A Qualitative Case Study about Social Support and Participation Experience in Senior Counselling Program (라이프케어를 위한 노인심리상담교육 경험의 사회적 지지와 참여에 관한 질적사례연구)

  • This study intended to find out the participants' learning process in senior counselling program for life care and the meanings of senior's social support and participation in society. The study method was conducted with this researcher through a narrative' interview during 15-week learning course of senior counselling program in the life-long learning institute at A university. As the results, it could found that senior trainees were able to enhance their intellectual level through the senior counselling program to enhance their self-esteems and improve their memory through the education. Also, through the license of senior counsellor, they became more sophisticated and developed the abilities of comprehension and empathy about the senior in experiencing the intergenerational interactions in the space of social interactions, and the enjoyment of learning changed the senior's behaviors and increased their life quality. This research identified that a learning process enabled to continue the senior's social support and participation in society and made the senior achieve various interactions and practical learning through the exchange of trainees' various cultures. Based on these results, it is expected that various, systematic educational programs will be able to improve the senior's life care in future.

  • This study investigates the changes in teachers' roles as the impact of AI on school education expands. Traditionally, teachers have been responsible for core aspects of classroom instruction, curriculum development, assessment, and feedback. AI can automate these processes, particularly enhancing efficiency through personalized learning. AI also supports complex classroom management tasks such as student tracking, behavior detection, and group activity analysis using integrated camera and microphone systems. However, AI struggles to automate aspects of counseling and interpersonal communication, which are crucial in student life guidance. While direct conversational replacement by AI is challenging, AI can assist teachers by providing data-driven insights and pre-conversation resources. Key competencies required for teachers in the AI era include expertise in advanced instructional methods, dataset analysis, personalized learning facilitation, student and parent counseling, and AI digital literacy. Teachers should collaborate with AI to emphasize creativity, adjust personalized learning paths based on AI-generated datasets, and focus on areas less amenable to AI automation, such as individualized learning and counseling. Essential skills include AI digital literacy and proficiency in understanding and managing student data.

  • 최근 제품을 주문하거나 상품을 조회하는 등의 간단한 상담을 챗봇을 이용하여 자동화하는 온라인 쇼핑몰들이 늘어나고 있다. 이는 고객을 상담하는 상담원의 업무를 줄여줄 뿐 아니라 고객 상담을 즉각적이고 효율적으로 진행할 수 있다. 또한 사용자의 입장에서 챗봇은 처음 이용하는 사람도 사용하기가 쉽고, 상담원과의 연결까지 기다리지 않고 사용자가 원하는 시간에 커뮤니케이션이 가능하고, 기업 측면에서는 인건비가 감소되고 고객관리가 용이해진다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 챗봇은 주어진 질문에만 대답할 수 있고, 처음 메뉴를 파악하기 힘들다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 카카오톡 오픈빌더를 사용하여 질문의도를 파악하는 intent와 entity를 추출한 뒤 딥러닝을 통해 체계적으로 학습을 진행한다. 이를 통해 주어지지 않은 질문들을 파악한다. 또한, 오픈빌더의 시나리오 선택 기능을 활용하여 초기에 선택할 수 있는 메뉴를 파악하기 쉽도록 구현하였다. 사용자는 본 논문에서 제안하는 챗봇을 통해 사용자는 상담에 필요한 도움을 받을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Qualitative Research on Counseling and Academic Stress of Novice Elderly Female Counselors (중·노년층 여성 초심상담자의 상담과 학업스트레스에 관한 질적연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the Quality of stress experienced in counseling and counseling of elderly female novice counselors and, through this, to provide information and information that can help counselors of elderly to continue their counseling. The study participants interviewed 157 elderly women who were studying at religious institutions, counseling graduate schools, and general graduate schools. in the data collection, each individual participated in a one - to - one interview for 3 months from May to August, 2017. To analyze this material, it was used CQR method, as one of the Qualitative analysis methods. The results were divided into two factors of stress in the academic and counseling domains. in academic stress, academic stress symptoms, content, and weighting factors were separated into three key factors. in counseling stress, four core factors were identified: client, supervision, counselor's ability, and social environmental factors. The significance of this study is that the elderly novice counselors in the elderly have specified the areas of stress experienced by them and provided them with helpful information Then, implications and suggestions were discussed.

