본 연구에서는 지역진흥기반구축사업을 추진중인 광주광산업, 경남기계산업, 대구섬유산업, 부산 신발산업을 대상으로 정보지원센터, 전자카달로그 구축사업 사례를 비교하고 그 차이점을 분석하여 본다. 이론적 고찰과 문헌연구를 통해 사례연구모델을 제시하고 지역특화산업과 정보지원센터, 전자카달로그 대한 자료를 수집하여, 본 논문에서 제시된 사례연구 모델에 입력하고 지역특화산업과 정보지원센터, 전자카달로그 구축사업과의 연계성을 알아본다. 본 논문은 국가에서 정책적으로 추진 중인 지역진홍기반구축사업을 배경으로 하고 있는 광주광산업, 경남기계산업, 대구섬유산업, 부산신발산업을 대상으로 정보지원센터와 전자카달로그 사업을 비교하여 차이점을 분석한 것으로 현재 사업을 주관하고 있는 사업추진기관에게 좋은 자료가 될 것이며, 특화산업 정보지원센터나 전자카달로그를 이용하여 전자거래를 하고자 하는 기업이나 사용자에게도 좋은 자료가 될 것이다.

초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE)섬유는 현재까지 알려져 있는 섬유중 비강도가 가장 우수하며 강도 또한 최고 40g/d를 나타내는 슈퍼섬유중에 하나이다. UHMWPE섬유는 비교적 간단한 분자구조로 이루어져 있으며 높은 결정화도로 인해 광 안정성 및 자외선 저항성이 우수하며 내마모성도 뛰어나다. 이러한 특성으로 인해 최근 로프 및 어망 등의 산업적 용도 뿐만 아니라 익스트림 스포츠웨어를 포함한 의류소재에도 다양하게 적용되고 있다. 하지만 의류소재 적용에 앞서 초소수성으로 이루어진 분자구조와 낮은 내열성으로 인해 염색이 쉽지 않으며 다양한 색상을 구현하기가 힘든 실정이다. 현재 본 연구실에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 UHMWPE섬유에 염색이 가능한 염료를 개발하였으며 보다 다양한 색상을 구현하기 위해 연구를 진행 중이다. 현재 본 연구실에서는 UHMWPE섬유 염색에 있어 Blue, Red, Yellow, Magenta 계열의 색상구현이 가능하며 보다 심색화 된 색상을 구현함으로 인해 의류용 섬유소재 및 산업용 섬유소재에 다양하게 적용할 수 있도록 UHMWPE섬유용 염료합성 실험이 진행되고 있다. 안트라퀴논 및 아조계 염료에 초소수성 알킬체인을 치환함으로써 염료의 소수성을 증가시켜 초소수성 섬유인 UHMWPE섬유에 염착성을 증가시키고 높은 견뢰도 결과를 확보하였다. 또한 내열성이 낮은 특성에도 불구하고 염색 이후 UHMWPE섬유가 가지는 물성에는 큰 변화를 나타내지 않았다.

Maquiladora industries have grown due to the decrease in labor costs caused by Mexico's economic crisis and the increase in possibility of Mexico's advance into North American markets caused by the NAFTA that come into effect since the 1980s and 1990s. Early Marquiladora industries have started to be located in the Northern borders of Mexico using young-female labor forces centered on the textile and electronic part industries. However, after the 1980s, the port soared, and the regional range of Maquiladora industries has also enlarged to 25 states. The most important regions of Maquiladora industries in Mexico are Chihuahua and Baja California and their cities are Ciudad Juares and Tijuana. Maquiladora industries had grown in terms of the cost of product and the employment until the end of the 1990s. However, Maquiladora industries have decreased in the cost of product and the employment since the 2000s. The regional range of Maquiladora industries has enlarged into the entire of Mexico, but most of Maquilador industries is still located in Northern border regions centered on six states. The textile industry is a representative one of Maquiladora industries and the early Maquilador industries have been focused on the textile industry. Thus, the textile industry in Maquiladora shows the same pattern as any other industries in Mexico. However, machinery and electronic part industries have been concentrated on the Northern border states and existing manufacturing zones. In terms of the change in employment by industry, machinery and electronic part industries occupied most high employment proportion and the textile industry sector was the next. The distinguished point is that service industries are growing.

The purpose of this study was to suggest future marketing strategy for Korean textile and apparel industry so that they could find a way to maintain a major sourcing site in the global market place. This study identified international buyers' visiting purposes and the items they were most interested in sourcing from Korea according to their firm types and home country regions. This study analyzed the survey results obtained fiom international buyers who visited the international textile and apparel trade show in Seoul, Korea. The data was analyzed using frequency and ${\chi}^2$-test analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between buyers' country regions and their interests. There was also a significant relationship between buyers' firm types and their visiting purposes. The results indicated that decision making for what Korean industry should focus their marketing efforts on should be different according to the buyers' country regions and firm types. This study was conducted to present an effective marketing strategy for how Korean textile and apparel industries could survive in the competitive global marketplace.
