UAV-UGV teaming concept has been proposed that can compensate for weak points of each platform by providing carrying, launching, recovery and recharging capability for the VTOL-UAV through the host UGV. The teaming concept can expand the observation envelop of the UGV and extend the operational capability of the UAV through mechanical combination of each system. The spherical-shaped coaxial rotorcraft UAV is suggested to provide flexible and precise interface between two systems. Hybrid navigation solution that included vision-based target tracking method for precision landing is investigated and its experimental study is performed. Feasibility study on length-variable rotor to provide the compact configuration of the loaded rotorcraft platform is also described.

Purpose: This study operation of Joint inter-agency Chemical Emergency Preparedness Center and contribute to the reduction of chemical accidents that occur continuously. Method: The Joint inter-agency Chemical Emergency Preparedness Center functions and Chemical accident statistics data of the ('13~'17) were utilized. Results: The number of chemical accidents is decreasing from 113 in '15, 78 in '16, 87 in '17(latest five years 469 chemical accidents). The Joint inter-agency Chemical Emergency Preparedness Center is located in the industrial complex that handling a large amount of chemical, and performs functions such as prompt response, probation & investigation, accident prevention training, safety patrol. It is believed that it contributes to the decreasing of chemical accident by local control accident prevention function. Conclusion: Decreasing the safety management according to the Chemicals control act('15.1.1). The Joint inter-agency Chemical Emergency Preparedness Center('14.1 set up manage organization), which is operated as a mission to prepare respond to chemical accidents, plays a role.

To prepare for the network centric warfare, Korea Joint Tactical Data Link System(KJTDLS) has been developed by the South Korean military recently and its development is divided into two phases: basic and complete ones. Due to the limited bandwidth and low transmission efficiency of the developing KJTDLS (basic), lots of problems could be occurred when the TDMA protocol in Link-16 is applied. In this paper, a new dynamic TDMA frame structure for KJTDLS(basic) is proposed and the performance of the proposed is evaluated through the implementation of simulation.

A variety of PPP (Public-Private Partnerships) schemes including BOT, TOT (Transfer-Operate-Transfer), and divestiture has been employed in the Chinese water sector. Although the two latter emerging models have been implemented in their full applications lately, there has been no follow-up for identification of opportunities and challenges inherent in those schemes in relation to the market participation of foreign investor. This study undertakes in-depth analysis on the TOT and divestiture projects in the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) matrix and measures the level of agreement on each SWOT through a survey among the Chinese water market experts. The findings can be used to support foreign investors in managing the weaknesses and threats that, unless properly managed, can be evolved into potential project risks, while fully benefiting from the strengths and opportunities of the two schemes.

This study is based on the screen composition(shot size, split screen, candidate placement, lighting, stage) that fits the discussion process (round table, sitting, standing method) adopted from the 19th presidential candidates' TV joint discussion to analyze the adequacy and limitations of the methodology(design, candidate background, etc.). In addition, the progress and screen composition of the 45th US Presidential Candidates Debate in 2016 and the 25th Presidential Candidates of France TV Joint Debate in 2017 have been analyzed to compare and contrast the methods used in Korea. Through this, we apply the screening method to the 20th Presidential Candidate TV Joint Debate, which will be held in 2022, to fit the fixed discussion process that can fully identify candidates' qualities, policies, and vision.

In this study, we tried to find out the level of inductive reasoning ability and the aspects of visualization components shown in students in the class using exploratory software for the 'congruence and symmetry' unit in the second semester of the 5th grade of elementary school. To this end, classes using GeoGebra, one of the exploratory software, were conducted for a total of 19 students in one class of fifth graders in elementary school, and the results of the students' activities were analyzed. As a result of this study, the level of inductive reasoning ability of students remained at a similar level or developed, and it was shown that students inferred new properties of shapes using various functions of software inductively. In addition, in terms of visualization, students were able to quickly and easily draw shapes that met the conditions, and unlike the paper-and-pencil environment, using the 'measurement' and 'symmetry' functions, they transformed and manipulated complex yet precisely congruent and symmetrical external representations. Based on these analysis results, implications for the use of exploratory software in the area of figures were derived.

In modern warfare, the main factor of triumph is superior situation awareness which leads rapid command decision and precisely guided munition, and TDL(Tactical Data Link) is the main communicational enabler. ROK forces currently operate Link-16 with allied forces and are also developing Korean national data link, Link-K which is also planned to be cooperated with Link-16. Assigning participant and track numbers needs agreement between ROK and allied forces, but ROK forces have exclusive authority in assigning numbers in Link-K. This paper proposes the effective method of exchange participant and track numbers between Link-16 and Link-K, and applicability verification in operational test and evaluation will be also presented.

대나무의 고장, 연인들의 필수 데이트 코스 메타세쿼이아 길, 담양 하면 떠오르는 이미지들이다. 최근 여기에 한 가지를 더 추가해야 될 것 같다. 바로 담양군보건소가 2007년도부터 힌국실명예방재단의 지원을 받아 실시하는 '노인 안(眼)검진 및 개안수술' 프로젝트다. 주민들의 열띤 호응 속에서 실시되고 있는 담양군보건소의 안검진 프로젝트는 최근 들어 점점 다각화되는 보건소의 건강정책을 엿볼 수 있는 사례다.
