항로표지는 해상교통의 안전을 도모하고 선박운항 능률 향상을 위하여 설치된 해양교통안전시설 중 하나이다. 그러나 선박 또는 기상악화 등의 이유로 발생하는 항로표지의 사고로 인하여 제 기능을 상실 하였을 경우, 선박운항자나 이용자가 느끼는 선박통항 위험도가 증가할 가능성이 높다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 최대 항만인 부산항을 중심으로 부산항 이용자를 대상으로 항로표지 및 표지사고에 대한 인식조사를 실시하여, 효율적인 항로표지관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Modern countries have almost ratified the UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities and are creating environments to prevent discrimination against these individuals. In 1996, the International Maritime Organization presented a recommendation for the design and operation of passenger ships to respond to elderly and disabled persons' needs. In Korea, an act on the promotion of transportation convenience for mobility disadvantaged persons has been implemented, and facilities for the disabled have been rapidly installed in ships, vehicles, aircraft, railways and passenger terminals. However, the maritime transport environment is less concerned about disabled persons than safety. In this study, basic research was conducted to improve the maritime transport environment for disabled people in Korea through a field survey and literature survey. As a result, it was found that relevant laws and regulations have not been properly applied to excursion ships and ferries as well as small-scale ports, which are responsible for a large part of coastal passenger transportation. In addition to low installation rates of facilities for the transportation of persons with disabilities in ships and terminals, loose equipment was also considered. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the human rights of persons with disabilities, which are universal values of humanity, by complementing laws and introducing improved facilities.

The convergence of IT technology and marine facilities monitoring system is needed for effective monitoring systems to marine facilities. Especially the spread of smart device such as smart phone, smart pad, smart TV provide an environment that can check the status of the marine facility for marin facilities manager. However, smart phones and smart pads are used in a variety of OS used. Thus the monitoring system of the various service environments is difficult. In addition, There is inconvenience that must individually developed monitoring system for each device. In order to solve this problem NMMS (N-Screen Marine-facility Monitoring System) is proposed. NMMS is consist of Real-time monitoring system, Fault diagnosis system, Data storage system. To improve variety of smart devices accessibility, we use HTML 5. Through NMMS, marine facilities manager can use smart device such as PC, Notebook, smart phone, smart pad for marine facilities monitoring.

The mass transit networks in Korea, such as buses, metro and subway, are co-related and the number of transfer points, in which a lot of pedestrian movement is generated, are rising. The functions of the transfer centers, in which several travel modes cross at a point, have to include convenience and comfort for pedestrians using the transfer centers, and such functions can make transit a more attractive travel option and thus eventually contribute to increases in ridership. However, the guidelines for station layouts and their assessments in transfer stations are not suggested so far. So the pedestrian pattern data (pedestrian walking distances and times, pedestrian approaching distances and times, pedestrian walking paths in the inside of stations) was collected and analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, the ways to measure the quality of comfort for those who using transfer facilities were suggested using the times that pedestrians consume to transfer from a travel mode to another. The walking time of pedestrians at the inside of stations was also measured by pre-selected pedestrian pathways as the guidelines for station layout assessment in transfer facilities.

스마트 항만 IoT 인프라 및 정보수집 제공 장치 개발 과제는 항만 IoT 인프라와 정보수집 및 제공 장치 개발을 통해 항만물류자원들의 상호 간 초연결 네트워크를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 실시간으로 정보를 수집 분석하여 제공함으로써 화물, 사람, 장비, 시설 등을 포함하는 항만 내 모든 자원의 연결성을 90% 이상 확보하고, 더불어 선박, 외부트럭, 교량, 교통 등을 포함한 항만 외 외부자원과의 연결성을 강화하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

우리나라 인천항의 적체현상은 그 한계를 초과한 상태여서 체선율이 약 40%에 이르고 있다. 아울러, 수도권 대량화물의 대부분이 인천항을 경유하여 내륙수송방법을 통해 운송되므로 수도권의 심각한 교통체증을 가중시키며, 물류가격경쟁력의 저하현상을 초래하고 있다. 따라서, 운하를 건설하여 연안해송, 내륙수운 등의 수송수단을 통해 대량화물 운송을 원활히 하여 내륙교통량을 완화시키고 수송비를 절감시키는 방법도 이상과 같은 문제점해결의 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다. (중략)

해양교통시설 측정선 "한빛호"는 우리나라 전 해역의 광파표지(유 무인등대), 전파표지(GNSS, DGNSS, Loran-C 등), 음파표지(무신호기) 성능 측정 및 분석을 담당하는 국내 유일의 선박으로 그 중 전파표지의 GNSS와 DGNSS 측정된 수신테이터 분석을 통해 항법성능 요구조건 충족 여부와 전파 관련 유관기관에 참고자료로 활용하는데 기여하고자 합니다.

Marine traffics near Ulsan approaching waters are crossing and converged at the diverging point of No.1 route-No.2 route and No.1 route-No.3 route and are also concentrated at near No1. route approaching area and the headland of Gawn-Jel. Because the number of berth will increase to 78 from 49 until 2011 due to additional developments, minor modification is expected for the water utilities. Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs prepared the method to update traffic connection system by amending "National Transport System Efficiency Act(hereinafter Act)". The key is a development of Intermodal Transfer Center. The law and guideline related with Intermodal Transfer Center requires the installation and operation of transfer information guide facility to improve user's convenience. However, there are no sufficient studies that can be used as references for the method to construct transfer support information system related with user's preference. The study performed the research about user's service satisfaction in relation with transfer support information service, which was embodied in model operation process, on the basis of transfer support information system of Intermodal Transfer Center applied to Gimpo Airport. The analysis result about service preference, importance of each supplied information, service satisfaction and consideration for service embodiment can be used as a guideline to embody the user information service of Intermodal Transfer Center. In addition, through CVM, the study estimated and proposed the service valuation of smart intermodal transfer service that provides customized information to cope with user's situation and traffic means operation status among transfer support information service. It is determined that the study will measure the benefit of Intermodal Transfer Center user by using monetary value when smart intermodal transfer service is supplied and provide the ground to expand high-tech transfer information service with high usefulness and convenience.
