The outcome of study has shown that team approach in case management in the community welfare center has shown a fair amount of effectiveness in increasing the quality of life for the elderly. 30 elderly people who had complex difficulties in life were selected and given case management for a 6 month period. The student volunteers supervised by a case manager visited the clients once a week and arranged a series of community resources following assessment of the clients' needs. A group of professionals active in the community was invited for supervision. Compared to the clients in the comparison group, those clients who case management showed the increase in the quality of life and life satisfaction scale. The results of the study suggest that face-to-face service for the elderly is one important factor for successful case management intervention. Also, a team approach in case management utilizing professionals and volunteers can be useful for the case manager in the community welfare center who is overwhelmed with too many case loads.

The purpose of this study is to develop case management activities inventory and analyze the perception on case management practice using importance-performance analysis(IPA) in community welfare centers. The comprehensive literature review and the content analysis from the professional scholar and social workers produced 89 items of case management activities items. A survey was conducted to 277 case managers in community welfare centers. The exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis developed the case management activities inventory comprised of 11 factors and 61 items. Suggestions were made to improve case management practice in community welfare centers.

There is a greater importance for underground work designed and built in the urban areas when it comes to considering the cost-effectiveness and the period of construction commensurate with an increasing trend of skyscrapers. At this stage of underground work, it's extremely necessary to choose a proper earth retaining method. However, a frequent change order during construction happens in Korea where different performers design and construct separately, so there is a great possibility for the change order to affect the aspects of construction cost and period which normally define the outcome of construction work. Therefore, the study has suggested the rational retaining wall method by developing the case-based reasoning model as stool to choose a proper retaining wall method applied at the stage of selecting the earth retaining method. Applying the 'CBR Model' developed in the study to the designing and developing stages of the earth retaining work will contribute to the successful outcomes by decreasing any changes of design from implementing the earth retaining work.

본 연구는 2008년 맞춤형 방문건강관리사업에 사용되고 있는 관절통증을 중심으로 한 사례관리를 수정 보안하여 우리나라 실정에 맞는 관절통증 사례관리 프로그램을 개발, 제안하며, 맞춤형 방문건강 관리사업의 활성화와 완성도를 높이는데 있다. 연구방법으로는 2007년 전국 12주 관절통증 사례관리 결과자료 분석하고, 전국 253개 보건소의 맞춤형 방문건강관리사업 인력에 대한 자료 분석과 전국 보건소 전문가 자문회의와 토론 결과를 통해 설문지를 수정 보완하여 2008년도 충청남도 관절통증 12주 사례관리를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여, p-value가 0.05 미만과 0.01미만인 경우를 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 판정하였으며, 전국자료는 빈도분석, wilcoxon 부호순위 검정과 McNemar's 검정을 실시하였으며, 12주의 관절통증 사례관리의 연구기간동안 수집된 자료를 1주와 8주간, 1주와 12주간, 8주와 12주간을 paired t-test 검정과 McNemar's 검정을 실시하여 유의성 평가를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 12주 기간 동안 사전 사례관리 방문간호사의 교육을 통한 사례관리 서비스의 강도의 조절 및 매주로 서비스의 횟수를 조절하여 사례관리를 실시한 결과 총 109개 항목에서 1주와 8주간에 유의한 항목은 TG(mg/dl)를 비롯한 51개 항목, 1주와 12주간에는 콜레스테롤(mg/dl)을 비롯한 53개 항목, 8주와 12주간에는 지난 48시간동안 관절통증 점수를 비롯한 3개 항목으로 유의한 차이를 볼 수 있었으며, 1주와 8주간은 유의하나 1주와 12주간은 유의하지 않게 나타나는 항목은 TG(mg/dl)를 비롯한 3개 항목, 1주와 8주간은 유의하지 않다가 1주와 12주간은 유의하게 나타나는 항목은 콜레스테롤(mg/dl)를 비롯한 6개 항목, 1주, 8주, 12주간의 모든 기간에서 유의한 항목은 지난 48 시간동안 관절통증 점수를 비롯한 3개 항목으로 조사되었다. 결론적으로 현재 우리나라에서 추진되고 있는 맞춤형 방문건강관리 사업의 사업지침에 대한 보완을 위해 관절통증사례관리 프로그램에 있어 중재 서비스 또는 프로그램의 기간은 12주간에서 8주간으로 조정 되어야 하며, 추가가 필요한 항목으로는 교육, 자기역량 강화, 운동처방, 물리치료, 약물치료, 대체요법, 식이, 영양, 생활지도 등이며, 어골도 분석을 위한 기본 틀 및 주요 구성요소를 제시 및 기여 요인 및 결정요인을 위한 논리적 모형 제시가 필요하며, 개선목표를 위한 유지증진 및 관리능력, 지기 관리 수행도 개선과 대상자별 맞춤형 사례관리를 위한 표준화된 행동 체크리스트 제작 보급 및 사례별 운동, 물리치료 지도 방법 계획 수립에 대한 인력 충원이 필요하다.

This article focuses on the use of case management in the Self-support program. Case management is a service modality which provides integrated services for people with multiple needs in the community. The goal to accomplish self-sufficiency of working participants in Self-Support Programs is positively affected by the efforts to reduce high social risks they are exposed. It is recommended that the agencies running Self-support programs apply case management to increase the quality of lives as well as the effectiveness of exiting statuses of conditional welfare recipients. Several service considerations of case management are recommended for the change in the structure and functioning of the Self-Support Program: Integrated view and contextualized thinking, empowerment-oriented approach, and a development of the community support system through networking. Types of case management and practice roles of the case manager applicable to the Self-Support Program are also recommended. Structural aspects of an organization, inter-organizational linkages and contextual factors need to be considered to improve problematic conditions that have not enough resources and appropriate authorities in providing case management functions.

