Influence of Time-Management Ability on Face-to-face and Non-face-to-face Learning Flow in Adolescent: Moderating Effect of Parental Learning Involvement (청소년들의 시간관리능력이 대면 및 비대면 학습몰입에 미치는 영향: 부모 학습관여의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effect of parental learning involvement in the effect of adolescents' time management ability on face-to-face and non-face-to-face learning flow. The participants were 363 middle and high school adolescents, and data were collected through an online survey. The main statistical analysis methods were ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The major findings were as follows. First, learning flow was significantly higher in the face-to-face class than in the non-face-to-face class. Second, there was a statistically significant positive correlation among time management ability, parental involvement in learning, and learning flow. Third, in the effect of time management ability on face-to-face learning flow, the moderating effect of parental learning involvement was statistically significant. Fourth, in the effect of time management ability on non-face-to-face learning flow, the moderating effect of parental learning involvement was statistically significant. In other words, the higher the positive parental involvement in learning, the stronger the effect of adolescents' time management ability on learning flow. Finally, the importance of positive parental involvement for the improvement of adolescents' learning flow and methods of enhancing time management ability were discussed.

  • 최근 자신의 건강에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 반면, 현재 대부분 On-line에서 제공되는 진단 서비스 시스템은 질병 명을 이용하여 질병에 대한 처방이나 민간요법 등을 제시하고 있다. 이에 질병에 대해 전문지식이 부족한 일반인들이 이용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 On-line에서 퍼지 ART 알고리즘을 이용하여 사용자가 제시한 증상을 바탕으로 이미 학습되어진 질병의 증상과 비교하여 신경망을 통해 유사도가 높은 상위 3개의 질병을 도출한다. 도출된 질병에 대해 질병의 전체적인 증상과 동의보감에서 제시한 민간요법을 결과로 출력한다. 질병 데이터베이스는 서울대학교에서 교육용으로 출판한 가정의학(家庭醫學)을 기초로 동의보감과 한방의학백과서적을 통해 한의학 전문의의 검증을 거쳐 생성하였다. 그리고 본 시스템은 전문의의 상담시스템을 지원한다. 전문의의 상담시스템을 이용하여 자택 및 직장에서 편리하게 전문의의 진료와 소견을 받을 수 있도록 하였다. 전문의 상담 시스템은 전문의가 서버에 접속한 상태에서 사용자의 진로 신청으로 연결되며, 텍스트 데이터 및 기존의 진료기록이 있다면 이를 기반으로 전문의의 진단을 유도하도록 한다. 제안된 한방 자가 진단 시스템을 한의학 전문의가 분석한 결과 기존의 질병 진단 시스템 보다 일반성이 개선된 것을 확인하였다.

  • Mathematics franchise education companies are developing various online learning systems to provide on-off integrated education to learners. Most online learning systems deliver one-way lecture content to learners and perform quantitative problem-solving learning for learning results. However, each learner has different academic achievement competencies, and it is impossible to determine exactly where the level of understanding fell when solving a math method. and based on this, establish an online learning system to discover the weak points of learners and propose an effective learner management method. Through the developed learning method and system, it is expected to cultivate balanced problem-solving ability for learners and provide differentiated brand image and counseling service to franchise companies.

  • 화행 분석이란 자연어 발화를 통해 나타나는 화자의 의도를 파악하는 것을 말하며, 슬롯 필링이란 자연어 발화에서 도메인에 맞는 정보를 추출하기 위해 미리 정의되어진 슬롯에 대한 값을 찾는 것을 말한다. 최근 화행 분석과 슬롯 필링 연구는 딥 러닝 기반의 공동 학습을 이용하는 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있고 본 논문에서는 한국어 특허상담 도메인 대화 말뭉치를 이용하여 공동 학습 모델을 구축하고 개별적인 모델과 성능을 비교한다. 또한 추가적으로 공동 학습 모델에 주의집중 메커니즘을 적용하여 성능이 향상됨을 보인다. 최종적으로 주의집중 메커니즘 기반의 공동 학습 모델이 기준 모델과 비교하여 화행 분류와 슬롯 필링 성능이 각각 3.35%p, 0.54%p 향상되어 85.41%, 80.94%의 성능을 얻었다.

The Development of an Education System for Preventing Inappropriate Information on the Internet (인터넷상의 유해정보 예방교육 시스템 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an education system to protect elementary school students from inappropriate information and verify the effect of the program. It was deemed necessary that an education system be developed for the cultivation of appropriate information selection and self-censorship of inappropriate Internet information. To this time, however, schools have not placed great importance on this concept because of the lack of the documents and the teaching strategies. Our system gives support on three levels to a learning course according to collected documentation. The learner receives not only feedback activities and results from others and the teacher, but also counsel from the teacher about difficulties. The system implementing this methodology indicated that both the students' recognition of harmful information and their moral values were improved as the result of applying the system in a local elementary school.

  • The purpose of this study was to improve and verify task value and academic self-efficacy of university students with metaverse gamification teaching method combining flipped learning and project-based learning. The subjects in this study were 16 university students majoring in counseling psychology who engaged in K university in cheong-ju. The subjects were assigned to the experimental group or the comparison group. The experimental group received the proposed metaverse gamification teaching method combining flipped learning and project-based learning while comparison group received teacher-centered learning. The dependent variables in this study were task value and academic self-efficacy. Each variable was assessed before class, after the end of the class. At the end of the class, the experimental group engaged statistically significantly higher levels of task value and academic self-efficacy than the comparison group. The findings of this study suggest that this metaverse gamification teaching method combining flipped learning and project-based learning is effective at improving task value and academic self-efficacy.

