최근 경제의 발전과 근무형태의 변화로 인한 여가활동이 점차 증가함에 따라 해안지역에 관광인프라 건설이 늘어나는 추세이다. 본 연구는 동해안 지역의 국제적 성장 가능성과 지역의 자원 개발 잠재력을 토대로 한 광역관광권 개발사업의 일환으로 제안된 울산과 포항사이의 양포항에 복합해양관광휴양단지 구상안에 대한 주변수역의 변화양상을 파악하고자 하였다. 이에 신뢰성 있는 수치도형 구현을 위해 3차원 수치모델을 구축하고 이를 바탕으로 해양관광휴양단지 조성시 발생하는 파동 및 유동장의 변화, 표사 및 해저지형 등의 해양환경변화를 예측하여 구상단계에서 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다.

Recently, the increase of the size of GNP and the expansion of the foreign tour opportunities by the common 5 days work system in a week, reaction of the burden for visiting foreign countries, and expansion of airlines caused the rapid increase of overseas tour but slow increase in the number of foreign tourists, due to the price rise which might impact on the competitive power, and lack of tour infrastructure and attractiveness. As the wide area along the east coast of GyeongBuk Province has great amount of cultural, ocean and natural resources, it helps to get focused the tour industries and maximize the synergy effect through the mutual development coupling the resources and regions. On the basis of the potentials for the growth of east coast area to the international level and the development of local resources, a ocean tour and resort complex for four seasons, which has s strong connection to the local areas resulting the wide tour bond, could help to improve the local economy and balance the development of local province, and furthermore, jump to the level of the center in the East Coast area in the international society. Through the investigation and analysis of the ocean space development status and usage at the advanced foreign countries, the new meaning of the ocean space at the tour and resort complex would be proposed to the relevant local government in fit.

여가생활과 건강에 대한 관심이 증대함에 따라 웰니스와 휴양과 관련한 컨텐츠가 요구되면서 산림치유, 해양치유와 같은 헬스 투어리즘에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 산과 바다를 모두 갖고 있는 우리나라의 경우 치유산업의 발전가능성이 충분하고 치유자원 발굴, 효능에 관련된 연구도 진행되고 있다. 해양치유시설은 프로그램에 맞게 제어 가능한 실내에 비해 옥외활동에는 가능한 시간, 기후가 한정되어 있으며 지역특성에 따라 달리 적용되어야 함에도 불구하고 아직 명확한 기준이 미비하다. 이에 본 연구는 해양치유 옥외활동에 적합한 기후환경 가이드라인 개발을 위해 온열환경, 풍환경, 공기환경 및 체감온도, 불쾌지수와 같은 생활지수와 같은 항목을 정리하고 해당 데이터를 활용하여 옥외활동을 할 수 있는 시간, 기후 등 판단기준을 작성하고자 한다.

금회 연구대상지인 진도 해역은 WQI지수 II, III등급 해역으로, 비교적 양호한 수질상태를 유지하고 있다. 최근 대명리조트는 이곳에 대규모 휴양시설을 계획 중에 있으며, 이에 따른 오수의 해양방류는 불가피할 것으로 보인다. 따라서, 오수의 해양방류로 인하여 대상해역의 오염이 우려됨에 따라 최적의 배수시설을 건설하여 수질악화를 방지하고자 한다. 배수시설에 따른 수질영향 예측을 수행하기 위하여 Delft3D-WAQ 모듈을 이용하여 당 해역의 수질특성을 재현 및 예측하였다. 또한, 상기 모델에 의한 모의결과의 정확도를 확인하고 보완하기 위하여 수직 와확산계수의 민감도 분석을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 배수시설의 방류구 이격 거리 및 수층별 방류에 따른 수질변화를 검토한 결과, 해안에서의 이격거리가 멀고 중층에 방류할 경우 가장 효과적인 희석률을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

마닐라에서 동남쪽으로 560Km 떨어진 곳에 위치한 세부 섬은 필리핀에서도 가장 오래된 거리나 성벽, 기념비 등이 남아 있어 역사의 향기가 물씬 풍기는 곳이다. 섬이지만 산악 리조트와 골프 코스가 구비되어 육지에서 누릴 수 있는 재미도 함께 느낄 수 있고, 해안에는 세계적인 최상급 리조트와 부대시설들이 잘 갖춰져 있어 편리한 휴양을 즐길 수 있다. 에메랄드빛 바다와 하얀 모래사장 외에도 스노크링, 스쿠버다이빙 등 각종 해양 스포츠를 즐길 수 있는 장소가 풍부하고, 세부 시내로 들어가면 옛 스페인 통치 시대 때의 유물들이 남아 있어 역사를 음미해 볼 수 있는 시간도 가질 수 있다.

The application of computer model to the port and harbor development is categorized in the field of port development policy, economic analysis and evaluation, civil engineering analysis, hydrodynamic analysis, evaluation of social and natural environment effect, etc. The study in this paper, however, is limited to hydrodynamic analysis, especially the analysis of water wave propagation and response to the shore structure due to the construction and implementation of shore boundary, the mathematical formulation of the numerical model is established systematically based on the hybrid Element Method and applied to solving the wave refraction, diffraction and radiation problems for a circular basin, the artificial beach or lagoon in terms of coastal zone development.

As coastal areas have a distinct nature with the interaction of the lands and waters, they attract people to enjoy and experience the natural environments physically and intellectually; this generates cultural ecosystem services. Coastal beaches are one of the most common coastal areas for cultural ecosystem services. The purpose of this study was to 1) estimate the economic values of cultural ecosystem services derived from coastal beaches, and 2) expand the estimated values into other beaches across the country using a benefit transfer method. We divided the values of cultural ecosystem services into five different categories based on an extensive literature review: recreation and tourism, landscape and aesthetic, educational, heritage, and inspirational values. The values of tourism and recreation, landscape and aesthetic, and educational services were estimated using the choice experiments. The attributes of the choice experiments consisted of conservation funds, litter, water quality, seascape, landscape, and biodiversity, and the data were collected through online surveys with visitors of 11 representative beaches in Korea. Heritage and inspiration services were estimated using a market goods method based on their expenditures. These values were transferred to 257 beaches across the country. Study results can be used for policy decisions on various restoration and conservation projects caused by coastal erosion and development and on the need and extent of public investments.

본 연구는 가족중심의 바다낚시가 증가함에 따라 바다낚시공원을 가족낚시인에게 적합한 해양레저시설로 계획하기 위해 현재 운영중인 11군데 바다낚시공원을 대상으로 현장조사, 관리인 인터뷰조사 및 이용자 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 바다낚시공원의 입지선정기준을 마련하였으며 바다낚시공원의 시설위치와 이용자의 활동형태에 따라 레저 스포츠형, 힐링 휴식형, 체험 활동형, 문화 휴양형 등 4개 시설유형을 결정하고 각 유형별로 시설특성 및 시설구성안을 제시하였다.
