A study on the Curriculum Perspectives of Secondary School Home Economics Teachers and the Home Economics Teacher Efficacy (기술.가정(실과) 교사의 교육과정 관점과 교사 효능감에 관한 연구 - 가정 분야를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perspectives on curriculum of secondary school home economics(HE) teachers, the HE teacher efficacy level, and the correlation between their perspectives on HE curriculum and the HE teacher efficacy. A questionnaire survey was carried out to the 500 HE teachers from middle and high schools across the nation, 215 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: First, most of HE teachers had the biggest interest in interpretative perspective and some teachers had a interest in critical perspective. On the other hand, a few teachers only had a interest in technical curriculum perspective. Second, HE teachers who worked in the big cities tended to be more interested in interpretative perspective than those who worked in small cities. HE teachers from 25 to 40 years olds tended to be more interested in critical perspective than those who were more than 50 years old. Also, HE teachers with less than 15 years of experience tended to be more interested in critical perspective than those who had worked for more than 15 years. Third, the average of the HE teacher efficacy level was 3.69. The efficacy level of studying support was the highest. Then came class support, environment support, instruction strategy, and demands alternation in order. Fourth, there was moderate correlation between the interpretative perspective on curriculum of middle and high school HE teachers and teacher efficacy level in comparison with other curriculum perspectives.

The Effect of Interpretive Style Scientific Reading Materials on the Change of High School Students' Philosophical Viewpoints on Science (해석적인 서술방식으로 구성된 과학 읽기 자료가 고등학생의 과학철학적 관점에 미치는 영향)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the effects of interpretive style reading materials on high school students philosophical viewpoints on science. Subjects for this study were 137 girl students in four classes of a high school located in Daejeon city. The classes were divided into two groups: experimental groups and control groups. Students in the experimental groups were administered a series of the reading materials over thirty-six sessions. Additionally, PPP(Philosophical Perspectives Prove) was used in order to assess students philosophical viewpoints on science. Results of the study showed that the interpretive style reading materials takes effect on the change of students philosophical viewpoints on science. At the initial stage, a number of students exhibited viewpoints inclined toward inductivism. As time goes by, however, viewpoint of inductivism was decreased and view of falcificationism and view of relativism were increased. The results also indicated that the effect of intervention was stable.

  • Amongst various methods of interpreting art, a understanding of the intention of artistic creation has been traditionally considered the most essential. Hermeneutics is the typical way of approaching it. With a focus on interpretation and understanding of the object, Hermeneutics delves into methodological techniques of interpretation and understanding of the existence of art from ancient Greece to the present. Nevertheless, from the Hermeneutic viewpoint, art as the object of interpretation is not free from social conditions and tradition; for this reason, interpretation of art basically has a socio-historical aspect. The starting point of this thesis is to examine the methods of understanding art from the socio-historical viewpoint. For this purpose, I study the theory of Hermeneutics as a basic of socio-historical interpretation of art, calling for methodology I need to justify inter-dependency of the epistemological viewpoint aid the ontological viewpoint in interpretation of art. Here, I suggest 'imputation(Zurechung)' and 'cycle(Zirkel)' as methodological concepts to support interdependency of these two viewpoints in Hermeneutics. Zurechung means explanation of meaning based upon the higher standard that includes to object of interpretation, while Zirkel means perception of part in order to understand the whole and, in turn, recognition of the whole in order to understand the part. These two concepts function inter-dependently in clarifying the object of interpretation and various problems of understanding human beings derived from it in the process of interpretation. This is also a key to the explanation that the object in social condition is closely related to historical perspective.

  • 본 논문에서는 수학교육용 소프트웨어에서 확률적 현상을 경험한 이후 과학 그래프 해석에 있어 확률론적 관점을 도입하여 해석하는 학습자의 관점의 변화를 제시한다. 이 연구에서 11명의 고등학교 1학년 학생은 수학교육용 소프트웨어인 지오지브라(GeoGebra)를 활용하여 학습자가 평면 상에서 수직선이나 반원 위에 점을 찍는 활동을 통하여 기하학적 확률을 경험하였으며 이와 같은 경험을 토대로 물의 상평형 그래프를 해석하였다. 물의 상평형 그래프에 나타나는 얼음(고체), 물(액체), 수증기(기체)의 상태 변화에 대하여 각 상태가 나타나는 온도-압력의 영역 간의 경계에 대하여 학습자는 기하학적 확률을 적용하여 해석하려고 하였으나 경계선 위의 온도-압력의 물의 미시적 구조를 표현하는 과정에서 4명의 학생만 확률론적 관점으로 해석하고 그렇지 못한 학생들은 상태의 공존을 물질적 관점이나 과정적 관점으로 이해하였다.