The Effects of Counseling Strategy in Classroom on the Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving Ability of Rejected Elementary School Children (학급상담 전략이 배척아동의 대인문제 해결력 향상에 미치는 효과)

  • This study aims at examining how it becomes to change the interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability development of elementary rejected children when teacher practices counseling strategy in classroom To do this, 130 fifth-graders of 4 classrooms from H Elementary School in B City went through Ahn Ie-hwan's(2007) social status type system by using the peer nomination, Then, 21 children were labeled as rejected children. Among them, 16 children were divided into experimental group & control group, 8 for the each group. In order to improve the interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability of rejected children with teacher's counseling strategy in classroom used in this study, 5 weeks activity made according to the level of classroom was carried out in four sides, that is, setting of classroom structure-environments, classroom activities, counseling activities, cooperative learning method, referring to Dreikurs'(1971) 'The counseling strategy in classroom' composed of self-discipline, cooperation, mutual respect, shared responsibility, and social equality. This study obtained the following results. First, There was a significant effect in improving the interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability of rejected children. Looking into sub-factors, there was a significant effect in improving consequential thought and method-ends thought except alternative solution thought and causal thought. Second, there was a significant difference in social status & change of 5 types of children in social status in the respective classrooms when those of the experimental group where teacher's counseling strategy in classroom carried out and those of the control group where teacher's counseling strategy in classroom not carried out were compared. To conclude the results mentioned above, We can see the fact that the counseling strategy in classroom positively affected interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability.

Development of AI-based Real Time Agent Advisor System on Call Center - Focused on N Bank Call Center (AI기반 콜센터 실시간 상담 도우미 시스템 개발 - N은행 콜센터 사례를 중심으로)

  • The importance of the call center as a contact point for the enterprise is growing. However, call centers have difficulty with their operating agents due to the agents' lack of knowledge and owing to frequent agent turnover due to downturns in the business, which causes deterioration in the quality of customer service. Therefore, through an N-bank call center case study, we developed a system to reduce the burden of keeping up business knowledge and to improve customer service quality. It is a "real-time agent advisor" system that provides agents with answers to customer questions in real time by combining AI technology for speech recognition, natural language processing, and questions & answers for existing call center information systems, such as a private branch exchange (PBX) and computer telephony integration (CTI). As a result of the case study, we confirmed that the speech recognition system for real-time call analysis and the corpus construction method improves the natural speech processing performance of the query response system. Especially with name entity recognition (NER), the accuracy of the corpus learning improved by 31%. Also, after applying the agent advisor system, the positive feedback rate of agents about the answers from the agent advisor was 93.1%, which proved the system is helpful to the agents.

The Qualitative Study on the Counseling Psychology Major Recognition of University Students (대학생들의 상담심리학 전공 인식에 관한 질적 연구)

  • This study used Glaser's grounded theory method for the recognition of college students' majors in counseling psychology. Among the 3rd and 4th grade students majoring in counseling psychology, 19 students participated in the study, focusing on them for 5 months and collecting data through individual interviews. As a result of analyzing the data, 103 concepts, 26 subcategories, 9 upper categories, and 1 core category were derived. As a result of the study, first, the participants wanted to relieve the burden of people's hearts and had the hope of becoming a healer. Second, among the participants, in terms of their personality and aptitude for their major field, they perceived it as joy and satisfaction, such as 'It fits well with the major,' 'I made a good choice,' and 'It became a turning point in life.' However, they also recognized the incompatibility of the major, such as disharmony of aptitude, burden of the role of counselor, and rejection of major. Third, although participants showed usefulness in their major learning, their perception of the career path in their major was acting as anxiety and conflict, but their concerns and conflicts resulted in financial difficulties, poor job conditions, and emotional exhaustion caused by long-term study. The burden of job, fear of counseling job, limit of undergraduate graduation, uncertainty of career, etc. acted as an obstacle in choosing a major career. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the interview data of the participants, a core category called' understanding and growth and the will of the counselor to realize the dream' was derived. In conclusion, the participant's perception of their major is the change and growth of themselves, the formation of a healthy relationship with others, and satisfaction with the suitability of their major and their aptitudes. It turned out to have a lasting will to do.

A Study on the Educational Training Evaluation Model - Focusing on Call Center (교육훈련 평가모형에 관한 연구 - 콜센터를 중심으로)

  • Call Center requires an ability of agents a lot more than face-to-face contact due to being achieved communication by non face-to face channel for contact with customers. In order to improve the ability of agents, Call Center carries out various educational training according to their work experience and function and with the accomplishment of educational training, Call Center is going to fulfill to develop its quality of counseling and productivity. On the other hand, due to investment of a lot of time and budget to educational training, it is needed to grasp and manage about its effectiveness that how helpful the training is for performance of work-site operations through evaluation of educational training. Having Seen researches about evaluation of educational training until these days, most researches have mainstream to measure satisfaction and a level of learning or degree that how the learning transfers to actions. It is found that a research about an entire evaluation model should be required. This study aims to investigate effectiveness of Call Center educational training from the level of recognition by reflecting Kirkpatrick's the four levels of learning evaluation. By the four levels, reaction, learning, behavior and results, the study found out a connection with standards of evaluation about each levels. In addition, by using structural equation modeling, it was examined goodness of fit about the entire model. Furthermore, by an alternative model, considering a direct relation between a factor of reaction and behavior, it was compared and examined goodness of fit of overall model of the study model and the alternative one.