재외국민 부적응 학생들을 위한 상담 프로그램이 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로

  • 이 연구는 재외국민 전형을 통해 입학한 학생들의 학교 부적응을 막기 위한 상담 프로그램을 실행하여 학교 적응도를 높이고 스트레스를 줄이는 데 목적으로 한다. 이 연구는 학교 적응의 효과적인 방법을 모색하는 한편 학생 본연의 자아존중감 차이에 따른 결과를 분석하고 친구 관계에 따른 원인도 있을 것이라 전제하였다. 본 연구에서는 상담 프로그램을 통해 학교 적응 능력을 학습효과를 증진하는 것에 목적을 두고 시행하겠다. 상담 프로그램을 진행하는 데 TCK가 원래 지닌 자아존중감의 높낮이가 프로그램의 결과와 학교 적응에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하겠다. 또한 프로그램을 진행하는 기간에 학생들의 스트레스 지수 변화를 통한 학교 적응에 미치는 효과도 연구하고자 한다. 이와 같은 목적을 바탕으로 자아 존중감(Self-esteem)을 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행한다. 본 연구는 위와 같은 학생들이 상담 프로그램을 통해 부적응을 극복하고 효과적으로 적응하는데, 있어 도움을 주는 데 의의가 있다.

  • MRC (Machine reading comprehension) is the AI NLP task that predict the answer for user's query by understanding of the relevant document and which can be used in automated consult services such as chatbots. Recently, the BERT (Pre-training of Deep Bidirectional Transformers for Language Understanding) model, which shows high performance in various fields of natural language processing, have two phases. First phase is Pre-training the big data of each domain. And second phase is fine-tuning the model for solving each NLP tasks as a prediction. In this paper, we have made the Patent MRC dataset and shown that how to build the patent consultation training data for MRC task. And we propose the method to improve the performance of the MRC task using the Pre-trained Patent-BERT model by the patent consultation corpus and the language processing algorithm suitable for the machine learning of the patent counseling data. As a result of experiment, we show that the performance of the method proposed in this paper is improved to answer the patent counseling query.

  • 과제 지향 대화 시스템은 발화 의도 및 요구사항을 파악하여 사용자가 원하는 과제를 달성한다는 점에서 유용하다. 대화 상태 추적은 과제 지향 대화 시스템의 핵심 모듈이며, 최근에는 텍스트뿐만 아니라 시각 정보까지 활용하여 대화 상태를 추적하는 멀티모달 대화 상태 추적 연구가 활발히 진행되는 중이다. 본 논문에서는 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 대화 속 내담자의 상태를 추적하는 과제를 제안하였다. ChatGPT를 통한 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 과제 지향 대화 데이터셋 구축 프레임워크와, 구축한 데이터셋의 품질을 증명하기 위한 분석도 함께 제시하였다. 사전학습 언어 모델인 GPT-2를 벤치마크 데이터셋에 대해 학습한 성능을 측정함으로써 향후 멀티모달 대화 추적 성능이 능가해야 할 베이스라인 성능을 제시하였다.

The effect of reading strategies developing through reciprocal teaching on reading comprehension, metacognition, self efficacy (상보적 수업을 활용한 읽기전략 훈련이 독해력, 초인지, 자기효능감에 미치는 효과)

  • We have information through a variety of media such as language, pictures and internet. Since we get information through texts mostly, we can say that reading ability which enables a person to read a text and understand its meaning basically is the most essential for people to possess. Taking the advantage of the fact that a school is a place where learning and daily-life guidance can be made at the same time, we need to try encouraging students to involve in learning process and feel a sense of accomplishment by adding consultation between a teacher and a student or between a student and a student in Korean subject. This study selected two fifth grade classes of an elementary school of small and medium-sized city as an experimental group and a control group respectively and applied reading strategy program by using interaction of complementary lesson as the number of ten times during five weeks. It focused on making students interested in complementary class and encouraging them to become active participants. This study's goal is to see if the reading strategy program affects students' reading comprehension, metacognition and a sense of self-efficacy The results of the study are as in the following: first, the reading strategy program of complementary lesson is effective in students' reading comprehension and a range of factual understanding and sentimental understanding. Second, the reading strategy program of complementary lesson is effective in adjustment area as a subordinate factor of metacognition. Third, the reading strategy program of complementary lessonis effective in students' sense of self-efficacy. It is shown that experience of using new reading strategy and successful experience and help in peer-group members have a positive effects on a student's sense of self-efficacy. Forth, as the result of satisfaction evaluation over the program with the students' activity report and researchers' observation results, the study shows that the organization and operation of the program influences on students' effort and participation to reach the goal together positively. Through the results as above, we can say that the reading strategy program of complementary lesson have a positive effect on a student's reading comprehension, metacognition and a sense of self-efficacy.

