In this paper, as a liberal arts course for non-majors, we developed a basic practice case for convolutional neural networks, which is essential for designing a basic convolutional neural network course curriculum. The developed practice case focuses on understanding the working principle of the convolutional neural network and uses a spreadsheet to check the entire visualized process. The developed practice case consisted of generating supervised learning method image training data, implementing the input layer, convolution layer (convolutional layer), pooling layer, and output layer sequentially, and testing the performance of the convolutional neural network on new data. By extending the practice cases developed in this paper, the number of images to be recognized can be expanded, or basic practice cases can be made to create a convolutional neural network that increases the compression rate for high-quality images. Therefore, it can be said that the utility of this convolutional neural network basic practice case is high.

This article tries to analyze some examples applied the analytico-synthetic classification techniques found in the practical life. For this purpose, it selected and investigated the cases of the combination rules of the Hangeul, the number systems of the city buses of Daegu and Seoul Cities, information of the members of the wedding consulting agencies, information from real estate agents and court auction, and postal codes and direct distance dialing(DDD) numbers in Korea. It suggests that applying the analytico-synthetic classification techniques to the systems can improve them especially in the regards of notational systems.

이 글에서는 DNA 염기서열의 자가조립 현상을 활용한 다양한 나노구조물의 설계 및 합성 사례를 소개하고 합성된 나노구조물의 동특성을 탄성네트워크모델(Elastic Network Model, 이하 ENM) 기법을 통해 해석해 봄으로써 향후 DNA 기반 나노구조물 합성 및 응용연구의 기반 기술을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 고속철도 강합성 교량이 경부고속철도 8-2공구에서 처음으로 시공완료 되었다. 그동안 수년간에 걸쳐 고속철도 교량시공에도 불구하고 강합성 교량이 적용되지 못했던 것은 설계 기술적인 면과 더불어 재료 적인 면에서 국내여건이 성숙되지 못한 요인이 크다고 보여진다. 본 고에서는 기 설계된 PC BOX교량중 지형여건상 강합성교량이 적합한 교량구간을 제시하였다. 또한 강합성 교량의 설계기술적인면 중 특히 중요한 한국형 TGV차량의 동적 하중의 적용과 그에 따른 구조물 거동의 평가를 1＠50 교량에 대한 8-2공구 사례를 통하여 논의하였다. 강합성 단면은 단순 2주형 주형거더(double I beam)이며 플랜지 두께는 최대 80-100mm가 적용되어졌다. 본 단면에 대한 HL차량하중등에 대한 정적해석을 통하여 관심이 되고 있는 플랜지등의 응력 검토결과를 보여주었다. 아울러 정적해석과 동적해석의 결과치를 비교하여 국내 시방서에 제시된 고속철도 HL차량하중에 대한 평가도 이루어졌다. 4차 산업혁명의 바람이 불어오고 있는 지금, 합성생물학 분야는 표준 기술 개발을 통해 '디지털 생물제조업'이라는 새로운 제조업으로의 성장이 기대되고 있다. 나아가 생물학적 부품의 구조 및 기능, 생물 정보 등과 관련하여 다양한 합성생물학의 표준이 제안되고 있기에 신속한 대응이 필요하다. 이에 합성생물학을 둘러싼 지적재산권, 규제에 대한 검토를 통해서 기술발전을 저해 촉진하고 있는 요소들을 도출하고자 한다.

본 연구는 최근 그 시장규모와 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있는 CMS의 평가방법론을 개발하기 위한 목적으로, CMS와 IT솔루션 평가이론에 대하여 고찰하여, CMS의 평가항목을 크게 '솔루션 특성', '공급벤더 역량', '구매업체 환경적합성'의 대항목으로 분류하고, '컨텐츠 관리기능', '비즈니스지원기능', '기술성', '경제성', '벤더수준', '서비스', '사후관리', '정보화계획적합성', '정보화설비적합성', '조직/인적자원적 합성'의 총 10가지 세부항목을 정의하였다. 또한 AHP 기법을 통하여 각 평가항목의 가중치를 결정하고, 과거 단순가중치법을 이용하여 도입된 CMS구매과정에 대한 사례연구를 실시하였다. 결과적으로 각 솔루션의 순위는 똑같이 결정되었으나, 과거 단순가중치법에 의해 산출된 각 솔루션의 득점비율과 본 사례연구를 통하여 도출된 상대적 선호도는 수치상 큰 차이가 존재하였다. 그 차이는 평가항목과 방법상의 차이에 의한 당연한 결과이지만, 솔루션의 선정이라는 중차대한 의사결정문제를 해결함에 있어, 보다 객관적이고 과학적인 방법론을 이용하여야 함을 시사하고 있다.
