Rat $\beta$-casein 유전자와 사람 성장호르몬 (hGH) 유전자의 융합유전자를 생쥐 수정란의 웅성전핵에 미세주입하여 형질전환생쥐 (transgenic mouse) 6계통을 확립하였다. 이들로부터 사람성장호르몬(hGH) 유전자의 발현 여부를 조사한 결과, 6계통중 4계통의 생쥐 유즙에서 hGH가 2~900 ng/ml 수준으로 발현되고 있었으며, 혈중에서는 hGH가 검출되지 않았다. 따라서 이들 형질전환생쥐에서 사람성장호르몬이 우선특이적으로 발현, 분비되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 사람성장호르몬의 발현이 확인된 두 계통 (ChGH2-2, CChGH2)의 형질전환생쥐를 대상으로 하여 세대별, 산차별로 유즙내 사람성장호르몬의 함량을 조사한 결과, 3세대에 걸쳐, 또한 제1세대에서의 세차례 반복된 비유기에도 유즙내 사람성장호르몬은 지속적으로 분비되고 있었다. 이상의 결과는 형질전환생쥐에서의 외래유전자의 발현성은 반복되는 비유기와 여러 세대에 걸쳐 안정적으로 유지됨을 보여 주고 있다.

농업계는 농업정책자금과 보조금 유용 문제가 발생하지 않도록 주의해야 할 것이다. 불경기에는 다른 사람을 배려하는 마음이 약해지고, 자신의 이익을 챙기는 마음이 강해진다. 쌀 직불금의 부당수령이나 면세유 불법유통과 같은 세금 유용 행위에 사람들은 더 분노하게 된다. 몇 사람이 저지른 잘못으로 농업계가 매도당하지 않도록 해야 할 것이다. 사람들은 불경기에서 빨리 벗어날 수 있다면 영혼이라도 팔려고 할지 모른다. FTA가 불경기 탈출에 도움이 된다면 마다하지 않을 것이다.

최근들어 바이러스마케팅이 유행하고 있다. 바이러스마케팅이란 컴퓨터 바이러스에서 유래했다. 즉, 컴퓨터 바이러스에 감염된 PC에서 이메일을 통해 다른 사람에게 배달되는 최근의 바이러스와 마찬가지로 바이러스마케팅은 광고를 본 사람이 친구나 다른 사람에게 전달하는 형식을 취하고 있는데서 붙여진 이름이다. 기업이 자사의 제품을 홍보하기 위해서 자사의 제품광고를 본 사람들에게 제삼자에게 추천을 부탁하는 형식을 취하는 것이다.

Optical flow estimation based on multi constraint approaches is frequently used for recognition of moving objects. This paper proposed the method to monitor passenger boarding using image processing when a train is operated based on Automatic Train Operation(ATO). The movement of passenger can be detected to compare two images, one is a basic image and another is immediately captured by CCTV. Optical Flow helps to find the movement of passenger when two images are compared. The movement of passenger is one of important informations for ATO system because it needs to decide door status.

Humane entrepreneurship is defined as "the pursuit of entrepreneurial growth and humane development for opportunity realization and sustainable organization." In this study, we evaluate and compare 19 countries by the degree to which 'humane entrepreneurship' is realized or emphasized. This study compares two factors of humane entrepreneurship, enterprise cycle and humane cycle, between different countries and examines a balance between the two. To make country-by-country comparison along humane entrepreneurship, we adopted Sethia and von Glinow's (1985) organizational culture model, which originated from Blake and Mouton's (1964) managerial grid model. Here, enterprise cycle and humane cycle of humane entrepreneurship correspond to concern for performance and concern for people. We suggest that keeping balance between humane cycle and enterprise cycle is important, because humane entrepreneurship is an internal condition for firm growth.

This paper proposes a method to track persons robustly in illumination changes and partial occlusions in color video frames acquired from a fixed camera. To solve a problem of changing appearance by illumination change, a time-independent intrinsic image is used to remove noises in an frame and is adaptively updated frame-by-frame. We use a hierarchical human model including body color information in order to track persons in occlusion. The tracked human model is recorded into a persons' list for some duration after the corresponding person's exit and is recovered from the list after her reentering. The proposed method was experimented in several indoor and outdoor scenario. This demonstrated the potential effectiveness of an adaptive model-base method that corrected distorted person's color information by lighting changes, and succeeded tracking of persons which was overlapped in a frame.

People estimation is important to provide IoT services. Most people counting technologies use camera or sensor data. However, the conventional technologies have the disadvantages of invasion of privacy and the need to install extra infrastructure. This paper proposes a method for estimating the number of people using a Wi-Fi AP. We use channel state information of Wi-Fi and analyze that using deep learning technology. It can be achieved by pre-installed Wi-Fi infrastructure that reduce cost for people estimation and privacy infringement. The proposed algorithm uses a k-binding data for pre-processing process and a 1D-CNN learning model. Two APs were installed to analyze the estimation results of six people. The result of the accurate number estimation was 64.8%, but the result of classifying the number of people into classes showed a high result of 84.5%. This algorithm is expected to be applicable to estimate the density of people in a small space.