본 연구에서는 사례기반추론(case-based reasoning)을 기본으로 하여 실무자의 분류 기법 또는 분류 구조 결정을 돕는 의사 결정 지원 시스템의 모델을 제시한다. 주요한 네 가지 고려 항목은 자료종류(dataset), 위치(location), 기후(climate), 그리고 분류항목(class)이며 사용자는 이들 네 항목에 대해 적합한 값을 선택하게 된다. 본 시스템은 색인화(indexing) 규칙에 따라 관계형 데이터베이스에 저장된 사례들을 추출하여 제시하며 사용자는 그 중 가장 높은 일치도를 보인 사례들을 참고할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 위계구조를 통해 다양한 분류 조건을 스크린 상에서 선택할 수 있게 함으로써 사용자가 이에 내재된 논리를 분류 구조의 설계에 반영할 수 있게 한다. 또한 Statistics 기능을 통해 여러 사례의 항목당 분포를 사용자가 검토할 수 있게 함으로써 가장 적합한 사례를 의사결정 지원 시스템과의 피드백을 통해 찾아낼 수 있게 해준다. 이밖에 분류 조건을 변화 시켜가면서 상황의 변화를 참고할 수 있도록 Navigation 기능을 고안하였다.

현대사회는 전통적인 경제체제에서 디지털 경제체제로의 급속한 이전과 더불어 정보기술이 국가발전의 주요 원동력으로 등장하게 되었다. 특히, e-정부의 출현은 기존의 정부서비스에 대한 시공간적 제약을 극복하는 새로운 패러다임으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구는 e-정부 실현을 위한 대표적인 사례로 KICIT을 중심으로 정보기술의 활용사례와 더불어 EC-Bank를 중심으로 한 지방정부의 사이버 마케팅에 대한 사례연구를 통해 e-정부의 조기 실현을 위한 산업부문의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 하나의 대안으로 소개하였다. e-구미의 모형은 행정, 생활, 산업 차원에서의 네트워크화, 균형과 조화, 부문간의 연계로 시행정의 디지털화, 사이버 정보생활의 실현 및 산업의 e-비즈니스화의 실현을 중심으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 KICIT은 중소도시에 집중되어 있는 지역정보센터의 산학관 협력의 모델케이스로 효율적으로 운영되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이제는 구미지역 기업체와 연구교육기관에서 핵심적인 지원기관으로 지역관련기관과의 보다 유기적인 협력을 계속 유지. 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. 지자체의 사이버 마케팅 사례인 EC-Bank는 정보서비스를 단순히 제공하는 수준인 전자상거래의 초기단계로 사이트 및 콘텐츠 관리의 소홀로 인하여 초기의 목적을 거의 이루지 못한 실정이다. 앞으로 산학관의 친밀한 협력과 e-프로세스의 대혁신을 통해서 새로운 업무활용, 웹기반의 거래처리 및 e-비즈니스 모형의 창출을 위해 계속적으로 노력해야할 것이다.

주택가의 높은 토지 보상지, 적정한 부지 확보 곤란 등의 새로운 주차장을 확보하는데 한계가 있는 가운데 공공시설과 지역주민의 주차수요 첨두시간대가 서로 다른점을 이용해서 야간시간대에 공공시설의 주차공간을 개방하여 주민들이 이용하게 하면 주차장을 비워 두는 시간 없이 효율적으로 이용할 수 있습니다. 이에 따라 이 연구는 공공시설이나 기존 시설물의 부설 주차장을 주민들의 주차 공간으로 제공된 사례들을 수집, 분석하고 이들 사례들에서 지적되고 있는 문제 등을 자료 또는 기존 연구 등을 이용해 정리 했습니다. 이 연구의 대상은 주민의 복지를 증진하기 위한 시설물로 공공에서 조성하는 학교, 청사, 공원 등이다. 각 사례 조사를 통해 주차공간 확보가 효율적으로 이루어지는 사례가 보이지만 그에 따른 유의사항도 많아 주의도 많이 필요한 실정이라고 봅니다.

현대 사회는 1인가구가 급속도로 증가하고 있으며, 1인 가구의 대부분은 20-30대 청년들의 비중이 높다. 그에 비해 청년주거의 주거 빈곤율이 높게 나타나고 있으며, 그에 따른 합리적인 공급가격으로 셰어하우스에 대한 청년들의 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 1인 청년 가구 중 셰어하우스 사례를 대상으로 하며, 청년들의 셰어하우스 생활에 적합한 공간의 디자인 방향성을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 다음과 같이 진행하였다. 첫째, 문헌조사와 정보 수집을 통해 셰어하우스의 개념과 특성 등을 이론 고찰하였다. 둘째, 국내의 청년 대상으로 셰어하우스 사례들을 조사하였다. 셋째, 셰어하우스 사례들을 특성에 따라 유형을 분류하고 유형별로 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 셰어하우스에 대한 관심은 점차 높아지고 있으며, 특히 개인 주거공간과 커뮤니티 공간이 결합된 셰어하우스의 형태를 볼 수 있었다.

연안습지의 손실은 국내 연안을 둘러싼 이해상충의 주요 요인이다. 본 연구에서는 이해상충과 관련된 국내 연안관리 및 습지손실과 관련된 상황, 이해상충의 배경 및 특성, 한국의 대규모 습지 훼손사례로 볼 수 있는 시화호, 순천만, 금강하구, 강원도 석호지역에 대한 이해상충의 실태와 조정사례를 근거로 이해상충해결을 위한 조정방법과 절차를 정리하였다.
