Korean language model construction and comparative analysis with Cross-lingual Post-Training (XPT) (Cross-lingual Post-Training (XPT)을 통한 한국어 언어모델 구축 및 비교 실험)

  • 자원이 부족한 언어 환경에서 사전학습 언어모델 학습을 위한 대용량의 코퍼스를 구축하는데는 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문은 이러한 한계를 극복할 수 있는 Cross-lingual Post-Training (XPT) 방법론을 적용하여 비교적 자원이 부족한 한국어에서 해당 방법론의 효율성을 분석한다. 적은 양의 한국어 코퍼스인 400K와 4M만을 사용하여 다양한 한국어 사전학습 모델 (KLUE-BERT, KLUE-RoBERTa, Albert-kor)과 mBERT와 전반적인 성능 비교 및 분석 연구를 진행한다. 한국어의 대표적인 벤치마크 데이터셋인 KLUE 벤치마크를 사용하여 한국어 하위태스크에 대한 성능평가를 진행하며, 총 7가지의 태스크 중에서 5가지의 태스크에서 XPT-4M 모델이 기존 한국어 언어모델과의 비교에서 가장 우수한 혹은 두번째로 우수한 성능을 보인다. 이를 통해 XPT가 훨씬 더 많은 데이터로 훈련된 한국어 언어모델과 유사한 성능을 보일 뿐 아니라 학습과정이 매우 효율적임을 보인다.

  • Recently, artificial intelligence systems are being used in various fields. The accuracy of the decision algorithm of artificial intelligence is greatly affected by the amount of learning and the accuracy of the learning data. In the case of the amount of learning, a large amount of data is required because it has a decisive effect on the performance of AI. In this paper, we propose a data collection system for constructing a system that analyzes future conditions and changes in infants' conditions based on the body temperature data of infants and toddlers. The proposed system is a system that collects and transmits data, and it is believed that it can minimize the resource consumption of the server system in existing big data analysis and training data construction.

The Effects of a Teacher Training Program for Elementary and Middle School Teachers: Focusing on International School for Geoscience Resources (초·중등 교원연수 프로그램의 효과 분석: 국제지질자원인재개발센터를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of satisfaction for learning eco-system on the teacher training program conducted at the IS-Geo (International School for Geoscience Resources) which is KIGAM (Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources), and to determine the satisfaction and educational effects of the teacher training programs on elementary and secondary teachers. And then, to suggest improvement points in the future operation of the teacher training program at the IS-Geo. Therefore, we conducted questionnaire of satisfaction for learning eco-system based on the data collected by a survey of 98 elementary and secondary teachers who participated in the teacher training program at the IS-Geo, from July 2017 to August 2018. The research results are as follows. First, the results of satisfaction for learning eco-system showed high values of 4.58 or higher in both the elementary and secondary programs, and the teacher training program conducted by the IS-Geo had a positive effect on the training participants. Second, internal factors indicating learning motivation and learning development were elementary teacher training 4.70 and secondary teacher training 4.64, and it is necessary to develop training contents and programs by classifying them into majors other than the earth science department. Third, intermediate factors indicating contents of education and learning curriculum were 4.67 for an elementary teacher training program and 4.72 for secondary teacher training program. In addition, in order to operate the teacher training program according to the purpose of science and technology culture, it is necessary to develop a teaching-learning model and to improve the quality of teaching. Fourth, external factors indicating learner support and quality of instructors were 4.83 for an elementary teacher training program and 4.72 for a secondary teacher training program. In particular, it is necessary to develop teaching materials that can be used immediately in school classes and can generate interest.

  • There are various granite landforms including block stream(natural monument No. 435) within Mt. Biseul, in Daegu city. The Daegyunsa(temple) and community of rhododendron around the summit of the mountain provide visitors many objects o( interest in cultural & ecological heritage. This paper aimed to develope nature trails of various type according to visitor's characteristics. 1) Various granite landforms develope along with the main path up the mountain(block stream-gnamma-exfoliation-poligonal cracking-talus-core stone-sheeting joint-tor-free face-high flat summit). 2) The explanatory note on terminology, origin, characteristics of geomorphic resources are developed in this paper for the first time. 3) In Consideration of the path line of flow of visitor, the best field study sites and the most effective nature trails are designed for visitor. 4) Three nature tails are designed for visitor according to the type and the length of visitor's stay.

A Case Study of Equitable Access to Quality Technology Uses in a Low-Resourced Rural Elementary School (농촌 초등학교에서 디지털격차 해소를 위한 테크놀로지 활용 수업 사례 연구)

  • The aim of this study was to describe how a teacher used technologies to improve underserved student's learning in a low-resourced rural elementary classroom and provide implications for teachers' use of technology. The in-depth case study was conducted in a one-student classroom setting that isolated the fifth grader from social and collaborative learning opportunities. The qualitative data was collected in forms of classroom observation field notes, teacher interviews, student interviews and student's reflection journals. Findings are as follows: First, technology partakes an import role in a one-student classroom to support student's collaborative learning. Second, to overcome a digital divide, the teacher created a technology-enhanced environment with alternative methods of her own and supplemented teacher-created resources. Third, the teacher used technologies to support adaptive instruction based on student's needs.

