세계적으로 전기수요와 전기풀질의 중요성의 증대로 진력설비의 감시 및 보호를 위한 센싱기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 전압 및 전류측정 장치인 철심형 변성기는 측정전압이나 전류가 증가될수록 전기적 절연설계가 어렵고 외형 부피가 커질 뿐만 아니라, 측정의 정확도, CT 철심의 자속포화로 인한 사고전류측정의 어려움 등의 문제점이나 단점을 가지고 있어서, 이를 해결하기 위해 센서기술의 개발이 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전력설비분야에서의 새로운 센싱기술에 대한 연구개발 동향 및 상용화동향을 분석하고, 이를 통해 국가 과학기술정보의 확산 및 국가 경쟁력 증대에 작으나마 도움이 되고자 한다.

기존의 유선 기반의 네트워크에서 무선 기반의 네트워크로 진화하는 현재의 흐름 속에서 서비스 및 망 자원의 유료화를 위해 무선 네트워크 기반 IP Accounting System에 대한 연구는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 향후 무선망에서 중요한 위치를 차지하게 될 Mobile IP 기반 네트워크에서 망 자원 및 컨텐츠의 유료화를 실현시키기 위하여 IETF의 Mobile IP 표준화 동향 및 관련 표준 문서와 유선 네트워크 기반의 IP Accounting 시스템 구축 동향 및 핵심 기술, IP Accounting관련 표준화 기술 문서와 기술 동향 등을 연구 분석하였고, 그 내용을 토대로 IP Accounting 산정을 위한 시스템과 산정 절차를 감안한 Mobile IP Accounting 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

In high speed railway system, LTE(Long Term Evolution) based LTE-R(LTE-Railray) mobile technology is used to supply various control signal required for safty operation of train. In this paper, railway communication technology be used in railway communication system based on LTE-R is investigated in focused on application services. Standardization trends for LTE-R technology are also considered. Results of this study can be used as basic data for research and development of LTE-R and railway mobile communication.

본 연구는 최근 Horizon report 2020에서 소개하는 고등교육 분야에 영향을 줄 트렌드와 기술 사례들을 수집하여 고등교육의 미래 동향과 학습 분석적 측면에서 분석하였다. 고등 교육이 교수·학습을 중심으로 영향을 줄 트렌드로는 기술적 트렌드, 고등교육 트렌드, 경제적 트렌드 등이 있으며 기술 사례로는 적응형 학습, 인공지능/머신기능 기술의 교육적 활용, 학업 성취도 분석을 위한 학습 분석, 확장 현실 기술 등이 있다. 이 중 학습 분석 기술은 학습자의 학업 성취도를 높이기 위한 방법으로 사용되는 유용한 기술이기도 하며 고등교육에 영향을 줄 가장 핵심 트렌드이기도 하다. 그러나 현실 학습에 적용하는데는 데이터 격차, 품질 문제, 개인 정보보호에 대한 문제 등 윤리적 문제를 함께 고려해야한다. 본 연구를 기반으로 한 향후 학습 분석 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

In this paper, the research trends of port hinterland from 1990 to 2018 were analyzed periodically using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method. The data were collected from major academic journals and totally 116 papers were identified for analysis. The results of the analysis showed that in the first period (1990-1999), keywords can be listed as "containerization", "transport infrastructure" and developed countries related keywords like "Italy", "Canada" and "Germany". The results of the second period (2000-2009) were originated from keywords such as "regionalization", "competitiveness", "Asian consolidation" and "technology". In the third period (2010-2018), the results were derived from keywords such as "intermodal transport", "dry port", "container" and container related keywords and "shipping" and shipping related keywords. We could see the studies of port hinterland are becoming more systematic and integrated. This study provides some important implications for both academic, and industrial viewpoints, and it is helpful to understand the research concentration.

The advancement of multicultural society and democracy in modern society demands radical and immense changes in artificial creatures. These changes have presented a universal paradigm that respects the human dignity and diversity. Currently studies on UD in differently regions & countries have emerged. Recently, the research has been doing a trend of development in the world. The purpose of this study is to identify the trend of universal designs researched in Korea. As a study method, contents analysis has been utilized using academic published journal article that were from 1997 until 2013. Sixty five academic journals were analyzed according to by type of literature, year, author's major area, research target & content. It was introduced in interior design filed and it was mostly introduced in the spatial fields of interior designs and architectures. It has been gradually expanded to design circles and further to non-design circles. It expected that this diffusion will be continued because multicultural and democratic society will become more mature in future.

Different from the existing tendency to mainly concentrate on the study of research activities of the library and information science, this paper places the focus on grasping research patterns presented in the journal papers which reflect library Practices. Actually, this paper analyzes research areas, the degree of relative dependence by subjects, and leading journals found in the papers which have been reported in the three main library journals such as "Tosogwan", "National Assembly Library Review", and "KLA Bulletin : Tosogwanmunwha" from 1996 to 2000. As a result, the study says that major research areas in library practices show the high degree of dependence on the library and information science, while the degree of dependence on the information science is low.he information science is low.

This study aims to analyze electronic records research domains and trends and to suggest future direction of electronic records research in Korea. One hundred and sixty one articles published in seven domestic journals from 1999 to 2011 were statistically analysed to find out the productivity of electronic records research. Analysis of intellectual structure using descriptor profiling and author profiling as a technique of text mining were performed with those same papers. Some proposals on the future research direction in this field were made.

최근 우리나라는 정보통신산업의 발전으로 인해 수출이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 하지만 특허권을 사용할 때 발생하는 지식재산권 사용료 수지는 단 한 번도 흑자를 낸 적이 없을 정도로 만성적인 적자가 계속되고 있는데, 이는 국내에서 보유하고 있는 원천특허 혹은 표준기술특허가 부족하기 때문이라고 여겨진다. 이에 표준특허에 대한 관심과 그에 관한 중요성이 부각되면서 관련 연구 또한 활발히 수행되고 있다. 하지만 표준특허를 선별하거나 탐색하는 방법에 관한 연구는 찾아보기 힘든 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 표준특허의 확보를 위한 정성적인 방법, 정량적인 방법과 두 가지 방법을 혼합하여 표준특허를 선별, 탐색하는 연구 동향에 관하여 정리하였다. 표준특허의 연구 동향을 파악하고 분석함으로써 향후 표준화의 가능성이 있는 특허를 도출하고 선별하는 연구를 수행하는데 많은 도움이 될 수 있다고 기대한다.

This study was conducted to analyze the research trends of 87 published studies in domestic journals on resilience of nursing students and propose some directions for future research. The main findings are as follows; First, the concepts of resilience were used in 6 different ways. Second, the number of quantitative research was overwhelmingly bigger(99%) than the ones of the qualitative and mixed research. Third, the protective, risk and changing factors were found in most studies around individual and university level. Throughout this study, it is confirmed that resilience is a very important factor that play a significant role in nursing students' adaptation. But it is required to clarify the concept of resilience and choose appropriate measurement scale. Also it is needed to conduct research with various designs in the future.
