Recently, the service of the technical information(journals, proceedings) which are taken in from abroad and provided has some difficulties to make users acquire the information with ease because the bibliographic information, article and document delivery service are not linked to the related organizations. In this paper we propose to supply a high-degree retrieval service by the systematic and unitary DB construction and management and to make a nation-wide efficient management and cooperation system of the foreign technical information from abroad as building up the assigning a part of the location guide and document delivery service and cooperation system of the bibliographic information from the foreign technical resources.

본 연구는 국내 Born Global Firm의 기술요인들이 해외신규시장 진입시기에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구모형을 제시하고, 국내 Born Global Firm을 대상으로 이에 대한 인과관계를 실증 분석하였다. 기존의 해외시장 진입시기에 관한 선행연구를 토대로 기술경쟁력, R&D 네트워크, R&D 정보력을 독립변수로 설정하고, 이러한 요인이 Born Global Firm의 해외신규시장 진입시기에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 기존 선행연구를 통하여 기술경쟁력의 대용변수로 지적재산권, R&D 투자비용, R&D 전담기구 기능을, R&D 네트워크는 부서간 협력, 국내외 공동연구, R&D 정보력은 R&D 관련 정보 수집능력(경쟁업체 R&D 동향정보, 관련 주요연구자 정보 등), R&D 관련 정보 분석능력(기술이슈 및 트렌드 분석, 기술수준 분석 등), R&D 정보 활용능력(R&D 기획, 응용 분야 확장 등) 등을 사용하고 기업 내부요인과 수출관련에 대한 가설을 설정하였다. 특히, 해외시장 진입형태 중 FDI, 계약에 의한 해외시장진입 보다는 국내에서 가장 많은 해외진입 형태인 수출에 초점을 맞추었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 107개의 Born Global Firm을 대상으로 다중회귀분석 한 결과, Born Global Firm의 직접수출에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인으로는 지적재산권과, 부서간 협력, R&D 정보 활용능력 등으로 나타났다. 특히 기술이슈 및 트렌드 분석 정보력은 해외시장 진입시기를 앞당기는 것으로 나타났다.

Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) is the national information center that has collected, analyzed and managed Science and Technology information resources comprehensively since 1962. KISTI has conducted several researches and made "KISTI Information Resources Development Policy" in order to select overseas S&T core journals. This paper aims to develop overseas S&T core journals that have not distributed in the country as the part of this effort. This paper analyses the documents requested to KISTI and delivered from overseas information centers for the last 6 years. This paper selects overseas S&T core journals based on the domestic request through conducting journal usage analysis, citation analysis, and cost effectiveness analysis.

The information security industry is technology-intensive, high value-added industries. South Korea's response has excellent ICT skills and experience and skills in a variety of cyber attacks, has become a benchmark in the world. However, the small size of the domestic information security company, supporting infrastructure is lacking. Domestic information security industry is the primary condition to activate the export. For the export of high value-added enterprise information security products and services, it is necessary the establishment of the domestic IT information security infrastructure of the industrial promotion is based overseas. Come to analyze the domestic information security industry, capital of this small, market reclamation of overseas expansion, information, manpower shortage was a problem. This fact, combined losses caused by cost-free period AS. Therefore, the study on information security in the infrastructure industry overseas bases is necessary. How to select and analyze the causes of infrastructure in selected overseas offices. By utilizing the infrastructure of overseas bases, can raise the added value of the products and services of the Information Security company, we can enable the export of small and medium Information Security company from overseas offices.

Each country has tried to collect sci-tech information which is one of the critical factors for R&D in sci-tech field. Korea also has put lots of budget and efforts to develop sci-tech information produced in advanced countries. However, national sci-tech information is scarcely distributed abroad though its high quality. This study focuses on analyzing national sci-tech information requested by overseas main sci-tech information service organizations. The ultimate aim of this study is to settle up the basis of the infrastructure for sci-tech information distribution.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current state of foreign online databases in the field of Science and Technology. Evaluation of databases is becoming increasingly important for information users and for information providers as well. Previous research studies on evaluation of Science & Technology databases were summarized. This paper examined major online databases of Science & Technology with a short annotation. And the results of analysis by subject fields, by publishers, by frequency, by online availability of 618 titles were also described.

