BDI(Baltic Dry Index) and various leading indexes such as finance, economy, shipping and the others. As a result of computing overall leading index which is early warning system in maritime through signal approach, the index showed a high correlation coefficient with actual maritime risk index by difference of 4 months. Also, the result was highly accurate with overall leading index's QPS(Quadratic Probability Score) at 0.37.

The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of shipping service firm's perceived relational benefits on switching barriers and loyalty focusing on tug boat service. To achieve the purpose of the research, literature survey on existing literature, thesis, research report is performed and also reliability analysis, validity test and multiple regression analysis using SPSSWIN 18.0 is used in this research. To verify a research model and hypothesis, a questionnaire survey among employees of shipping companies and shipping agencies was executed. 76 copies of total 200 copies of questionnaires were collected and the number of questionnaire used for empirical analysis was 76 copies. The main results of the study are summarized as below. First, Hypothesis 1 "shipping service firm's perceived relational benefits has a positive impact on the switching barrier" was supported by this study. Second, Hypothesis 2 "shipping service firm's perceived relational benefits has a positive impact on the loyalty" was supported in this research. Finally, Hypothesis 3 "switching barrier has a positive impact on the customer's loyalty" was also supported. Further research can be extended by adding more questionnaires including more shipping service firms all over the nation.

Because of the recent boost of the application services utilizing electronic tags, researches about the electronic tag management are widely being proceeded. In order to manage the object information collected from various electronic tags XML based data process, which is widely used on the web, is being demanded. Thus, in this paper, we are defining the re-usable object typer that is often used in this business area. Utilizing both the data type we defined and the Core Event Type defined from EPCIS Spec, we designed the scheme matching the object data model of merchant shipping field.

자율운항선박 개발은 해운분야의 새로운 발전 동력으로 주목 받고 있으며, 관련 기술개발에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 특히 선박과 육상 간 통신기술 기반의 정보 연결성(connectivity)은 자율운항선박의 실현에 있어 중요한 연구 분야이며, 단위기능 제공에 한정되어 있는 항해 장비 간 통신까지 포함된다. 그러나 수집되는 항해정보들을 체계적으로 분류하고, 이용 및 관리할 수 있는 선내 플랫폼(Platform) 개발에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 본 연구는 항해장비의 연결성을 향상시키고, 원격운항과 자율운항 선박에 적용될 수 있는 항해정보관리 플랫폼의 기능 및 구조설계와 정보처리에 대한 프로세스 제안을 위한 선행연구로 항해 장비들의 취득정보를 분석하였으며, 응용서비스 및 보안관리에 필요한 정보사항과 기능을 정의하였다. 항해정보관리에 한정 하여 수집되는 정보들에 대해 분석하였으나, 선내 플랫폼 개발의 기초 연구가 될 것이다.
