This article intends to draw the Road map of Korean International Animation Festival through the research of background and its identity of 4 International Animation Film Festivals Such as Annecy, Zagreb, Ottawa and Hiroshima. I was given opportunity to visit Annecy since 2009, it brought me to the real attraction of animation for watching of pleasure and passion of the people those who love animations. For the combining more advanced system and structure for Animation Festival in Korea, I had to do research all the information from the documents from the Annecy Collections. though I have not get the chance to go others except Annecy, However, I could get their background and history whenever I met the other Festival Committee Members. These Festivals showed us successful Road Map for the Animation Festivals in Korea as a role model. For the getting advanced system of Animation Festivals in Korea. It requires the animation theater for animation, effort for the Audiences's Convenience and international network composition system. However, the last task of us is to make people to entertain and enjoy the animation Films, its world of attraction.

Pusan International Film Festival(PIFF) is 11th on 2006. Now the PIFF history is over 10 years. The 1st PIFF through 3rd PIFF is establishment period. The 4th PIFF through 6th PIFF is the stable status. The 7th PIFF through the 9th PIFF is the second development step and 10th PIFF is the another turning point of the one period. Now the PIFF is the researching the new path in the future. PIFF is held in Pusan so that the Organizing Committee of PIFF is seeking for the help in this area and the colleges. For the success of the PIFF, this thesis offers several conclusion. The most important thing is the doubt of the identity of the PIFF. This thesis is going to offers several suggestions for the successful film festival.

is a film festival in conjunction with that shows about 50 works from 25 countries. It has become the only martial arts action film festival going on in Korea, with 32 feature films and 24 short films for a total of six days during the event from August 30 to September 6. has the slogan 'Muye, change the history of movies!' Through the movie, it sheds light on the value of life pursued by the martial arts spirit around Samjae, the core value of martial arts, and explores the aesthetic value of the most beautiful gesture that humans can make through the movement of martial arts centered on the space of dots, good and cotton. And through this film festival, I saw the potential to grow into a festival with the world. With this film festival, the identity of is established as a sustainable film festival, not as a single film festival, and image of martial arts action movies, which are part of genre movies, through the certainty of this image, differentiates itself from domestic and international film festivals, and does not stay in Northeast Asia or in Southeast Asia. Then, let's study the value of the future through the results of this film festival. In addition, we will study ways to increase the probability of growth as the best cultural and arts festival held along with the world's only international martial arts competition.

레스페스트 디지털 영화제(www.resfest.co.kr)가 지난해 11월 29일부터 12월 5일까지 연세대 백주년 기념관에서 열렸다. 레스페스트 디지털영화제는 최신 디지털 영화를 미국, 유럽, 일본 등의 주요 도시를 순회하며 소개하는 영화제로 지난 2000년 한국에서 처음 열린 이후 3회째를 맞고 있다. 지난 행사에서는 국내 공모에서 뽑힌 39편을 포함 전세게 250편의 장,단편 지지털 영화 '영화같은 인생','운수없는 날', '감독클럽' 등 19개 섹션에 걸쳐 소개됐다. 개막작으로는 크리스커닝햄 감독의 뮤직 비디오 단편들을 모은 크리스 커닝햄 특별전이 상영되었고, 폐막작은 비트박스의 역사와 뮤지션들의 일상을 담은 음악 다큐멘터리 <브레스 컨트롤>이 선정됐다.

This article aims to overview the present condition of the film festival, as one of the cultural policies for regional development, and draw up a plan for them, focused on PIFF and JIFF. Pusan and Jeonju have their own movie infrastructure and each festivals has a distinction as to property and purpose. But, for the festivals to be successful continuously, more regionally suitable and unique events are needed. In case of PIFF, it is required that the promoter should highlight regional characteristics of Pusan, by dint of implementation of programs, centered on people's active participation in the festival; regarding JIFF, for Jeonju to be a mecca of media industry, long-term plans and policies are to be made. The plans for revitalization of International film festival, as local cultural festival, are as follows; good use of local place as movie location, development of relevant contents, formation of regional networking, and cultivation of local human resource.

