This study aims to examine the effect of self-esteem on career search self-efficacy and career exploration behavior focused on the mediating effect of career search self-efficacy with a sample of 211 university students majoring in airline service in Choong Chung province. Data collection was carried out using the self-administered questions based on the use of structured survey questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows. First, positive self-esteem had significant positive(+) effect on all the factors of career search self-efficacy while negative self-esteem had a negative(-) effect on interviewing efficacy. Second, positive self-esteem had significant positive(+) effect on job exploration. Third, career search self-efficacy had significant positive(+) effect on career exploration behavior. Lastly, career search self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between positive self-esteem and career exploration behavior.

The aim of this study is to propose strategies for in-flight OTT services by examining differences in binge-watching patterns through online video streaming services based on age. Additionally, it investigates how the moderating effects of need for cognition and critical media literacy influence the relationship between age and binge-watching. Data from the 2020 Korean Media Panel Survey conducted by the Korea Information Society Development Institute were utilized, with moderating effects analyzed using Process Macro Model 1. Results indicate that as age increases, the frequency of binge-watching content rises while the duration decreases. Moreover, moderating effects of need for cognition and critical media literacy in the age-binge-watching relationship were confirmed. This study analyzed binge-watching behaviors among online video streaming service users, confirming the influence of age, binge-watching habits, need for cognition, and critical media literacy. Theoretical and practical implications include insights for in-flight service providers, content marketers, and online video streaming service operators.

This study intended to examine how customers of self-service technology of airlines perceive and adopt the technology, and how such perceptions affect their willingness to use it. The findings of analysis are as follows. First of all, self-efficacy, a personal characteristics variable, has significant effects on both perceived usefulness and ease of use (H1). Second, though personal innovation which accepts new information technology more positively and challenge to use it before others has significant effect on perceived usefulness (H 2-1), it does not have significant effect on ease of use (H 2-2). Third, perceived ease of use has effect on perceived usefulness. Forth, both perceived usefulness and ease of use have positive effects on willingness to use.

A variety of methods have been proposed through a number of studies on sophisticated demand forecasting models that can reduce logistics costs. These studies mainly determine the applicable demand forecasting model based on the pattern of demand quantity and try to judge the accuracy of the model through statistical verification. Demand patterns can be broadly divided into regularity and irregularity. A regular pattern means that the order is regular and the order quantity is constant. In this case, predicting demand mainly through regression model or time series model was used. However, this demand is called "intermittent demand" when irregular and fluctuating amount of order quantity is large, and there is a high possibility of error in demand prediction with existing regression model or time series model. For items that show intermittent demand, predicting demand is mainly done using Croston or HOLTS. In this study, we analyze the demand patterns of various items of air cargo with intermittent patterns and apply the most appropriate model to predict and verify the demand. In this process, intermittent optimal demand forecasting model of air cargo is proposed by analyzing the fit of various models of air cargo by item and region.

랜섬웨어는 Ransom(몸값)과 Software(소프트웨어)의 합성어로, 데이터를 암호화하여 이를 인질로 금전을 요구하는 악성 프로그램이다. 블랙캣(BlackCat)과 같은 랜섬웨어가 스위스 항공 서비스 기업의 시스템을 마비시키는 공격을 시도하였으며, 이와 같은 랜섬웨어로 인한 피해는 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 랜섬웨어에 의한 피해 감소 및 방지를 위하여, 다양한 랜섬웨어 탐지방안이 등장하였으며, 최근 행위 기반 침입탐지 시스템에 인공지능 기술을 결합하여 랜섬웨어를 탐지하는 방안이 연구되는 실정이다. 인공지능 기술은 딥러닝 및 하드웨어의 발전으로 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 범위가 넓어지면서, 다양한 분야와 접목하여 랜섬웨어 탐지를 위한 시스템에 적용되고 있지만, 국내는 국외만큼 활발하게 연구되지 않고 연구 개발 단계에 머물러 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 랜섬웨어에 감염된 파일에서 나타나는 특징 중 하나인 엔트로피를 데이터 분석에 활용함으로써, 랜섬웨어를 탐지하는 시스템을 제안하고 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study is to derive passenger trends and change rates for each airline and identify directionality and synchronization phenomenon. Data by each airlines was collected from the National Statistics Forum of Statistics Korea, and we used a total of 156 monthly data from January 2011 to December 2023. In this study, the rate of change was calculated for domestic Full Service Carriers (Korean Air, Asiana Airlines) and Low Cost Carriers (Jeju Air, Jin Air, T'way, foreign airlines). As a result of the analysis, the correlation was found to be high for KOREA in that order: Asiana, Korean Air, Jeju Air, T'way, Jin Air, foreign airlines. The rate of increase was highest in that order: T'way, Jin Air, Jeju Air, foreign airlines, Asiana, Korean Air. In the Scatter analysis, Asiana and Korean Air showed a very strong synchronization with KOREA. In addition, Jeju Air, T'way, Jin Air and foreign airlines also showed the same direction toward KOREA to a certain degree. In the Box-Box Plot analysis, it was determined that each airline experienced a number of unusual sudden fluctuations due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Passengers have a wider range of choices due to the emergence of Low Cost Carriers, and as a result, expectations for airline service are increasing. Airlines will need to make appropriate environmental improvements to satisfy these needs for corporate development.

