자동차에서 실내음질은 구매결정 요소들 중의 하나로 그 중요성이 점차 증가하고 있다. 따라서 다양한 운전조건에서 운전자가 기대하는 실내음질의 기대 수준을 충족시켜야 한다. 소비자는 운전경험과 습관에 따라 기대하는 음질에 차이가 있고 소리에 대한 표현방식도 모호하기 때문에 이러한 주관적 특성을 하나의 통일된 표현으로 정의 하기가 어렵다. 그러나 지난 이십여 년 동안의 음질개발과 차량 실내소음 주관평가의 통계처리로 통일된 표현을 할 수 있었다. 나아가 심리음향학 및 신호처리기술의 발달과 꾸준한 음질연구결과로 소리특성을 객관적으로 나타내는 소리의 시각화가 가능하였으며, 운전자가 인식하는 주관평가와의 상관관계를 높여 차량의 대표적인 음질인자로 정량화하여 음질목표를 설정할 수 있었다. 실내소음의 구성은 엔진 투과음, 흡배기 소음, 바람 소음, 도로 기인 소음 등으로 다양하므로 소음원에 따라 음의 균형을 맞추어 조화로운 음질개발을 하는 것이 중요했다. 또한 차량 판매되는 지역에 따라 선호음이 상이하여 지역별 실내음질의 차별화가 필요했다. 궁극적으로는 운전자의 감성품질을 만족할 수 있도록 음을 제어하여 브랜드 사운드를 개발하고 있다. 이러한 실내음질을 달성하기 위한 방법으로 소음원과 전달경로에 대해 기여도를 분석하고, 경로를 구성하는 시스템 별로 세분화하여 시스템 목표를 설정하였다. 시스템 개발에 중요한 인자로 차량의 동강성 및 흡차음 성능을 들 수 있다. 특히 디젤차량의 비중이 큰 유럽업체의 차량의 동강성 및 흡차음 개발 능력은 높게 평가되고 있다. 이에 유럽의 부품전문회사가 가지고 있는 해석과 시험적인 개발 방법을 통하여 전달계 특성을 만족하기 위한 시스템의 동강성 및 흡차음 특성을 개발하고 있다. 차량음질 튜닝의 중요한 기법 중 하나로 흡배기 개발을 추진하고 있다. 친환경자동차인 하이브리드차량, 전기차량 및 연료전지차량의 경우 전기구동부품에서 발생하는 각종 이음 발생을 최소화 했다. 보행자를 보호하고 운전의 즐거움을 향상하기 위한 가상사운드 개발을 진행하고 있다. 회사 수익성 향상을 위한 원가절감 및 구조 경량화에 따른 음질악화와 연비 향상 및 배기가스 규제 강화로 고성능 고출력 엔진탑재에 따른 음질악화 요인을 극복해야 했다. 운전자의 청감은 차량의 운전성에 따라서도 크게 영향을 받게 되므로 엔진제어와 변속기제어를 통해 음질과 운전성이 조화를 이룰 수 있도록 개발하고 있다. 향후, 소음원에 따른 시스템 최적화 개발, 운전성과 음질 연계 개발과 친환경차량의 가상사운드 개발 등이 자동차 음질 개발의 중요한 이슈로 생각한다.