부산국제영화제가 해를 거듭하며 아시아의 대표적인 영화제로 자리매김해 가고 있지만 향후 개선해야 할 부분들이 남아 있으며, 행사 장소에 대한 문제점도 그 중 하나다. 부산국제영화제는 남포동과 해운대로 이원화하여 진행하였으며, 이원화의 운영은 점차 해운대 중심의 영화제로 바뀌고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산국제영화제 중심지 이동의 타당성 분석을 위하여 계층분석적의사결정과정(AHP)를 통하여, 타당성 분석을 위한 평가기준과 각각의 가중치를 산출하고, GIS분석을 통해 남포동과 해운대 일대를 정량적인 수치로 평가하여 타당성 분석을 실시하였다.

Film festival is a cultural event, which would be held for various purposes. This study was to find out the effects of visitors' demographic characteristics and Jeonju International Film festival images upon their general satisfactions, focusing on the 10th Jeonju International Film Festival. The results are as following. First, 20's(year), Student(job) and Less than 100(income/a month) had a majority in the demographic characteristic. It is needed to develop various programs and events targeting for these groups. Second, it resolved 11 questions in all into 3 factors, which is named as 'Administration', 'Facility', and 'Contents'. Specially We need to develop events and programs for teens. It verified that visitors satisfied far more as they were provided with comfortable theater, various facilities and events, etc. It also proved that the service of giving useful informations met visitors' satisfaction. But as the demographic characteristic showing, visitors dwelling near Jeonju were fewer. It is required for a program to enhance the peculiar qualities of the city, Jeonju and then to promote the participation of local people. It is necessary for the host organization to secure its identity including peculiar subjects differentiated from other film festivals for the purpose of establishing itself as a worldwide event.

The present study attempted to identify the relationship among cognition of service quality, cognition of contribution, and satisfaction in the international film festival context. A sample survey of 1,897 visitors of eight major international festivals held in Korea was administered throughout the year 2008. The factor analysis identified four factors of service quality. The structural modeling confirmed that all the four service quality factors and cognition of contribution positively affected the satisfaction. The study revealed the constructs of service quality, contribution, and satisfaction in the international film festival context.

이 글은 제 1 회 부천국제판타스틱영화제(1997년 8월 29일부터 9월 5일까지 경기도 부천시에서 개최)조직위원회로부터 1997년 6월경에 의뢰를 받아 35mm 필름으로 작업한 20초 분량의 영화제 공식 리더필름에 대한 작업 결과를 요약한 것이다. 작업 내용에 있어서는 3D 컴퓨터그래픽의 무리한 적용보다는 최소한의 절제하고 주로 드로잉 냄새가 강한 2D 캐릭터를 부각시켜, 국내 최초로 도입되는 ‘판타스틱’ 장르 영화제의 취지를 반영해보고자 고심했다. 배경은 3D로 처리하고 캐릭터는 직접 페이퍼에 그려 스캐닝 한 후 2D 공정을 거쳐 이 둘을 합성하였다. 이 작업방식은 당시의 컴퓨터 환경에서는 꽤 거친 공정을 필요로 하였다. 역사적인 조르주 멜리에스의 <달세계 여행> 스틸 컷을 활용한 도입부와 돌비스테레오 녹음방식을 채택한 이 작품의 개요를 정리하면 다음과 같다. ${\circ}$화면형식 : 35mm 스텐다드 사이즈 필름(상영용은 Beta버전) ${\circ}$작품길이 : 20초 ${\circ}$음향 : 돌비스테레오 방식(Only music) ${\circ}$제작기간 : 1997년 6월 - 8월 ${\circ}$사용S/W : 포토샵, 툰즈, 소프트이미지

In this study, we're going to look at the formation process of Youth film Festival and factors affecting that process. The Youth film Festival didn't appear suddenly in a day. There have been various trial regarding media education by civil society organizations (NGO) until the mid 1990s, principal Youth film Festival has been held from 1997s to 2001s and established a framework for Youth film Festival. There were some progress after those times and then in 2008 Youth film Festival faced some changes such as screening online, and responded rapidly to the current image industry and the cultural stream like the appearance of HD camcoder and smart phone till now. We can divide two areas regarding factors that affecting those formation process of Youth film Festival. First, they are explained as economic and social factors that the situation of South Korea extremely such as the efforts of civil society organizations (NGO), image technology and development of the industry, IMF bailout era and so on, second cultural and educational factors that the rise of virtual culture, the University entrance and results of awards. Thus Youth film Festival has been evolved in various affects, so we can look into the various sections of korea society through these formation process of Youth film Festival.
