Many countries foster the tour and leisure industries as a national strategic industry of the 21st century. The tour and leisure industry is expected to be reorganized from the land-based industry to the ocean-based industry as the GNP in a nation is over USD $20,000{\sim}30,000$ dollars. In Korea, since we adopt a five-day week, the total working hours for a week is shortened. As the result, leisure activities in family, such as experience tour, ecological tour, travel, and overnight tour, are expected to be increased. Leisure and sports tours, which link the tour and sports to rafting, hang gliding, and marine leisure, have been also increased over 21.6%. A number of small and big islands near Ho-Nam coastal areas play an important role as natural breakwater. Thus, the ports in Ho-Nam area is safely protected from physical effects by ocean waves and is maintained without constructing a breakwater. In this paper, we analyses the required conditions as the marine leisure base in the southwest sea area which has the natural advantages for marine leisure. We also discuss how to activate the yacht business on Ho-Nam coast area. And then we analyse the present situations and obstacles of a domestic marine leisure. We also suggest the plan to build up echo-marine leisure infrastructure for industrial growth of marine leisure in Ho-Nam area.

해양레저 활동의 범위가 점차 원거리 항해로 확대되면서 거주가 가능한 크루즈보트가 각광받고 있다. 해양레저산업 선진국인 유럽, 북미의 경우 미려한 디자인, 인간공학적 구조 그리고 경량선체 소재 채택을 통한 연료효율 향상 등 크루즈보트의 설계와 제작에 있어 이미 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 반면, 국내의 경우 소형 레저보트 중심의 개발, 건조가 이뤄지고 있으며, 선체소재 또한 유리섬유강화복합소재가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원양항해가 가능한 50피트급 탄소섬유강화복합재료(CFRP) 선체 크루즈보트의 선형에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. CFRP 선체 레저보트의 선형특성을 분석하여 설계선의 선형을 제안하였으며, 조선공학적 검토를 통해 그 특성을 분석하였다.

With the recent rapid growth in the number of people who enjoy marine and leisure activities in Korea, the marine leisure industry faces good opportunities for development. Korean brands are in between them. In this situation, new and innovative products related to an inflatable tube, which is one of the most popular marine leisure items, will help to increase sales of domestic companies and to pioneer a new market. Research methods are largely divided into 4: investigation, analysis & synthesis, development and evaluation. This paper introduces a "tube cushion" which is an inflatable tube covered by fabrics. It can be functioned at home 365 days a year as a cushion or a children's plaything. Tactile fabrics, neoprene and air-mesh, are used as the cover with a zipper, making it easy to open and close. Moreover, by putting together tubes and connecting them with snap fastener attached straps, the cushion can be transformed into a chair, a table, a tunnel, a train, and so on, serving as a creative plaything for children. With this paper, it is expected that new and innovative items differentiated from others, like this crossover tube cushion, will help to create a 'Blue Ocean' market for the marine leisure industry from the long-term perspective.

As Korean expanded the leisure time and improved the national incomes, the interest and demands of the marine leisure activities are increasing. However, it needs to considerate the infrastructure improvement for supporting these demands. This paper analyzed the problems based on the status of domestic marina port facilities including the absence of integrated management division and minimum standards for port facilities, governmental-centered administrative procedure, lack of professional manpower and linkage among educational institutes in aspect of navigators To improve these problems, this paper suggest that management system would be user-centered marina for marine leisure activities to make the integrated management division for marina port, the minimum standards for port facilities, realization of CIQ, familiarity for citizen and linkage among educational institutes.

