An Analysis on Structural Relationship between CRS Technology Acceptance and Reuse Intention - Targeting Employees for Domestic Airlines - (CRS 기술수용과 재이용의도의 구조적 관계분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to closely examine relationship of the system re-use intention depending on CRS technology acceptance. Accordingly, questionnaire was widely distributed to 160 CRS users by convenient sampling targeting people in charge of task among employees for airlines and travel agencies, who are working-level staffs for CRS. Among these things, totally 142 valid materials were used in analysis. The analytical data processing was utilized SPSSWIN VER 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The findings can be summarized as follows. Influential variables in CRS technology acceptance had significant influence upon the perceived ease use, the perceived usability, and the re-use intention. Also, the significant positive(+) influence was revealed to be had upon the perceived usability by the perceived ease use and upon the re-use intention by the perceived usability and ease use.

  • The worldwide satellite system for search and rescue has been in operation since 1982 and has assisted in the rescue of thousands of lives in distress. Aviators, mariners and land users being equipped with distress beacons are capable of transmitting distress signals to the satellites in emergency situations anywhere in the world. This paper describes the configuration of the search and rescue satellite system, principles of its operation, and how the system is utilized to process the distress events. Also, this paper points out the importance of development of technologies of user equipment and proposes an experimental program for technology development using domestic satellites.

  • We proposed the concatenation of logistics' Information to constructing the intelligent logistics city that is to manage efficiently cargo distribution as providing at real-time information of cargo location trace and management through the Telematics/RFID. Case of the Incheon of the "Air Logistics Hub", this area is on an increasing trend on the quantity of cargo transport of the Air & Sea cargo system until 2006. As intelligent project of the Air's and the Sea's field is independently developed at each area, it is a problem on the concatenation of logistics' information such as freight location trace and management, operation management and route information of cargo vehicles. Therefore, we propose the advanced transport service model for the concatenating smoothly of Air & Sea cargo system. In this paper, we only manage the model of Air & Sea cargo system of the advance logistics city.

  • Recently avionics equipment and its integration are most important part for implementing high performance aircraft system. This trends are emphasized in the military or special purpose aircraft development program. Flight Test Bed Aircraft (hereafter FTB A/C) - by modified commercial aircraft - was key solution to verify function and performance of avionics system for complex aircraft development program for a while, but there are no experience to use it in domestic airspace of ROK. This paper would like to address what act and regulation is necessary to perform flight operation of FTB A/C with keeping a airworthiness and airspace control policy. and then willing to propose what do we do for improving aviation industry.

  • We proposed the method of avionics integrated architecture using high-speed fiber optic bus. Typically, data bus of aircraft consists of electronic and optic data transmission method. Avionics systems are difficult to operate the electronic data transmission method for the high speed data processing, synchronization and interconnection between flight control system and flight management system efficiently. In this paper, it is known to look into the problem of data bus and the advanced trend in avionics systems, and propose the appropriate data bus of the advanced avionics systems.

  • 최근 발생한 국적항공기의 사고들은 항공기가 정상인 상태에서 조종사의 항공기 시스템에 대한 이해부족과 악 기상에 대한 대처미흡과 함께 운송용 조종사들의 수동착륙 기량이 현저하게 낮은 데에 그 원인을 찾을 수가 있다. 본 연구에서는 운송용 항공기 조종사들에 적용된 훈련프로그램의 실태와 이를 개선하기 위한 국제기구 및 항공선진국의 조치에 대한 문헌 연구와 함께 문제점을 분석하고 그 대안을 제시 하고자 한다. 항공사고 예방에 모의비행장치를 활용한 조종사 교육훈련이 큰 기여를 해온 것은 사실이다. 그러나 다양한 비정상 조건하에서 조종사들의 기량을 확인하기에 적합한 고가의 모의비행장치를 평이한 훈련과목, 환경이 우수한 특급 공항을 선택하여 운영한다는 것은 모의비행훈련의 기본 목적에 부합하지 않으므로 앞으로 조종사들의 기량향상을 위해서는 최악의 상황을 부여하고 안전하게 항공기를 운영하는 역량을 교육하고 평가할 필요가 있다. 또한 데이터에 기반을 둔 조종사 훈련프로그램인 APQ 및 EBT 의 조기 도입을 항공사와 정부가 협력하여 추진할 경우 국적항공사 소속 운송용 조종사들에게 비정밀 접근, 수동착륙 환경에서도 자신감 있게 항공기를 운영할 수 있는 경쟁력을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 조직의 안전문화가 사고의 원인이 될 수 있다는 것이 알려지면서 안전문화의 개선과 정착의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 우리나라는 항공법 제49조에 지정전문교육기관은 자체 안전관리시스템을 운영하도록 규정하고 있으며 관련 규정에는 조직의 안전문화를 조사하여 상태를 파악하고 발견된 문제점을 개선할 것을 권고하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교통안전공단에서 개발한 축약형 CASS Scale을 사용하여 조종사양성 교육기관의 안전문화지수를 측정하였다. 측정결과 안전문화 평균치는 3.711로 나타났으며 하위지표의 측정결과는 직원 권한위임에 대한 평균값이 3.980으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 상벌체계에 대한 평균값이 3.309로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 서비스제공자는 이러한 측정 결과에 근거하여, 취약부분에 대한 개입전략을 수립, 적용함으로써 조직문화 향상에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

  • DO-278A는 소프트웨어 인증 절차를 제공할 목적으로 만들어진 것은 아니지만, 소프트웨어 개발 절차를 설명하는 것으로 지상용 항공장비의 소프트웨어를 만드는데 적절한 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 대체적으로, 수명주기증거품(life cycle evidence)을 통해 프로세스가 정확하고 적합하게 이행되었다는 것을 증명할 수 있다면 소프트웨어는 적합성을 확인을 받을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국토부 R&D로 개발되고 있는 항공기 지상이동유도 및 통제시스템(Advanced-Surface Movement Guidance & Control System, A-SMGCS)의 소프트웨어 개발 및 검증에 DO-278A 절차를 적용한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In the development of an avionics system, there is a trend of using commercial-off-the-shelf(COTS) equipments in order to reduce the development cost and time. In this paper, we present an implementation of an aircraft mission computer using the objected oriented software and the COTS equipments. We execute the aircraft guidance software on the system, and measure the calculation time and the used memory. To compare the guidance capability of the software program, we implement the same software logic on DS1104 system. The guidance software program executed on two different systems resulted in the almost identical simulation.

  • Risk Based Oversight is a way of performing oversight, where planning is driven by the combination of risk profile and safety performance. Risk Based Oversight enables prioritization and allocation of State's safety management resources commensurate with the safety risk profile of each service provider. This paper presents the concept of Risk Based Oversight and applies it to the current Korean aviation safety oversight process. In particular, this study presents a method for generating operating profiles, one of the key concepts of Risk Based Oversight. Operations Specifications of Part 121 Airlines can generate operating profiles. In this study, a practical study was conducted to generate the operating profile and scoped DCTs using Part 121 Airlines's Operations Specifications.
