국제해사기구에서는 사용자 중심의 운항환경 구축을 위해 SQA & HCD 가이드라인을 제안하였으나 이는 인간중심설계(Human Centred Design)를 위한 일반적이고 개념적인 접근방법이다. 본 연구에서는 선교의 다양한 항해장비들 중 ECDIS를 대상으로 실무에서 활용 가능한 사용성 평가항목 및 체크리스트를 개발하여 제안하고자 한다.

항만의 지속적인 성장으로 인해 야기된 문제 해결과 도시의 회복을 위해 주요 항만도시들은 수변공간을 중심으로 항만재개발을 시도하였다. 국내 대표 항만도시인 부산광역시에서는 원도심 활성화와 해양관광 거점 조성, 도시경쟁력 강화 등을 위해 북항재개발 사업을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에 북항과 원도심에 접해있는 남항재개발의 필요성도 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 부산남항의 수변공간을 대상으로 기초조사, 현황조사를 진행하여 현황 및 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하고 항만의 지속가능한 요소를 분석하여 이를 토대로 지속 가능한 수변공간 계획안을 제시하였다.

국제해사기구에서는 사용자 중심의 운항환경 구축을 위해 항해장비에 대한 사용자 요구사항 분석과 사용성 평가의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 다양한 분야에서 많은 사용성의 평가방법이 연구되어져 오고 있지만, 항해장비 분야의 연구에는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 선교의 다양한 항해장비들 중 ECDIS를 대상으로 실무에서 활용가능한 사용성 평가항목 및 체크리스트를 개발하여 제안하고자 한다.

지게차사고의 대부분은 지게차의 좁은 바퀴간격에 비하여 무게중심이 상대적으로 많이 이동함으로서 전도사고가 일어나며, 이는 작업장에서 직접적으로 중대사고로 연결된다. 이러한 중력이동은 화물의 작업높이와 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 이로서 안정성에 직결되고 있다. 안정성 범위는 무게중심이 화물의 승강높이 범위에 넘어서 너무 무겁다든지, 혹은 너무 틸팅된 각도에 안정성 범위가 결정되고 있으므로, 본 연구에서는 각 작업시의 안정성 범위에 대하여 시뮬레이션 및 분석을 행하고자 한다.

IMO에서 구현하고자 하는 e-navigation은 사용자의 요구사항을 중심으로 서비스와 기술의 아키텍쳐를 수립하는 전략이라고 할 수 있으며, 사용자 요구사항을 조사하고 현재의 상황과 요구사항 간의 운영적, 기술적, 규정적, 교육훈련 측면에서 격차를 식별하여 인간공학적 연계성을 분석하였다. e-navigation에서는 사용자 중심의 환경 구축을 위해 관련 장비들에 대해 사용자 입장에서의 평가의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 항해장비의 사용성 평가 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

Since ports play a role of gateway to the sea and hinterlands, it is essential to analyse the networks of shipping and inland when evaluating the function and development of a port. The container port of Gwangyang, starting to operate its facilities in 1998, has developed itself as a hub port. Using the data of shipping schedules of Korean ports and the measurement of centrality in sociology, this study analyses the process of world-wide shipping network expansion in Gwangyang and concludes some implications including earlier development of shipping networks due to incentives to shipping companies. Although Gwangyang port also has been expanding its inland network through developing trucking, railway transport, and coastal shipping, it has weakness in inland network as in the cases of interruption in 2004, resumption in 2009 and re-interruption in 2012 at coastal shipping. In 2000s the expansion of shipping and inland networks at the newly built container ports such as Pyungtaek, Ulsan, and Gunsan has enticed the competition among Korean ports at each hinterland. Nevertheless, the operation of Gwangyang container port is considered to affect indirectly the relocation of some manufacturers including Samsung Electronics. Studies on interrelation between development of container port and geographical demography of manufacturers are needed to assess the effects of container port on regional economy.

Port marketing using websites in the e-business environment is essential in response to the competition to become hub ports, especially since shipping companies, ports' major customers, are being pressed by shippers to reduce logistics costs and introduce large ships to realize economies of scale, thereby reducing the number of ports of call. In this sense, this study intends to approach the port industry from the perspective of e-business and suggest vitalization methods using Gwangyang Port websites(6C; contents, community, communication, connection, commerce, customization) as one of the ways to turn it into Northeast Asia's hub port of logistics.

Transportation decisions of ship liners are crucial for policy formulation in ports and shipping lines. Ship liners' port selection depends on the location characteristic of port. With network theory based, we empirically investigated determinants of global ship liners' port selection focused on major trade ports in China and Korea during 1995-2007. We present a detailed discussion on the related literatures about port selection, and develop hypothesis using network-based view. With conditional logit model, empirical results show that global liners select globally positioned ports rather than domestic oriented ones. Global ship liners select ports which have intra national network centrality, global ship network centrality and global network linkage.

본 논문에서는 사회네트워크 분석 기법을 이용하여 2005년부터 2013년까지 운용되었던 국내 연안여객선의 항로를 분석하였다. 분석결과 연도별로 중심이 되는 항구가 변화되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 목포는 지속적으로 가장 높은 연결 중심성을 보였으며, 여수는 최근 그 중심성이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 물동량과 이용량 등 전통적인 방법을 통하여 분석한 결과와 사회 네트워크 방법으로 분석한 결과 값을 비교하였는데 이 두 값이 매우 강한 상관관계를 보였다. 이를 통해 전통적인 방법을 사용하지 않더라도 네트워크 분석을 통해 해당 항구의 중심성을 알 수 있음을 확인하였다.

수중(submerged)에 부유(floating)식으로 계류되는 거주목적의 구조체 설계(design basis) 관련 연구로서 계류안정성 모델(수중가옥)을 만들고 거동을 정수압적 유체역학적으로 수치분석한다. 임의 가정한 수중가옥의 1)배수량 규모 2) 함체형상에 따른 환경압 하에서의 계류안정성을 a)부력중심, b)무게중심과 가변하중의 변위에 따른 c)함체 기울기를 MATLAB프로그램을 이용하여 산정한다. 나아가 수중가옥의 동적(hydrodynamic) 계류안정성을 임의 시공 장소인 독도의 기상청 울릉도-독도 부이 최근 관측치를 근거로 OrcaFlex프로그램을 이용하여 분석하므로써 수중가옥의 수중건축 시공간상 계류안정성 설계요건(design basis)을 구체화 한다.
