본 연구에서는 한국복지패널 15차년도(2020년) 패널 데이터를 활용하여 장애노인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 소득지위, 우울에 영향력을 분석하고, 소득지위와 삶의 만족 간에 사회적 지지의 매개효과와 우울과 삶의 만족 간에 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다.

This study explored the experience of social support in the education and rearing of children of immigrant women through international marriage and found its essential meaning. First of all, the husband's social support was very important, but the relationship with the husband had a different effect on childrearing and education. Parents-in-law had a positive and negative impact on child rearing and education of them due to cultural conflicts between the two countries. Their own mother was a strong support that gave them great strength just by being there, and as their children grew up, they regarded their mother as the source of bilingual education for their children. Other supporters around them were Korean friends who connected Korean society by sharing information on child care and education. Friends who spoke and communicated in their native language were emotional and psychological supporters that bonded the same experience of parenting and education for their children. In conclusion, the research participants expected a better life for themselves and their children by using a multi-layered social support system as well as a transnational family network in the process of child education and care. Accordingly, it was proposed to systematically improve the laws, systems, and policy support so that the social support system can be further strengthened at the family, community, and transnational levels for the education and care of children of immigrant women through international marriage.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the elderly with disability focused on comparison between aging with disability and disability with aging in Korea. Disability in older age has been related to several psychosocial characteristics, including social support, self-esteem, life satisfaction and depression. However, the exact role of these characteristics in the disablement process remains uncertain and this study focused on comparison between aging with disability and disability with aging in Korea. This study analyzed the 12th wave (2017) KWPS(Korean Welfare Panel Study)and Disability Study which included 692 elderly with disability aged 65 and over. The data were processed by SEM and multi-group SEM analysis. The findings were as follows; First, family support and the significant others support showed direct effects on the life satisfaction of the elderly with disability. Second, family support and the significant others support reduced the level of depression and enhanced self-esteem and finally impact on the life satisfaction of the elderly with disability. The formal support enhanced the depression and reduced self-esteem and eventually reduced the life satisfaction. Third, the disability with aging group showed more higher perception and more experience of formal support and formal service and more higher depression than the aging with disability group. Forth, the significant others support on life satisfaction only showed significance in disability with aging group and depression had significance in disability with aging group. Finally, aging with disability group showed positive effects on the formal support of life satisfaction but showed negative effects on the depression and self-esteem. Based on these findings, practical implications of future directions for research are discussed.

The current study examines the association between multiple losses and depressive symptoms and the role of social support in multiple losses. Using a prospective designed dataset(Changing Lives of Older Couples), this study found a significant difference on the depressive symptom levels between multiple losses and single loss. In addition, there was a significant buffering effect of social support in bereavement, as oppose to previous literature that social support does not buffer the initial bereavement reaction in comparisons between the bereaved with multiple losses and the bereaved with a single loss. The author discusses the importance of monitoring elderly people with multiple losses and availability of social support before and after the loss.

The Geocell system is the advanced system of Geo-grids, and is one of geosynthetics used for earth reinforcement of weak soil. It is the way to increase earth strength and bearing capacity by using three dimension type of geo-composite. This paper analyzed the bearing capacity mechanism of Geocell system for earth reinforcement. Plate loading tests under the model laboratory condition were performed, and the increase of bearing capacity and the decrease of settlement with shallow foundation were evaluated.

In the land section of marine bridge construction site, to confirm the end bearing of large diameter drilled shaft constructed in the fault zone which was discovered unexpectedly, the hi-directional end loading tests were performed. The objectives of this study are to confirm the end bearing of the pile constructed in fault zone and the increasing effect of end bearing after grouting the base ground beneath the pile toe. After grouting the pile base ground, the settlement of pile base decreased considerably and the pile base resistance increased more than twice.

Light weight filling method prevents settlement of ground by decreasing the weight of fills. This method is increasingly used for it's convenience and workability. Styrofoam is increasingly used as a lightweight filling material in soft ground. The beneficial effects of the use of EPS derive from minimizing the stress increment, increasing the bearing capacity and reducing the settlement. For this study, model test and FEM analysis of bearing capacity is carried out composing two-layered ground with clay in the lower layer and lightweight filling material in upper layer. Based on the results obtained here in this study, it is concluded that the use of recycled EPS beads is acceptable lightweight fill. Light weight fills used for disposal is superior to typical embankment fills in bearing capacity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate mother's parenting stress with her infant and social support and parenting efficacy. The object of the study were 234 mothers who commit their infant to 10 child-care facilities in U metropolitan city. The method of research was questionnaire method. Followings are the summary of it ; The mother's parenting efficacy was generally high. Regression analysis was carried out to investigate the relative influence of the factors related to the mother's parenting efficacy. The variables that influence the mother's parenting efficacy were the social support, the parenting stress, the mother's age, the mother's academic background, income and the order of birth etc.

Generally, a silicone rubber and a chloride polyethylene(CPE) have been used for the development of high-performance composite EM(ElectroMagnetic) wave absorber. In this study, the EM wave absorption abilities for natural lacquer which is newly suggested in this study as a binder for composite EM wave absorber were investigated to develop an improved EM wave absorber In addition, MnZn ferrite composite EM wave absorber mixed with the natural lacquer were prepared and their absorption ability was also investigated. MnZn ferrite composite EM wave absorber which employs the natural lacquer as a binder showed an improved EM wave absorption characteristics in comparison with the conventional binder such as a silicone rubber and a chloride polyethylene(CPE). The matching frequency and the absorption ability of EM wave absorber mixed with natural lacquer can be controled the change of the thickness of them.

This paper investigates P-S (load-settlement) relationship for the end-bearing Pile in granular material using the CRISP FE Program with the laboratory 2D model pile load test. In order to simulate the effect of end-bearing pile problem in the FEA, the author adopts several forms of slip element around the pile length and the pile tip. Through this study it was found that e degree of non-associated Plastic flow rule incoporated into the Mohr-Coulomb model for the end-bearing pile with the slip elements was a dominant factor in terms of numerical solution convergence. In contrast, the roller boundary used along the pile shaft showed a smooth convergence with respect to the degree of non-associated plastic flow rule.