디지털 정보의 비중과 그에 대한 의존도가 현격이 높여져감에 따라 디지털 정보자원의 효율적인 수집, 저장 방법의 논의가 활발해져가고 있다. 이런 디지털 라이브러리의 분야에서 학술정보의 자유로운 이용(Open Access)에 대한 개념은 확고한 기반을 다져가고 있으며, 기술적 지원으로 제공된 OAI 프로토콜을 활용하여 해외의 학술자료들을 수집, 저장하여 배포하는 과학기술정보 유통체제는 이미 큰 이슈로 자리잡고 있다. 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 과학기술중앙정보센터로서 논문, 특허, 연구보고서, 사실정보, 생물다양성정보 등을 비롯한 다양한 종류의 과학기술관련 데이터베이스를 구축, 수집하여 서비스 하고 있다. 이에 국내외 과학기술 정보의 종합포털 및 디지털 전자유통 체제를 확립하기 위해 OAI 프로토콜을 통한 학술자료의 유통이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 OAI 기반 지식정보 수집 저장시스템인 stOAI(OAI 과학기술유통시스템)을 구축, 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 해외학술자료들을 OAI 프로토콜을 통해 수집 저장하여 Yeskisti(과학기술정보포털서비스)의 OA(Open Access)를 통해 해외저널을 무료로 배포하며 또한, KISITI의 과학기술정보를 효율적으로 외부 정보서비스 연계기관에게 제공하게 된다.

The Overseas Construction Engineering Information System (OVICE), which is operated by the Korea Institute of Construction Technology, uses the Overseas Construction Information Service classification system to service information required for overseas construction of domestic construction engineering companies. In this study, through the application of the recommendation system using collaborative filtering, identifying the relationship between the subjects for real users, verifying the adequacy of the overseas construction information classification system currently in service. Through this, I would like to propose an information service classification system that reflects actual user demand.

1812년 영국의 Humphrey Davy에 의해서 정립되기 시작한 음극방식(Cathodic P Protection)기술은 1900년대 중반이후의 유럽과 미국의 비약적인 발전을 거쳐 이제 세계적으로 철강의 방식법중 빼놓을 수 없는 주요한 기술이 되었다. 1970년대초부터 우리나라에 채용되기 시작한 음극방식기술은 현재 항만, 지중, 열교환기, 화학플랜트 등 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 아직 국내의 아쉬운 점이라면 기술도입 이후 신기술의 개발노력이 거의 이루어 지지 못하고, 해외에서 개발된 새로운 장치나 신기술들을 산발적으로 수입/적용해 왔다는 것이다. 이제 우리나라도 산업의 분야에 따라서는 상당한 방식시설을 보유 하고 있음에도 아직도 국내의 환경에 적합한 음극방식기술의 개발과 심도있는 연구 및 기술축적이 부족한 형편이다. 그 원인으로는 광범위하게 발전해 가는 해외기술 에 대한 정보부족을 먼저 꼽을 수 있으며 국내의 기술 및 연구개발에 투자가 미약 하다는 것이 또하나의 이유라 하겠다. 본 강의는 상기 원인중 음극방식에 대한 해외기술정보를 소개하기 위한 것으로 해외에서 최근에 개발된 음극방식관련 각종 장치를 소개하고 전반적인 산업분야의 음극방식법 응용연구의 방향을 발표하며, 부가하여 읍국방식관련 각종 규정의 소개를 하고자 한다. 제한된 정보로 방식산업에 직접 관계하는 분에게는 부족한 기술 정보가 될지 모르나 전반적인 음극방식기술에 대한 실태를 파악하는데는 조그마한 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.