Complexity of Self-Construal and Psychological Well-Being among People with an Experience of Life-Crisis Due to Physical Disability or Divorce - Taking Multiple Perspectives, Self-Acceptance and Self-Regulation as Mediators - (중도장애, 이혼과 같은 생애위기 경험자의 자기해석 복합성과 심리적 안녕 - 관점의 다각화, 자기수용, 자기조절의 매개효과 -)

  • This questionnaire study examined the processes linking complexity of self-construal to self-positivity conceptualized as taking multiple perspectives, self-acceptance and self-regulation that, in turn, affect psychological well-being among people with an experience of life-crisis during adulthood due to physical disability or divorce. Data were drawn from 359 adult Koreans residing in Seoul metropolitan area, including the physically disabled, the divorced, and their counterparts without a life-crisis experience during adulthood for comparison. On average, the life-crisis experience group(LEG) had a higher independent selfconstrual and a lower interdependent self-construal than the comparison group(CG). As predicted, complexity of self-construal contributed to taking multiple perspectives that helps searching for meaning, and this, in turn, was found to foster self-acceptance and self-regulation. Through these variables except self-regulation, complex self-construal contributed to psychological well-being as manifested by a higher level of positive emotion and a lower level of depression. As expected, while taking multiple perspectives fostered positive emotion both directly and indirectly through self-acceptance among LEG and CG, only in LEG it directly reduced depression. The comparative approach employed in this study enabled to discern that taking multiple perspectives promotes psychological well-being in LEG by contributing to both meaning making and positive attitude, whereas it promotes psychological well-being in CG primarily by fostering positive attitude. Finally implications for this study were discussed and directions for future research were suggested.

Home Economics teachers' perception of Home Economics curriculum perspective and their instructional culture (가정과 교사들이 지각한 교육과정 관점과 가정과 교사들의 수업문화)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate Home Economics(HE) teachers' perception of Home Economics curriculum perspective and their instructional culture, and to find out correlations between them. 210 questionnaires were used for analysis. The results are as follows. First, our research showed that the preferences of HE teachers with respect to curriculum perspectives were in the order of the interpretive, emancipatory, and technical perspectives. However, there was no consistency among findings in the preferences for the sub-elements of a curriculum. Second, our results indicated that HE teachers performed their role affirmatively in terms of instructional culture such as the 'cooperation between teachers', the 'class focused on student', and the 'learning materials preparation'. Third, there was a statistically significant difference in five elements such as the 'cooperation among teachers' between the HE teachers' curriculum perspectives and their instructional culture. Fourth, there was a statistically significant difference in the 4 factors of 'instructional culture' between the teacher group whose curriculum preference was clear and those group whose curriculum preferences was vague.

다산 정약용의 『중용』해석에 대한 일고찰

  • 이 글은 다산 정약용의 "중용자잠"과 "중용강의"를 주자의 "중용장구" 및 "중용혹문"과 비교 고찰함으로써, 다산의 "중용"의 해석에 나타난 경학적 특징을 드러내는 것을 목적으로 한다. 다산의 "중용"해석을 살펴보려는 우리는 우선 "중용"에 대한 다산의 분장절(分章節), 그리고 "중용"이란 책의 성격을 규정하는 데에서 출발하였다. 주자는 "중용"을 이학(理學)의 관점에서 이해하였지만, 다산은 천명(天命)으로 일관된 책으로 규정하면서 '소사상제지학(昭事上帝之學)'으로 규정하고 있다. II장에서는 '중용(中庸)'을 어떻게 규정하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 주자는 '중(中)'을 불편불의무과불급지명(不偏不倚無過不及之名)으로 규정하고, 용(庸)은 평상(平常)이라고 정의했다. 이에 대해 다산은 중용(中庸)의 연원에 천착하면서, 중(中)에 대한 주자의 정의는 수용하지만, 용(庸)에 대한 해석에는 반대의 입장을 표명하면서 용(庸)이란 경상(經常) 혹은 항상(恒常)으로 해석해야 한다고 주장한다. III장에서는 주자와 다산의 "중용" 해석에서 가장 큰 대비 점을 이루는 구절을 살펴보았다. 그것은 곧 수장(首章)의 구절에서 "군자(君子) 계신호기소불도(戒愼乎其所不睹) 공구호기소불문(恐懼乎其所不聞)"에서 '불도불문(不睹不聞)', "막견호은(莫見乎隱) 막현호미(幕顯乎微)"에서 '은미(隱微)와 신독(愼獨), 그리고 "희노애락지미발(喜怒哀樂之未發) 위지중(謂之中) 발이개중절(發而皆中節) 위지화(謂之和)"에서 '미발(未發)'이라는 구절을 어떻게 해석할 것인가와 연관된다. 여기서 주자는 이학(理學)의 관점에 입각한 해석을 제시했으며, 다산은 상제학(上帝學)의 관점에서 실천지향적 해석을 제시함을 고찰하였다. 주자는 성정(性情)의 체용론의 관점에서 이 구절을 해석했지만, 다산은 모두 상제(上帝)의 조임(照臨)을 자각한 신독군자의 계신공구(戒愼恐懼)로 해석함을 살펴보았다.

