A photograph used in a film poster summarizes the story of the film that lasts for around two hours. The image must contain a picture that represents the story and text including the title, with various design elements composed in a harmonious way. However, given that a photograph is the most noticeable element in a film poster, this study aims to examine the function, role, and types of a film poster and analyze poster photographs. Currently, there are companies specialized in photography for film posters, but sometimes recognized photographers are commissioned to take a photograph that will be used for a film poster. Hein-kuhn Oh actively produced such photographs in the early and mid-2000s, and this study deals with 'how the photographs recreate the content of the films' focused on three selected photographs taken by him. Also, There were commonalities found between the tree photographs and Oh's personal portrait photographs, which were then analyzed from the photographic aesthetic point of view. In the rapidly changing era of the fourth industry, big data is being used in various fields. In recent years, the use of big data has been rapidly applied to overall cultural and artistic contents, and among them, the use of big data is essential as a film genre with a lot of capital. This research method is analyzed as the film , which won the Palme d'Or Prize of the 72nd Cannes Film Festival in 2019 and the works and directors' award at the Academy Awards. The analyzed value predicts the film's performance through opinion mining, which gives the value of the change and sensitivity of each data cycle, and extracts the utilization index and topic keywords of SNS such as Facebook and Twitter to reflect the audience's interest. Identify the factors. As such, if model performance and model development can be predicted through model analysis of film performance using big data, the efficiency of the film production process will be maximized while the risk of production cost and the risk of film failure will be minimized.

There has been a change in the production of the movie and techniques of the expression in the digital technology which has been used universally since 2000. As the focus of the production system of the movie has moved from the production procedure centering around filming to the procedure centering around editing used by the digital tools. The flows and boundaries of the production system which is consist of pre-production, production and post-production are getting indistinct. In the point of view of aesthetics and technology, this kind of change expands the creativity and originality for the screenwriters and provides the reality and vitality which haven't been found in previous films for the audience. It also elevates the quality of the movie. However, this ‘illusionary spectacle' has a vulnerable point that shows the aura and details of the movie soundly for the audience.

In 1995, the filming location of the drama had been famous, and as a result it brings the effect of increasing tourists of that areas. After that, many local governments try to host the filming on their regions to be potential tourist attractions. With the same stream, Jeonju also has attempted to host International Film Festival and to set up Jeonju Film Commission and Jeonju Cinema Complex. However, although the city already has rich infrastructure facilities to make films, the city hardly tries to use the filming locations as tourist attractions. This study suggests four ways of using filming locations as tourist attractions to activate Jeonju economy and improve Jeonju's cultural image. We firstly collect social bigdata related with tourists of filming locations and tourist attractions in Jeonju from Twitter, which is the most representative SNS, and then perform frequency and trend analysis. We also investigate major factors of visits to tourist's attractions based on content analysis of tweet mentions.

The goal of this study is analysing a box office success of The Handmaiden in terms of modified space-time and character. The movie which has original novel induces desire of watching by decreasing property of experience good of movie based narrative of novel. Contrary to novel that is set in Victorian age, the movie changed contents that make a character who realizes masculine of colonialism and women oppressed by man escape through transcending class by adopting period of Japanese occupation. It hereby decreases negative effect by substituting growth and solidarity of women for the element of homosexuality. Also the gender discussion about crimes against female when the movie was running increases factor of sympathy of characters and accord with subject of the movie. Beside that, The reasons of success are detector, star system of actor, effective public marketing of movie trailer and selection of movie won the award for best picture at a film festival.. Movie through adapting novel enhances ability of various creation and blow up appreciation of spectator. The differentiation of adapted hit movie is that the altered content is creative, has subject that corresponding with universal awareness transcending space-time and expresses property of media effectively.

As cultural contents are rising to the surface, the contents and interests regarding the industries that utilize the culture become higher than any other times. Culture is performed with memory, and the culture that excludes memory cannot exist. The memory exceeds a dimension of the individual and operates with an assembled and social memory. Furthermore the culture requires media to put memories inevitable. Therefore, recent image texts are coming to the attention as new storage media. So this essay analyzed the meaning of 'memory' as social-cultural memory by putting the sixth generation Chinese movies to the center and restoration of image text that puts memory in it. And also, I examined the cultural meanings of 'individual memories' as the 'counter memory' and tried to find the possibility of junction between memory industry and the contents. I focused on the sixth generation Chinese movies because these movies made remarkable progresses in the international film festivals though they were made in 'underground' by objecting to 'official memory' proposed by the Chinese government.

Agn$\grave{e}$s Varda is a French representative female film director. In particular, the method combining subjectivity and objectivity is the most outstanding characteristics. However, it can be said that the method to support this is not only theme of the film but also creation of structure including the exploration for the filmic form different from classical film form. Such an approach accords with No$\ddot{e}$l Burch's refined analysis of filmic form. Therefore, This study aims to aesthetical analysis of the form of producing the structure in modern movies through which is one of the representative work by Agn$\grave{e}$sVarda and won the Golden Lion award in 1985 Venice Film Festival. The theme of the film, the recovery of relationships among people and contacts through the tragic death of drifting life, created a new filmic structure by formative experiment of the film. The formative experiment is the fragmented and repetitive construction with the introductory voice-over, and consists of movement and editing of camera and specific use of flashback and sound through the representation of figures and situations, mixture of narrative and non-narrative style.

Dardenne brothers' films deals with minorities' issues who are shoved out to periphery of society, and especially takes interest in value-deprived human life in labor market of today. This study examines such social awareness of Dardenne brothers targeting their latest works awarded in Cannes Film Festival, , , , , . And analysis is attempted about Dardenne brothers' unique formal aesthetical style that exactly captures such social awareness. In Dardenne brothers' films a person shows up who faces abject matter of living. Their agony is closely connected to unemployment, and shows images of irresistible anxiety and alienation. Dardenne brothers' images are not only simple platform with contents embodied, but designed form showing essential thematic consciousness. Location and gaze, motion of camera capturing a character makes us to reflect the situation a character is facing in the world. There are almost no regard about plots, no dramatic devices, superficial and even straightforward, but Dardenne brothers' films have such independent formal aesthetic, which makes able to give endless tension.
