This research is to study the interaction of multiculture parents in law between. daughter in law. We approached hermeneutical grounded theory and six of multiculture family's parent's in law participated this research. Data were collected by the depth interview and various written records and we could construct 9 hermeutical theme by analyzing and categorizing 83 meaning units, 22 categories. We descripted the process of acculturation between parent's in law and daughter in law. The result as follows : ① sticking self dimensions → ② strategic acceptomce → ③ making shade of co-existence → ④ self dismantling and reconstruction. Finally we proposed the 「joint program of parent's in law and daughter in law for reinforcing culture unpetence」.

This study explored the essence of psychological burnout experiences due to emotional contagion using a hermeneutic phenomenological approach. In-depth interviews were conducted on 9 participants who work in fields that are subject to emotional contagion. Data analysis was conducted by using van Manen's methodology, insisting that the pure description of an experience can be enriched by adding interpretation. The emotional contagion experiences were identified through this process and the findings were categorized into 3 core themes, 8 essential themes, and 35 subthemes. The first core theme is "emotions in constant exchange". This theme included two essential themes: 'various channels of emotional contagion' and 'subjective states that change depending on the transmitted emotions'. The second core theme, "filtering the experience of emotional contagion" included the essential themes of 'the characteristics susceptible to the emotions of others', 'attitudes of spreading negative emotions' and 'situations that makes one feel overwhelmed by emotions'. The final core theme, "from burnout by emotional contagion to communication" was categorized into the following essential themes: 'burnout-inducing entangled interactions', 'moving toward communication and connection' and 'recovery after psychological burnout'. Finally, the implications and suggestions for future research were discussed by summarizing the core contents of each themes.

This study mark a high complexity of the field, which is further enhanced by the fact, that these discussions are transposed into religious education and professionalism research relating to religious education teachers. It seriously considers very unique semantics and practice of leadership emerge then, crosswise and as a background to the educational hermeneutics. Obviously, besides didactic implications, professional ethical implications in an elementary sense are also at play here. The researcher will proceed in four steps: Firstly, I examine aspects of professionalism theory, into which, secondly, professional ethical considerations are entered in their significance for the topic of leadership, then deepen this through discourse-theoretical considerations before finally, fourthly, perspectives are opened up.

This study explored the role and characteristics of music that contributed to experiences of catharsis in music. An empirical phenomenological study was conducted to explore catharsis with 12 adults. Phenomenological reduction, change of attitude, literature interpretation, and hermeneutic circle were used for data collection and analysis. As a result, three categories, five themes, and 11 sub-themes were identified. The first category, here and now in music consisted of two themes: aesthetic experiences and expansion of musical novelty. The second category, inner connection through music consisted of one theme, re-experience of internal emotions. The third category, immersion and engagement in music consisted of two themes: ventilating or deepening of emotions and internal dynamics. Based on these results, the cathartic characteristics of music are discussed. First, the aesthetics and novelty of music kept participants fully stay in music. Second, music induced a re-experiencing of emotions by triggering memories or stimulating unresolved emotions. Third, the elements of music promoted emotional ventilation, deepening, and internal dynamics. This study is meaningful because it qualitatively examined the roles and characteristics of music that contribute to cathartic experience in the general adult population.

이 논문에서는 압전 MEMS에 대한 유한요소해석(FEA)응용이 연구되었다. 압전MEMS와 관련한 특수재료 및 기하학적 형상에 대한 몇 가지 두드러진 특징 및 앞으로의 연구가치가 있는 주제도 아울러 다룬다. 압전 능동박막을 이용한 센서 및 액츄에이터를 포함하는 단순구조에 대한 FEA모델링이 제시되었다. ZnO가 압전 재료로 사용되었다. 정적 전기기계적해석이 두 가지 모델에 대해 수행되었다. 압전효과로 발생한 처짐 및 센 서의 출력전압에 대한 FEA 결과는 해석치 혹은 실험측정값과도 우수하게 일치하였다. ANSYS가 P-MEMS의 가상신속시작체계를 위한 우수한 FEA도구임이 본 논문을 통해서 보여졌다.