Home Economics Curriculum Development and Application of Clothing Life Culture Area Based on the Interpretive Perspective on Educational Curriculum (해석적 관점을 중심으로 한 가정과교육 의생활 문화 영역의 교육과정안 개발 및 적용)

  • In this study the interpretive perspective means a point of view on educational curriculum in which in order to reach the understanding of the meaning of the behaviors and beliefs of human beings, and the historical and cultural products, the process of discussing on the basis of historical and cultural knowledge is very important. The developed curriculum means the one that consists of the goal of the curriculum, the contents of the curriculum, lesson plans, and the instruction-learning materials. This study has been carried out in four steps: conceptualization, development, application and evaluation. This study has tried to propose some changes in the contents of clothing life education on the basis of the interpretive perspective by firstly, assuming some core concepts that were related to clothing life education in Home Economics and secondly, organizing the contents of the clothing life culture area based upon historical and cultural materials. The results of the application of the developed curriculum came out positive. The strong points of the developed curriculum showed that for the students the curriculum was helpful in seeking answers to such questions as 'who I am' and 'what kind of being I am' through the perception of traditional culture and clothing life. In addition, the developed learning contents were recognized as new knowledge. It also showed that teaching contents with a focus on the interpretive perspective could play a role as reflection for the practice and for the arrival at the final perception. A weak point of the developed curriculum is that the Home Economics teachers themselves might find difficulty preparation for teaching this material because of their limited understanding and knowledge of the historical and cultural materials about clothing life.

  • The assembled structures of pressure rice cooker are consisted of oven, top heater plate and locking ring. Since pressure is applied to the assembled structures, it should be necessary to check the safety. In this paper, structural analyses are performed from design and fracture point of view. For the design point of view, linear analysis is performed to assembled structure and for the fracture point of view, nonlinear analysis is performed to locking ring. From these results safety evaluation technique for the assembled structures of pressure rice cooker is proposed.

  • 이 논문은 영어와 한국어에서 나타나는 완수동사(Accomplishment Verb)와 지속부사구(durative adverbial)의 상호작용에 대해서 논한다. Smith(1991)에 의하면 완수동사가 지속부사구와 결합하면, 동사와 부사구의 의미적 자질의 충돌을 피하기 위해서 완수동사의 상변환(Apsect Shift)이 일어난다. 본 논문은 이 상변환이 영어와 한국어에서 어떻게 실현되는가를 보이고, 이를 형식의미론에서 어떻게 기술할 수 있는가를 논한다. 완수동사가 지속부사구와 결합할 때, 영어와 한국어 모두에서 닫힌 완료 관점(closed perfective viewpoint)에서 열린 관점(open viewpoint)으로 관점 변환(viewpoint shift)이 일어난다. 그러나, 한국어의 상변환과 영어의 상변환이 완전히 일치하는 것은 아니다. 한국어의 관점변환은 완료관점도 아니고 미완료 관점도 아닌, 중립관점(neutral viewpoint)으로의 변환인 반면, 영어의 관점변환은 단순히 미완료 관점으로의 변환임이 논의된다. 이 주장은 한국어의 관점변환 구문은 이질적인 다수 사건의 연속 해석(heterogeneous sequential reading of multiple events)을 허용하는 반면, 영어의 관점변환구문은 오직 동질적인 단일 사건의 동시 해석 (homogeneous simultaneous reading of a single event)만을 허용한다는 사실에 의해서 지지 된다. 본 논문은 완수동사가 지속부사구와 결합할 때 일어나는 상변환에 대한 형식의 미론 분석을 Heim & Kratzer (1998)의 틀에서 제시한다. 닫힌 관점에서 열린 관점으로의 상변환은 비가시적 시제 서법 운용자(covert temporal-modal operator)인 IMP를 지속부사구의 논항으로 설정하여 설명한다. IMP는 Dowty (1979)에서 미완료상의 모순(imperfective paradox)을 해결하기 위해서 설정한 PROG를 Heim & Kratzer (1998)의 틀에 맞게 수정한 것이다. IMP는 평가 세계 (evaluation world)를 현실 세계(actual world)에서 가상 관성 세계(possible inertia would)로 변화시켜서, 완수동사의 종결점(ending point)을 현실세계에서 가상의 미래 세계로 움직이는 역할을 한다. 결과적으로, IMP는 완수동사의 닫힌 완료 관점을 현실세계에서는 열린 미완료 관점으로 변환시키되, 가상 관성 세계에서는 그대로 닫힌 관점으로 유지 시키는 효과를 가진다. 한국어와 영어의 관점 변환 구문의 차이는 각 언어의 지속부사구의 어휘 목록의 전제(presupposition)의 차이로 설명된다. 본 논문은 영어의 지속부사구는 논항의 하위간격