해상교통관제(VTS, Vessel Traffic Service) 구역에서는 선박의 항해뿐만 아니라 준설, 급유, 수상레저, 어로, 군사훈련, 모래 채취 등 다양한 해양 활동이 동시에 이뤄지고 있다. 이들 활동들은 제한된 공간에서 경쟁적으로 이뤄지기에 시 공간적 충돌을 수반하게 된다. 최근 VTS는 '해상교통서비스' 라는 본연의 역할과 더불어 다양한 해양 활동들이 조화롭게 이뤄지도록 조율하는 영역까지로 확대되고 있다. 이렇듯 발전하는 VTS의 역할에 발맞춰 관제 구역에도 해양공간계획(MSP, Marine Spatial Planning) 개념을 도입하여 체계적인 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 해양공간계획을 도입한 타 국 사례를 소개하고 그 도입 필요성에 대해 제안 하고자 한다.

풍랑특보는 우리나라 부근을 항행하는 선박 및 해상 업무 종사자에게 큰 영향을 미친다. 이 연구에서는 최근 11년(2010-2020년) 동안 기상청에서 발표한 서해·남해·동해의 앞바다 및 먼바다, 제주도 앞바다의 풍랑특보와 주요 해양기상부이의 관측자료를 비교·분석하여 풍랑특보의 적절성을 평가하였다. 각 해역에 대한 풍랑특보와 해양기상부이 관측자료를 일별, 월별, 연별로 통계를 내어 연평균, 월평균, 계절별로 비교한 결과, 풍랑특보의 적중률이 전 해역에 걸쳐 매우 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 해상에서의 풍랑특보가 어선의 어업활동, 여객선 운항 및 관광, 해상 레저활동 등에 미치는 영향을 고려할 때 해양기상 예·특보의 정확성을 개선할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다.

Finding out the exact location of survivors in short period of time is critical to conduct rescue activity successfully in oceans. Current technology with natural circumstances limits the activity that our efforts come along. R&D Center housed at Korea Coast Guard (KCG) has developed the system named "RFID for Life jacket" which enables us to access the location of persons under distressed situation. The RFID has been widely known as state-of-art technology to monitor the location even in inland or in ocean. Composed of tag, antenna. reader and middleware, RFID is attached to attached to a life jacket that people usually wears in recreational activity. By conducting experiments in pilot-scale several times, successful results showing 96.7% of transmission within 3.5km in diameter were produced. This study explains the routes of experiments to reach the goal and expected results coming from this accomplishments.

항만의 수출입 물동량 증가와 해양 레저 활동 증가로 해안에서 빈번하게 발생되는 해양사고는 재산과 인명피해는 물론 해양환경 파괴문제까지 대두되어 심각한 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 최근 필리핀 해역에서 발생한 미 7함대 소속 소해함 MCM-5 Guardian 함의 좌초사고를 통해 해양사고가 발생할 수 있는 원인과 항해 시 발생될 수 있는 오차요인인 좌표체계, 전자해도, 항법오차 등의 문제점을 분석하여 항해안전을 위한 대책방안을 제시하였다.

In these days many korean people have much interested in oceanic sports and oceanic leisure equipment.. However, the current condition for the marine leisure in korea are not advanced even worse than wnderdeveloped countries.. Recently several suggestion for vitalization on the marine leisure industry and preparations of the laws & the regulations for marine leisure.. This paper suggest the new marina model using ubiquitous sensor network to reduce the risk of the policy and the investment in the filed og marine leisure industry.

This study investigated the purchase status, wearing status, purchase satisfaction, selection criteria, and improvement marin leports wear for subjects who enjoy marine leisure sports in the southwestern region of Jeollanam-do, and examines the correlation between age and body type and the correlation between variables. SPSS Ver. 26.0 program was used for analysis. In the correlation between the motivation for participation and the selection criteria, when participating to increase physical strength, it was selected based on the fit. When participating for leisure or hobbies, they were selected based on design and color. The relationship between the selection criteria and purchase satisfaction was not satisfied in terms of price when they were selected based on activity or utilization of other uses. As for the selection criteria according to the body type, clothing was selected based on price and fashion for large triangles and squares, and elasticity for inverted triangles. As for the preferred color by age, only those in their 40s preferred blue and other age groups preferred achromatic color. In future studies, it is thought that a study on the preference of each marine leisure sports item should be conducted.
