The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction and effective variables in online learning for low-income students. An Web-survey was conducted to measure its satisfaction and effectiveness. 285 students participated in the study. T-test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The result of satisfaction was fairly positive. In addition, there were differences in effectiveness. In specific, the each group of female, elementary school, higher level of achievement, and higher level of self-regulated learning group students showed higher satisfaction than the others. Suggestions and future research are discussed.

Block Train Services(BTS) are actively studied in many countries for higher productivity and eco-friendly systems of inland freight distribution. However it is difficult for an ordinary student or researcher to approach for understanding and studying BTS because rail transport is operated monopolistically by Korea government and most freight information in each company belongs to its business secret due to the industrial characteristics. For such reasons, the study aimed to develop a BTS simulation model that it supports understanding and strategic decision required for BT operation. To build the result, expert depth-interviews were conducted with analysis of relative references through the domestic representative BT operating company K. The simulator refers to the Busan NewPort-Uiwang section and functionally, it supports scenario generation and analysis on BT operation. It makes a contribution to study a new type's technological application for learning and strategic analysis of BTS.

It is applying the various teaming contents to improve learner's studying desire and effect in E-Learning system. In this learning contents, there are text animation, sound and picture etc. But, multimedia teaming contents which has big file size need much transmission service times. In this paper, I proposed a scheduling technique of LMS to be faster and service efficiently the multimedia learning contents which was managed and processed it in LMS. for this purpose, I used message and scheduler at LMS. While loaming was processed, it saved the result information of learning contents request to LMS. In this case, if the learner request loaming contents request, it could be possible to support the learning contents efficiently to use learning contents information in LMS without connecting to LCMS. As application result of this techniques, at the first learning course, existent techniques displayed faster learning contents service than proposal techniques. But the more learning process, proposal technique is faster service than existent.

USN, all things are given to the computing and networking capabilities and by enabling the best service through awareness of environment and situation is a technology to improve the convenience and safety of human life. In this paper, we develop learning support system based on embedded system using USN technology which collect learner's learning environment based on real time and makes the best learning environment. In addition, simulations of these systems to improve the learners' learning efficiency was identified.

The number of multicultural families is on the rise worldwide. In this respect, the central government and municipal governments are also implementing and supporting multicultural-related policies. However, they are in progress, not as services needed for multicultural members but as policy issues. This causes multicultural members to fail to figure out the need of policies supported by the government or local governments, as well as to grasp the desire for what services in need are. In addition to this, many studies regarding multiculture are under way but few studies have been known so far as to multicultural business models. This study has suggested a final business model and strategy methods by designing, comparing and analyzing a business model needed for multicultural members through interviews with professionals and multicultural members with regard to mulcultural policies and examples in Korea.

본 논문에서는 최근 인터넷 상에서 표준 공통 포맷으로 대두되고 있는 XML을 이용하여 웹 기반 원격 교육 시스템에서 강의 내용에 참조도리 참고문헌 지원 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. Three-tier 환경에서 구현한 이 시스템은 middle-tier인 웹 서버에서 데이터베이스에 저장된 참고문헌을 XML 데이터로 변환하여 효과적으로 처리함으로써 서버의 부하를 감소시키며 이것은 성능 향상으로 이어져 학습자에게 더 나은 속도로 원격 교육의 참고문헌 정보서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 동적으로 서버와 상호작용 가능하도록 학습자가 c마고 문헌의 유익함 정도를 매긴 등급 점수 계산에 직접 참여시켜 그 결과를 볼 수 있도록 하여 학습 의욕을 더욱 고취시킬 수 있다. 앞으로 웹기반 원격교육의 참고문헌 지원 시스템은 세계 각 대학이나 연구소에 분산되어 있는 여러 데이터 소스로부터 필요한 정보만을 실시간으로 추출하여 수집, 통합, 통계 처리할 수 있도록 확장될 수 있을 것이다.

이러닝 체제를 관리하는 기존의 LMS/LCMS는 동영상의 콘텐츠 운영시 교수 학습간에 학습자의 정확한 진도율 측정이 힘들고, 교수자와 학습자간 사이에 실시간성이 부족하며, 콘텐츠 내 다양한 인터랙티브 요소의 제공에 한계가 있다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 이러닝의 한계를 극복하기 위해 실시간 동영상 콘텐츠를 지원하는 학습관리 시스템으로 콘텐츠 연계를 위한 기술을 분석 설계하여 콘텐츠간의 연계기술을 제안하고 동영상 콘텐츠 운영을 위한 플랫폼을 제시하여 기존의 단점을 보완한다. 이를 바탕으로 한 LCM/LCMS 기반기술은 시간 공간적 제약을 극복해 실시간 상호작용이 원활한 사이버 학습도구로 마련될 것이다.

모바일 결제, 스마트 뱅킹 등 우리 생활의 일상적인 금융 업무에서 차별화된 편의성을 제공하기 시작한 핀테크 서비스는 사람들의 높은 관심을 받고 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 고도화된 해킹, 정보 유출 등 보안사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있는 현재의 ICT 서비스 환경에서도 전자금융 서비스가 보안 이외에 소비자의 이용 편의에 관심을 갖고 서비스할 수 있도록 지원한 대표적인 보안 기술은 글로벌 표준으로 자리잡은 FIDO 인증 기술이다. FIDO는 지문, 홍채, 정맥 등 높은 보안성과 편의성을 갖춘 다양한 인증 수단을 지원하여 패스워드와 같은 기존 인증 수단을 빠르게 대체하고 있는 중이다. 본고에서는 현재 상용화 적용되어 보편적인 인증플랫폼으로 자리잡기 시작한 FIDO의 추가적인 인증 요소로서 활용되어 보안을 좀 더 강화할 수 있는 상황인지 기반 인증 기술에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 본 고에서 소개되는 상황인지 기반 인증 기술은 사용자의 고유한 행동적 특징과 환경적 특징을 기계학습 기법을 통해 분석하여 사용자 본인여부를 확인할 수 있는 기술로 사용자에게 명시적인 인증 절차를 요구하지 않아 이용 불편 없이 기존 서비스에 쉽게 적용될 수 있고, 타인이 위조하기 어려운 행동 및 환경적 특징을 활용하는 장점을 갖고 있어 향후 핀테크 서비스의 보안을 한단계 끌어 올려줄 기술로 활용이 기대된다.

Intelligent agents to learn users' tendency have learn uscrs' tendency by sufficient users information and training time. When the intelligent agents is used in ubiquitous environment, users must wait for intelligent agents to learn, so user may be can't get proper services. In this paper we proposed an intelligent P2P mobile agent system that can learn users' tendency in real-time by sharing users' resource. The system shared users contexts on four places and made feel groups which was composed of similar users. When users' service which had the highest correlation coefficient in the peer groups was suggested, users were satisfied over $80\%$.

An university form alliance with the organic relationships the community as a delivery room of human cultural in it's formation and development. The university library is to service knowledge and information resources of it to residents, and education R&D learning of a university constituent. This study research and analyse to the service status of the university library in home abroad and consider necessity and importance of the community solidarity of it. Also it brings up the plans to revigority the community solidarity and services of university libraries in the side of lifelong study, R&D support, knowledge and information service, the community contribution and so on.