번호이동성을 통하여 고객들은 서비스 품질과 요금체제에 파라 다양한 사업자 선택권이 부여 되며, 이동전화사업자들은 현 가입자 유치 및 품질경쟁에서 실질적인 경쟁개념인 요금경쟁으로 전환이 가능해지므로 국내에서도 번호이동성, 와이브로 사업자 선정 등의 중요한 정책적 이슈들이 마무리 되어가는 시점에서 3G서비스의 활성화를 위한 $2G{\rightarrow}3G$ 간의 번호이동성이 필요한 시점에 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 새롭게 등장하고 있는 3G 이동통신 서비스의 개요와 3G 서비스 활성화를 위한 $2G{\rightarrow}3G$ 간의 번호이동성 도입에 대한 국내외 사례 및 동향 분석, 그리고 국내 시장 상황에 적합한 $2G{\rightarrow}3G$간 번호이동성의 필요성과 도입 방안을 제시하고자 함.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify trends of nursing concept development in Korean journal papers to improve accurate understanding of nursing concepts. Methods: A systematic review of 216 concept development articles published from 1970 to 2018 that met the inclusion criteria was conducted using Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) databases. Results: The most common method of concept development was Walker and Avant's concept analysis method, identified in 139 (64.3%) of the 216 studies, followed by 48 examples of hybrid models (22.2%) and 15 examples of evolutionary methods (6.9%). Chinn and Kramer's method, Norris's clarification, Wilson's method, and others were also used. The concepts of "spirituality" and "fatigue" were most frequently analyzed. Among the 139 studies that used Walker and Avant's concept analysis method, 127 studies (91.4%) applied all the recommended steps; the others applied the recommended steps partially, omitting description of model cases/additional cases, antecedents/consequences, and empirical indicators. Among the studies using the hybrid model, among two (5.7%) did not describe attributes, three (8.5%) did not provide definitions, and 16 (45.7%) did not present empirical indicators in the final stage. Conclusion: Among concept development studies published in Korean journals, Walker and Avant's concept analysis method is most commonly used. In case of most studies using Walker and Avant's method a suitable concept analysis process is applied, but in case of other studies using the other concept development method, a suitable concept analysis process is not applied. Therefore, a suitable concept analysis process must be applied for concept development in nursing research.

최근 국내업체의 해외진출 동향은 지나치게 플랜트에 편중된 형태를 띠고 있다. 이는 수주품목의 다양성에 대한 문제를 야기함과 동시에 해외건설시장의 일부분에 국한된 분야에 너무 많은 비중을 두고 있다는 문제점을 지닌다. 이에 지난 1990년대 후반에 있었던 외환위기를 기준으로 외환위기 이전기(1990년$^{\sim}$1996년), 외환위기 침체기(1997년$^{\sim}$2000년), 외환위기 이후기(2001년$^{\sim}$2006년 7월)로 나누어 토목 ${\cdot}$ 건축분야의 해외건설 및 용역 수주현황을 살펴보고 세계 각 지역별로 주요 국가들을 선정, 토목 ${\cdot}$ 건축분야별로 대표적인 세부공종을 선택하여 그 변화추이를 분석하였다. 이을 통해 국내 해외건설사업 경쟁력 요소를 살펴보고 토목 ${\cdot}$ 건축분야의 시장확대 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

플랜트 산업은 기자재, 노동력, 기술이 함께 투입되는 종합산업으로 부가가치가 매우 높고, 선진국들의 수출전략산업으로 해외시장에서 치열한 수주경쟁이 벌어지고 있다. 우리나라도 플랜트 시장의 수출 증대는 매우 중요한 과제로 여겨지고 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 추세로 보아 우리나라의 플랜트 산업은 석유가스와 석유화학부문에 너무 치우쳐 있고 업체들간의 수주 불균형으로 인한 인력부족, 그리고 여러 기술적${\cdot}$비용적인 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 정확한 시장환경 분석을 통한 경영전략의 수립이 요구된다. 국내 건설업체들이 향후 지속적인 수익을 확보하기 위해서는 최근의 시장동향을 고려할 때 시장발전이 제한적인 국내시장 대신 해외시장에 진출하기 위한 전략의 확보가 요구된다. 조사 결과 해외 플랜트 시장의 발전 가능성에 비해 국내 업체들이 플랜트 시장에 진출하기에 시공분야에서는 오랜 경험을 바탕으로 충분한 경험을 갖고 있으나 고부가가치 분야인 엔지니어링, 사업관리 분야 등에 대해서는 매우 취약한 것으로 조사되었으며, 이로 인해 해외 업체들과의 수주 경쟁에서 뒤처지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 건설업체들이 플랜트 건설 분야에 경쟁력 강화를 위한 현 문제점을 지적하고 그에 대한 개선점을 제안하였다.