This study examined the case of women's conflict experience in small and medium size enterprises. Although the number of women working in business organizations is rapidly growing in Korea, discourse about them is still scarce. Some discourse about them focuses only on the productivity and inequality aspects within the organizations. Therefore, we need to examine their organizational lives through a more dynamic and performance based perspective. Especially, because conflicts experience by women within business organizations involve a variety of organizational interactions, they reveal the vivid reality with which working women face today. The existing conflict research studies focused on communication or interpersonal relationship are limited by the fact that they have primarily dealt with the variables such as conflict management styles. However, conflict research needs a more specific and wholistic interpretation because conflicts usually depend on their contexts and interaction dynamics. Therefore, the phenomenological methodology was employed as a more appropriate method for the current conflict study. Results shows that the two themes were identified regarding the conflict content. The first and second themes were the unfair situations and the hierarchical rank respectively. The three themes were identified regarding the attitudes about conflicts. They were the passive stance toward conflicts, the recognition of the gender difference, and the acknowledgement of the importance of the relational aspect respectively. Finally, three more themes were identified regarding the conflict management styles. The first, second and third themes were the passive responding, the aggressive responding and the positive conflict management respectively. In addition, the implications of the results and the suggestions for future studies were made.

Wet compression means the injection of water droplets into the compressor of gas turbines. This method decreases the compression work and increases the turbine output by decreasing the compressor exit temperature through the evaporation of water droplets inside the compressor. This paper provides thermodynamic and aerodynamic analysis on wet compression in a centrifugal compressor for a microturbine. The meanline performance analysis of centrifugal compressor is coupled with the thermodynamic equation of wet compression to get the meanline performance of wet compression. The most influencing parameter in the analysis is the evaporative rate of water droplets. It is found that the impeller exit flow temperature and compression work decreases as the evaporative rate increases. And the exit flow angle decreases as the evaporative rate increases.

This study was done to explore the meaning and nature of life world on female college students with atopic dermatitis. The hermeneutic phenomenological method which was developed by Van Manen was used. Methods: The data were collected in two months through individual in-depth interviews using open-ended questions. A total of nine women with atopic dermatitis participated in the study. Results: Essential themes that fit into the context of the four existential grounds of body, other people, space and time were: rage against the body, the conflict with symptoms, unacceptable life, continued efforts. Conclusion: This study provides deep understanding of female students with atopic dermatitis who are relatively alienated from society. Based on the results of the study, health professionals could develop effective nursing interventions to improve quality of life of these women.

The purpose of this study is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the experiences of shift nurses who are pregnant while on duty. The specific research question is, 'What is the meaning of pregnancy experienced by a shift nurse?' For this study, six nurses with experience working at a general hospital while pregnant participated. Data was collected through individual in-depth interviews and analyzed by van Manen's phenomenological methodology. The result of the study uncovered 8 themes and 4 essential themes. The essential themes were 'Difficulty feeling free to conceive'; 'Becoming more conscious of coworkers'; 'Concern about the health of the fetus'; and 'Requirement for effective measures.' The results of this study are significant in providing a convergent understanding of the pregnancy experiences of shift nurses.

This study looked into the inner experience of foster mothers who adopted children under 3 months old and found out they were disabled while they were rearing with Van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological approach. In-depth interviews were used with six foster mothers who live in Seoul, Gwangju, Gyeongsangnam-do, and Jeollabuk-do. The study resulted in a hermeneutic writing with titled "Love of Mothers Who Want to Make Their Children's Dreams Come True" with six essential themes as follows: 'being at a loss wrapped in a dense fog,' 'venting off the frustration,' 'gratitude amid painfulness,' 'bold confrontation with prejudices,' 'disabled children's return to the center of their moms' life,' and 'expectation for their future life.' As they are disabled, foster mothers want to rear their children with more care and attention to make their children's dreams come true. Seen above, this could be interpreted as mothers' love to a life. For foster mothers, the disability of their adopted children is not a burden but an expectation for a new world. They help the children live by themselves. It shows that every child can have his own home.