  • 유무선 인터넷 기술의 발전은 인터넷을 통한 개인 정보의 효율적인 공유 및 교환을 가능하게 하였다. 최근 이러한 분산 정보의 공유를 위한 네트워킹 기술로 P2P(Peer-to-Peer)가 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 현재 국내외의 많은 대학 및 기관에서 P2P에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행 중 이다. 하지만, 대부분의 P2P 시스템들은 파일공유 위주의 서비스를 제공하며 SETI@HOME을 필두로 한 일부 @HOME 프로젝트들만이 자원 공유 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 자원공유 P2P 서비스들은 특정한 목적을 위해 구성됨으로써 자원을 제공하는 일반 사용자는 단순히 자원을 제공할 뿐 그 이상의 역할을 수행할 수가 없다. 이에 본 논문에서는 P2P 시스템에 참여한 모든 사용자가 P2P의 자원 네트워크를 사용할 수 있도록 멀티 에이전트 기반의 자원 공유 P2P 시스템을 제안한다. 일반 사용자는 서비스 생성 프레임워크를 사용하여 자신에게 필요한 테스크 에이전트를 생성할 수 있으며, 스케줄러 및 분배 에이전트, 테스크 에이전트에 의해 수행되어진다. 또한 본 시스템은 group 및 peer의 관리를 위해 특성 학습 에이전트(Specific Learning Agent)의 학습기능을 사용함으로써 P2P가 가지는 불안전한 환경 및 신뢰성 문제를 해결하였다.

  • 최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 학교 교육 현장에서는 미래형 교육을 위한 새로운 노력들이 시도되고 있다. u-러닝 (Ubiquitous Learning)으로 일컬어지는 이러한 교육을 이끌어가는 도구로서 UMPC (Ultra Mobile Personal Computer)는 기존 PC로 할 수 있는 모든 것을 가능케 하면서 나아가 휴대성과 이동성의 장점까지 겸비해 최근 급부상하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 동향을 반영하여 평생학습 사회에서 누적된 학습을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있도록 UMPC를 기반으로 한 학습 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 시스템의 장점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기조절학습 이론의 자기조절학습 전략을 적용함으로써 학습자가 능동적이고 자기주도적으로 학습을 점검하고 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 둘째, 복잡하고 불필요한 기능을 배제하고 기존의 학습 자원과 도구를 최대한 활용하여 시스템의 편의성을 높임으로써 바쁜 일상에서도 간단하게 사용할 수 있는 학습 관리 및 생활 관리 도우미의 역할을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 셋째, 자기 학습에 대한 피드백을 지속적으로 할 수 있도록 도와줌으로써 궁극적으로 학업 성취 향상에 기여할 수 있도록 하였다.

The Case Study on Informal Learning in the Workplace for Social Workers -Based on Social Welfare Centers in Jeju- (사회복지사의 일터에서 나타난 무형식학습 사례연구 -제주지역 종합사회복지관을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze informal learning cases including learning work and being skillful of social workers in the workplace. In addition, it is to examine the promotion plan of informal learning to reinforce competences of social workers in the development of human resources and managemental way. This is a qualitative case study that was involved 20 social workers working in social welfare centers in Jeju. Face to face in-depth interviews were used for collected data. Nvivo10, qualitative data analysis program, was used for analyzing data. According to the findings, the most normal informal learning method in their workplace was to get feedback from the boss including adapting the system of a workplace senior, participating in the meetings, reviewing various media and etc. In addition, feedback from the boss and contacting with acquaintances were used the most as the informal learning method in the learning work and being skillful process of social workers and focused on communication with human resources. Therefore, social welfare centers need to create working environments to promote informal activities such as supporting individual learning, informal meetings, mentoring, supervision, interacting with colleagues and etc as well as supporting institutional formal learning including refresher training to reinforce the capabilities for social workers.

Analysis on the Key Factors of Entrepreneurship Education for Public Technology Commercialization : Focusing on the Performance of Korean I-Corps Project (공공기술 사업화를 위한 창업교육의 핵심요인 분석 : 한국형 아이코어 사업성과를 중심으로)

  • As the main purpose of R&D changes from the center of knowledge creation to the center of economic value creation through technology transfer and commercialization, public technologies can also secure economic feasibility as well as make a social contribution. Korea has been focusing on fostering core human resources who can lead the commercialization of basic and original research results by launching the 'Support project for exploring startups linked with public technology-based markets' since 2015 in order to promote public technology startup. This study is based on the results of a survey for the purpose of analyzing the performance of this project. In addition, this study derived four factors related to the I-corps project performance from the results of this survey and verified the relationship between these factors through structural equation model analysis. In summary, it was confirmed that 'Application Level' and 'Business Model,' which are positively affected directly from 'Entrepreneurship Learning,' have positive effects on 'Financial Resources'. Furthermore, the indirect effect of 'Entrepreneurship Learning' on 'Financial Resources' was verified. In particular, the high level of impact of 'Entrepreneurship Learning' on 'Application Level,' and the impact of 'Application Level' on 'Business Model' and 'Financial Resources' were also positive.