Objectives : This study was performed to research trends in Korean medicine treatment of diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods : We reviewed 73 studies about diabetes mellitus, which had been published from 2008 to 2013. The article search was performed on the Korean institute of oriental medicine (KIOM) database. Results : 1. Patterns of study design were as follows : 14 review studies, 44 experimental studies, 7 clinical studies, 8 case reports. 2. From the 14 review studies, we noted that literature studies about definition, pathologic mechanism, treatment, pathologic pattern identification of DM and previous study analyses were done. 3. From the 44 experimental studies that are the most common type of DM studies, various Korean medicine treatments such as single medicinal herbs, herbal complexes, diets and pharmacopuncture were used. Anti-diabetic effects were demonstrated in most of the studies. 4. 7 clinical studies about acupuncture, electroacupuncture, herbal medicine, etc. were reported. 5. 8 cases about DM complications and comorbidities were reported. Clinical symptoms improved in all of studies, blood sugar level decreased in four studies. Conclusions : Further clinical and case study based on experimental researches should be performed.

항공기용 엔진은 설계 개발 단계에서 성능, 신뢰성, 안정성, 수명을 판단하는 시험에 엄청난 시간과 비용이 든다. 가상 엔진의 "Numerical Test Cell" 시험은 다분야 연계 해석을 통하여 하드웨어의 개발에 필요한 시간과 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국과 유럽에서의 전체 엔진 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 개발 활동을 소개한다. 미국의 NASA Glenn 연구소는 기존의 코드들을 결합하고 기능을 개선하여 NPSS를 개발하는 연구를 이끌고 있으며, 유럽에서는 대학, 연구소, 기업체로 구성된 VIVACE 컨소시움이 각 기관의 프로그램을 통합하여 PROOSIS를 개발하고 있다. 아울러 현재의 상황에 대한 고찰을 통하여 국내 개발의 가능성을 살펴보았다.

본 연구는 세계적으로 SW교육에 대한 관심이 늘어감에 따라서 국내 중 고등학교에서도 2018학년도부터 중학교부터 SW교육을 필수과목으로 실시하게 되었다. 이에 따라 교육현장에서도 학생들의 SW교육을 위하여 여러 가지 교수학습 방안이 제시 되고 있는데 그중 교육용 프로그래밍 언어를 활용한 교수-학습방안이 있다. 교육용 프로그래밍 언어는 대상과 수준에 따라 현재에 40여종의 교육용 프로그래밍 언어가 사용되고 있는데 본 논문에서는 현재 국내 교육현장에서 사용되고 있는 교육용 프로그래밍 언어를 비교 분석하고 중 고등학교에서 어떤 교육용 프로그래밍 언어를 사용하고 어떻게 사용할 수 있는지에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the osteoarthritis-related effect of each constituent herb of ChondroT, the herbal medicine that used for osteoarthritis. Methods We searched osteoarthritis-related studies on each constituent herb of ChondroT via five Korean Medicine web databases. We classified these studies by each constituent herb (Ostericii Radix, Angelica Gigas Nakai, Clematidis Radix, Lonicerae Flos, Phellodendri Cortex) and researched the osteoarthritis-related effect. Results We collected 18 studies (two studies of Ostericii Radix, five studies of Angelica Gigas Nakai, three studies of Clematidis Radix, six studies of Lonicerae Flos, and two studies of Phellodendri Cortex). All of these studies were composed of in vivo and in vitro, and there were six pharmacopuncture experimental study. All experiments showed the significant effects on specific inflammatory mediators. Conclusions These results suggest that ChondroT will be able to apply to the treatment of osteoarthritis through continuous research and development.

Objectives This study aimed to analyze the trends of Korean traditional medicine treatment for idiopathic scoliosis. Methods We searched clinical studies used Korean traditional medicine for idiopathic scoliosis in 4 Korean online databases 'Koreanstudies Information Service System', 'Earticle', 'Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System', 'Research Information Sharing Service'. We selected 18 studies and analyzed their characteristics according to author, publication year, number/sex/age of patient, treatment period, intervention, outcome measure and result. Results Eighteen case report studies were selected by criteria and randomized controlled trials were not found. The most frequently used therapy was Chuna therapy. Cobb's angle was most commonly used outcome measure. Conclusions In this study, we reviewed studies used Korean traditional medicine treatments for idiopathic scoliosis. However, evidence is limited because all selected studies were case reports. This study suggests that further clinical studies are needed to provide higher evidence about Korean traditional medicine treatment for idiopathic scoliosis.