This study intends to examine how authentic leadership affects psychological well-being and job performance among flight attendants. To test hypotheses, this study performed survey to flight attendants of big airlines in Korea for about two months from October 1 to December 5, 2018. 200 copies of the questionnaire was distributed, and 180 were collected. Among them, 21 copies where many questions were unanswered or not very seriously answered were discarded. So, 159 copies in total were used for analysis. Statistical analysis was done with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results are as follows. First, balanced information processing, self-awareness, self-awareness have significant effect on psychological well-being, while relational transparency have not. Second, psychological well-being have significant effect on job performance. Consequently, all the hypotheses in this study except for hypothesis 1-3 were adopted.

Rapid urbanization is rapidly progressing around the world, and urban problems such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, and noise pollution are emerging, due to this urban concentration phenomenon, logistics and transportation costs are increasing. Urban Air Mobility(UAM) is a three-dimensional futuristic urban transportation that is expected to become an important transportation axis of smart cities as a service(MaaS) linked to roads, railways, and personal transportation. However, as of July 2023, research on airspace systems, Bertieport design, navigation, and communication for UAM operation is actively being conducted, but little research has been conducted on the concept of pilot education and training and education and training programs. Therefore, this paper aims to present a suitable plan for the domestic pilot training system through SWOT analysis of vertical takeoff and landing(VTOL) pilot education and training programs in the United States and Europe.

In this study, the study model and hypotheses were established by theoretical review to understand the impacts of servicescapes on relational benefits and revisit intention in the subjects of users in the franchise coffee shops. Based on the previous studies, the servicescape was classified with three elements including facility attractiveness, service attractiveness, and cleanness, and the analysis results are as follows. First, facility attractiveness(H1-1) and service attractiveness(H1-2) among servicescapes of coffee shops showed the significant impact on relational benefits, adopting Hypothesis 1-1 and H 1-2. On the other hand, cleanness among the servicescapes did not show any impact on relational benefits. Second, hypothesis 2 that relational benefits will significantly affect the revisit intention, positively was adopted. This means revisit potential will be enhanced more as the workers generate the comfort with special services and informal conversation more. It implicates that trust on the shops, psychological comfort, and consideration to the customers are important factors to induce their revisit. Finally, facility attractiveness and service attractiveness among servicescapes showed to affect he revisit intention significantly, while cleanness did not show that, partially adopting hypothesis 3.

This study, we will identify and analyze the current status and trends of successful field trips and field experience learning in Korea to improve the future operation of the center so that the purpose of enhancing the regional economic ripple effect in Gyeongsangbuk-do and regaining its reputation as a school trip mecca and No. 1 location can be found. This study conducted qualitative research through FGI (Focus Group Interview) on accommodation managers, tourism-related stakeholders, tourism officials stakeholders, and tourism professors in order to explore new concepts of field trips and field experience learning in 23 cities and counties in Gyeongsangbuk-do, and ways to develop and promote tour programs based on the importance of experience. Through the FGI (Focus Group Interview) analysis results, problems related to improvement of accommodation, food and beverage, safety and service, cooperation among local tourism officials, enhancement of satisfaction with student group visitors linked to unique tourism resources and promotion, diagnosis and introduction of acceptance posture, and management of local residents, local tourism officials and public officials in Gyeongsangbuk-do needed to present the direction and opportunity of tourism policies in Gyeongsangbuk-do.
