  • 제주도(濟州道) 재래감귤인 병귤(甁橘) Citrus platymamma $H_{ORT}$. ex $T_{ANAKA}$의 엽(葉), 과피(果皮), 수피(樹皮)의 클로로포롬 가용부(可容部)에서 무색침장정(無色針狀晶), $C_{10}H_{10}O_{4}$, mp $139{\sim}140^{\circ}c$을 단리(單利)하고 이화학적(理化學的) 성상(性狀)및 UV, IR, NMR, Mass spectra를 이용하여 그 화학구조(化學構造)를 구명(究明)한바 1,4-benzenedicar-boxylic acid dimethyl ester이었다. 또 과피(果皮)의 수용부(水溶部)에서 단리(單利)한 2개의 flavonoid 배당체(配糖體)는 그 이화학적(理化學的)인 성상(性狀) 및 IR-spectrum으로 보아 naringin hesperidin이었다.

  • A case of distal aortopulmonary septal defect associated with aortic origin of right pulmonary ar- tery, patent ductus arteriosus and hypoplasia of aortic isthmus in a 50-day-old female infant is presented. Ligation of patent ductus arteriosus, resection and end-to-end anastomosis of hypoplasia of aortic isthmus, implantation of rlght pulmonary artery to main pulmonary artery and autologous peri- cardial patch repair of aortopulmonary septal defect were performed under cardiopulmonary bypass as one-stage approach. Deep hypothermic total circulatory arrest was applied during repair of hypoplasia of aortic isthmus. The p stoperative course was uneventful.

  • the vector, pGUR19, for Rhizobium gene manipulation, was constructed by combining the replication and mobilization function of indigenous multicopy plasmid from Acacia(Robinia pseudoacacia L.) Rhizobia sp86 with E. coli cloning vehicle, pBR322. The vector could be efficiently mobilized by RP4 tra function incorporated into chromosome of E. coli named SM10 and efficiently transferred to various gram negative hosts including Rhizobium and Afrobacterium by transformation. Mobilization frequency of the constructed vector was ranged from $1.2\times 10^{-2}$ (E.coli HB 101) to $4.6\times 10^{-4}$ (A. tumefaciens 15955) and transformation frequency was ranged from $5.4\times 10^{-7}$(E. coli HB101) to $1.2\times 10^{-10}$ (A. tumefaciens 15955). The vector, pGUR19, was stably replicated and maintained in a variety of Rhizobium and Agrobacterium.

  • This paper suggested the fast and easy method of the dielectric constant measurement for planar dielectrics using a microstrip line. The complex permittivity and permeability were presented by the first reflection and transmission coefficient which were derived from the scattering parameters. This method was verified by the measurement of a known planar dielectric using a microstrip line. This method can be applied to the dielectric constant measurement of unknown planar dielectric.

  • 최근 들어 지구온난화에 따른 이상기후과 집중호우 그리고 급격한 도시화로 예측하기 어려운 수문현상의 변화가 생기고 있다. 특히 최근 기후변화로 인해 돌발성 집중호우가 짧은 시간에 집중하게 되면 수위가 급상승하게 되어 많은 재해를 유발시키는 일이 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 집중호우로 피해가 빈번하게 발생하는 하천주변의 홍수피해지역을 분석하였으며, 대상 지역으로는 경기도 포천시 군내면에 위치한 포천천과 좌의천이 합류되는 지점에 침수가 발생한 공장을 대상지역으로 선정하였다. 수리 수문분석을 위해 FastTABS 모형을 이용하였으며, 피해발생 후 측량한 수위 등을 이용하여 분석하였다. 당시 침수피해 상황에 대하여 수리 수문학적인 측면에서 피해 원인분석을 하였으며, 본 연구에서 제시한 결과는 향후 호우피해에 관한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 기후변화로 인하여 태풍 및 집중호우로 인한 극한 강우사상의 발생빈도가 증가하고 있다. 급격한 도시화로 인한 유역 내 불 투수 면적이 늘어나고, 도달시간이 짧아지면서 집중호우에 취약한 도시하천의 분포가 늘어나고 있다. 특히 도시하천은 공공시설물 및 인구밀집으로 인하여 집중호우로 인한 홍수 발생시 대규모 재산피해와 인명피해가 발생할 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기후변화로 인한 집중호우 발생시 도시하천의 홍수피해액을 산정하고자 한다. 기후변화로 인한 집중호우는 RCP8.5시나리오의 강우자료를 적용하였으며, HEC-HMS와 HEC-RAS를 이용하여 홍수량을 산정하였다. 또한 피해액을 산정하기 위하여 다차원홍수피해액산정방법을 이용하여 도시하천의 피해액을 산정하였다.

  • Soybean rhizobia were isolated from 101 soybean (Glycine max.) cultivar which had been grown for the breeding experiment in Korea. Seven strains of the fast-growing soybean rhizobia and nine strains of the slow-growing soybean rhizobia were selected on the basis of their growth rate in AMA medium and their high ability of nodulation. The slow-growing soybean rhizobia were identified as Bradyrhizobium japonicum in the acetylene-reducing activity, microbial characteristics, and biochemical characteristics whereas the fast-growing soybean rhizobia were very similar to Rhizobium fredii.

  • Analysis of prestressed box-girder bridges using the spline finite strip method is presented. In the present study, the spline finite strip method(FSM) is modified using the non-periodic B-spline interpolation. In the analysis of the prestressed box girder bridges, each tendon force is evaluated by summation of the adjacent segment forces. Once the equivalent forces acting on the structure at the tendon points are found, they are transformed into statically equivalent forces at the adjacent node or joints. Several examples were analyzed to verify the performance of present method using the non-periodic B-spline FSM. Good agreements were obtained when compared with the previous study.

  • Photoassimilates translocate from regions of carbohydrate synthensis(source) to regions of carbohydrate utilization or storage(sink). In the source, assimilate loads into the phloem for long-distance transport. Current evidence suggests that there are twig loading mechanisms : one involves assimilate transfer via the apoplasm and then load into the phloem by carrier-mediated proton-sucrose cotransport, while the other involves movement through the continuous symplastic connections between the mesophyll cells and the phloem. Inspite of problems associated with the interpretation of experiments, the evidence for apoplastic loading remains convincing because the apoplastic loading systems explains well the observed accumulation capacity arid the selectivity of assimilate uptake by tile phloem.

  • 본 논문은 모바일커머스 사이트의 신뢰도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 거래안전성, 사이트이미지, 검색기능성, 그리고 결제편의성으로 분류하여 관련 연구들을 통해 검증된 요인들을 추출하였다. 그리고 모바일커머스 사이트에서 이용 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 직접 설문조사를 통해 사이트의 신뢰도 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 식별해내고 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 고객과의 신뢰에 기반한 모바일커머스의 실제적인 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.
