Most of block based stereo pair compression schemes utilize the constant block size and searching area size for all the stereo pairs to find the best matching block. However, it is not efficient to use the same block size and size of searching area to all the stereo pairs, since each stereo pair has different disparity. In this Paper, we propose a method to calculate the total disparity of stereo pairs, and show how to determine the size of the block and searching area which are applied for the block based compression of the stereo pairs.

This paper shows the application of fuzzy system for a modeling of nonlinear biochemical process. A wastewater treatment process for nitrogen removal in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) is presented and fuzzy systems with different consequent polynomials in the fuzzy rules to model and identify the oxidation reduction potential (ORP) of the process are introduced. The paper compares, analyzes the results of fuzzy modeling, and shows the nonlinear process can be modeled reasonably well by the present scheme.

초고속 인터넷 접속 기술의 급속한 발전은 액세스 네트워크 장비 운용 측면에서는 그 복잡성이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있으며, 또한 원활한 고속 접속서비스를 제공하기 위하여 장비들은 점차로 고객 접점에 가까운 곳으로 전진배치되고 있다. 이로 인해 고객은 장비에 대한 체계적인 관리를 못하고 있는 실정이며, 서비스제공자는 원격지에 설치된 장비의 예고 없는 시스템 장애에 대한 능동적이고 빠른 대응을 하기 위한 시스템 운용 효율화 및 합리화 방안을 모색하고 있다. 원격제어기술은 전문가 집단에서의 중앙집중식 관리 및 자동화가 가능하고, 물리적으로 멀리 떨어져 있는 장비에 대해서도 원격에서 접근하여 운용관리할 수 있어 위의 요구를 충족할 수 있는 기술로 각광받고 있다. 이 논문에서는 서비스제공자 입장에서, 네트워크 인프라의 안정화 및 성능에 대한 고객의 요구를 충분히 수용하면서 동시에 네트워크 장비의 효율적이고 합리적인 운용을 할 수 있는 원격제어 기술에 대해 상술하고 이를 수행한 결과에 대해 논술하였다. 또한 원격제어의 수행 후 평가를 통해 기술 도입의 효과를 살펴보고 향후의 원격제어 기술의 진화모델에 대해 알아보았다.

Students need activities that help gain explorative mind for new things, concentrating ability, researching ability and creativeness, and such attributes can be improved through the activities of making various shapes utilizing space geometry in 4D-frame. Such activities not only contribute to defining ability in mathematics but also cherish the qualifications required as architects and space scientists.

This study suggests considerations for legislation of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing practice according as the Korea Pharmaceutical Affairs Act and guidelines on foreign radiopharmaceutical manufacturing practice. Pharmaceuticals should be verified safety, effectiveness, and uniformity. Therefore, it is expected that the efficiency of the administration of radiopharmaceuticals increase and nation's health promote if rational manufacturing management to consider of radiopharmaceutical properties is legislated.

To solve modern social problems, it is important that improve the democratic citizenship quality of people. This quality includes the rational and democratic problem-solving capacity, decision-making capacity, democratic skills and attitudes such as human dignity, dialogue, compromise. To use an educational network simulation game that has the merits of game, simulatio and network will help children to improve the democratic citizenship educaiton. This study explorers the structure, flow, system, database, interface and teaching-learning tool for this educational network simulation game.

Route selecting of the road is a basic and important process. But the route selecting process must consider the technical, traffic and environment factor simultaneously. The optimum route that are able to reduce the construction cost, maximize utility value and investigate several alternative route must be selected. This study presents a reasonable plan for route selecting through subjective evaluation and classify the methods linked GIS from basic design of road construction.

광학 렌즈계의 성능 평가를 위한 OTF(Optical Transfer Function) 측정 방법은 Hopkins$^{(1)}$ 에 의해 기본 이론이 확립된 이래 세계 각국에서 활발하게 연구되어 왔으며, 가장 합리적이고 신뢰도가 높은 평가방법으로 인정되고 있다. OTF 측정 방법은 간섭계를 이용하는 측정 방법$^{(2)}$ 과 광학계에 의해 맺혀진 상을 주사 해석하는 방법$^{(3)}$ 으로 대별될 수 있으며, 세계적으로 20여가지 이상의 측정 장치가 개발되었다. 현재 세계 각국은 다양한 형태의 OTF 측정 장치를 보유하고 있으며, OTF의 정확도를 비교 검토하는 연구가 활발해져서 측정 표준을 확립하였고,$^{(4)}$ 국제적인 측정 비교 오차를 0.02 이하로 줄일 수 있게 되었다.$^{(5)}$ 특히 선진국에서는 측정 장치들 간의 상호 비교를 위해 표준 렌즈를 설계, 제작하였고, 이러한 표준 렌즈를 적절한 측정 조건하에서 측정 오차의 원인과 측정 정확도를 평가하는데 사용하였다. 르네상스 시대의 필리포 브뤼넬레치, 19세기의 쟝 니꼴라 루이 뒤랑, 근대 건축의 꾸르뷔지에, 귀세프 테라니, 밀르벤 데르호흐, 그리고 현대건축의 장 누벨과 같은 5명의 건축가의 예를 통해, 건축에서 늘 되풀이되어 나타나는 기하학적 형체로서의 이 격자무늬는 자신의 다면성을 보여준다. 합리적인 면은 그대로 간직한 채, 격자무늬는 순서대로, 균형잡힌 비율의 선, 축에 관한 구성체계, 조립식 건축의 구조, 합리주의의 상징, 건물의 배치와 크기를 결정하는 반복적인 조직망, 삼차원 공간에서의 프랙탈한 이미지로서 나타난다.

This paper shows a reasonable design standard of Demand Factor and Diversity Factor for buildings, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investicated electric equipment capacity, electric power consumption, etc. The saving of electric equipment investment, the decrease of power loss, the improvement of facilities utilization and the decrease of electric power rates, can be contributed by the application of the design standard. The recommended design standard must be applied by the revision of current regulations and laws.