  • 최근 사이버교육의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라서 초 중등에서는 사이버가정학습체제를 도입하게 되었다. 하지만 사이버가정학습은 학생의 자발성에 기초하여 학습이 이루어지기 때문에 성공적인 운영을 위해서는 학습자의 참여도를 높이는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습자의 참여도와 관련된 변인이 무엇인지를 밝혀보고, 이를 통해 학습자의 참여도를 높이기 위한 방안을 제안해 보았다. 학습자의 참여도와 관련있는 변인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자 내적변인 중 인지적 성향, 정좌소양수준, 자기주도적학습력, 참여목적, 사이버가정학습에 대한 인식이었다. 둘께, 학습자 외적변인 중 사이버가정학습장, 사교육투자시간, 학급담임의 내용확인도, 이용의 편의성이었다 셋째, 사이버교수활동 중 상호작용성, 과제제시빈도, 학습상담유형, 보상이었다. 넷째, 학부모변인 중 참여인지, 도움도, 내용확인 정도가 참여도에 유의한 영향을 준다고 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과에 비추어 다음과 같은 방안을 제안해 보았다. 콘텐츠 측면에서 살펴보면, 다양한 양질의 콘텐츠가 제공되어야 한다. 콘텐츠 내에서 학생간이 교류가 이루어질 수 있어야하며, 정보탐색이나 정보교류를 이용한 학습문제나 과제가 제시되어야 한다. 운영상의 측면에서 살펴보면, 온라인과 오프라인의 교류와 협력을 위한 장이 마련되어야 하며, 시스템 환경을 최적화해야한다. 과제물도 일괄 처리할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되며, 가정과 사이버가정학습의 연결을 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 장애처리전담반의 운영도 요구된다. 필요한 기능을 중심으로 한 가벼운 시스템으로 구축해야 하며, 상담시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 법적 제도적 측면에서 살펴보면, 가정, 학교, 지역도서관 등에 사이버가정학습을 할 수 있는 장소가 마련되어야 한다. 학습자의 참여도에 대한 적절한 보상이 필요하다. 사이버가정학습을 학교수업의 일부분으로 인식할 수 있도록 제도적 뒷받침이 요구되며, 학부모 튜터제 도입도 요구된다. 이상과 같은 대안들을 신중히 고려하여 차근차근 준비해 간다면 앞으로의 사이버가정학습은 무한한 발전을 계속해 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

Development of Nutritional Counseling Internet Program for Weight Reduction Using Expert System (전문가 시스템을 이용한 인터넷 체중 감량 상담 프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop a nutritional counseling program using expert system to assist obese people to lose weight through behavior modification in the internet. The counseling internet program for weight loss was developed by the accumulation of knowledge for dealing with eating habits and exercising behaviors into expert system tool, Knowledge Engineering Agent (KEA) by a dietitian without any help of computer expert. KEA was built based on the theory of Multiple Classification Ripple Down Rules. To accumulate knowledge into KEA, survey was performed in 150 obese people, the dietitian reviewed and consulted each survey case, and the consulted contents were learned and accumulated into KEA. Survey questionnaires were the same as those of the internet consulting program, and they included general characteristics, dietary habits, lifestyle, and exercise patterns related to obesity. KEA was used for nutritional counseling of obese people after KEA had enough knowledge for weight loss based on behavior modification by the dietitian. To accumulate knowledge to KEA, the dietitian selected proper factors inferred from the survey questionnaire of each case, and added the conclusions for them. Conclusions were made for helping clients to correct bad eating behaviors and accumulate good behaviors for losing weight. When clients answered survey questionnaires in a counseling internet program, KEA gave the recommendation how to eat, to exercise and the deal with stress in a real time for each case. If KEA did not have enough knowledge for a specific case, the conclusion window wrote no conclusion and the dietitian needed to add conclusions for the case. The conclusions for the new case added to the KEA knowledge base. In conclusions, a counseling internet program for weight reduction can be used for give advices how to deal with obesity in a man-to-man way in a real time using KEA where nutritional knowledge based on behavior modification for weight loss was accumulated.
