기업 내의 정보 시스템은 기업 내 모든 정보를 저장하여 관리하여 의사 결정 지원 및 고객 맞춤 서비스를 제공하는 등 기업의 이익은 물론 기업의 이미지, 신뢰도 등에 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 대학의 정보 시스템은 대학 행정, 학사 업무, 연구 지원 등을 한다. 특히 학사 정보 시스템의 경우 대학의 개교 이래 학생들의 모든 수강 기록, 성적 등의 기록이 저장되고 관리되어지는 매우 중요한 시스템이다. 그러나 열악한 대학 재정의 한계로 학사 정보 시스템의 중요성에 비해 백업 시스템을 전혀 운용하지 않고 있거나, DAT 복사 등의 매우 초보적인 수준으로 백업 시스템을 구성 및 운용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 내 학사 정보 시스템의 안정적인 운용을 위하여 2년여 동안의 시스템을 분석한 후, 대학의 열악한 재정 상황을 고려하여 E-IDE 디스크 기반의 스토리지를 이용한 네트워크 기반의 백업 시스템을 설계, 구현한다. 또한 설계, 구현한 백업 시스템을 사용하는 경우 일, 주, 월 등으로 학사 정보 시스템의 정보를 안정적으로 백업하고 운영할 수 있다. 특히 천재지변, 화재 등 예상치 못한 장애에 대하여서도 효과적인 대처가 가능하다.

90년대 중반 이후부터 인터넷의 사용이 급증하고 있으며, 이로 인하여 컴퓨터의 기술에 큰 변화를 주고 있다. 이러한 인터넷의 보편화로 인하여 언제 어디서나 필요한 정보를 적시에 제공 받을 수 있는 정보시스템이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 대학의 학사일정 및 수업시간표, 교육과정, 수강신청 등 학사정보에 대한 멀티미디어 데이터베이스를 구축하였고, 인터넷에 의한 원격 검색 시스템을 개발하였다. 이데 따라 학내의 학사정보의 접근이 용이해 졌으며, 대학의 홍보나 구성원의 마인드 확산을 기대할 수 있다.

The academic information system of a university is the core system of the university, and since it has to manage all the various activities in the university, such as student academic records, it becomes complicated every year and the data increases indiscriminately. As a result, the reliability of the data of the academic information system is lowered, which causes communication problems with users and may cause a major failure in the system. Therefore, in this paper, column attribute analysis, allowable value list analysis, string pattern analysis, date type analysis, and unique value analysis methods were designed for the academic information system using the data profiling technique of data quality management. In the implementation stage, the script was implemented using the above five analysis methods, and by executing the script, errors by type of the academic information system were found, the cause of the error was found and corrected inside the system, and the probability of internal system failure was lowered.

최근 대학들은 학부제 시행에 따른 학생들의 교과목선택권이 확대됨으로써 수강신청시 학사진도를 강화해야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 학생들은 자신의 진로에 맞는 좀 더 바람직한 교과목을 선택하고 이수하는데 체계적인 도움을 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학생들이 자신의 목표\ulcorner진로에 맞는 교과과정을 원활히 이수할 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 교과목선정에 대한 상담을 지원하는 지식기반 학사지원시스템을 개발하여 보고자 한다. 개발될 학사지원시스템은 지도교수의 시간부담을 줄이고, 학생들에게는 언제든지 상담을 받을 수 있도록 함으로서 수강신청시 교과목 선정을 보다 효과적으로 지원할 수 있을 것이다.

Most organizations are more depending on information system in advanced information society. According to this current, unrapid reaction to system failure can cause a fatal effect to a credibility of the organization. An excessively high level of dependence on information system at work makes itself as a primary target of cyber terror. The stability of university's information system is especially weaker than the enterprise's but policy support for securing availability is inadequate. In this paper, we consider the recovery system toward to disorder of university's school affairs information system theoretically and suggest high availability PC based academic administration system.

본 논문은 전국전문대학과 4년제 대학간의 학사관리시스템 개발 및 운영에 있어서의 차이에 대하여 실증적으로 조사하고, 비교분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 효과적으로 달성하기위하여 첫째로 학사관리시스템의 이론적 배경에 대하여 간략하게 언급하였다. 둘째, 연구방법으로 (1) 조사대상, (2) 자료의 수집방법 그리고(3) 자료의 분석방법에 대하여 논하였다. 셋째, 연구가설로서 (1) 연구가설의 설정, (2) 변수의조작적 정의 및 측정에 대하여 구체적으로 언급하였다. 넷째, 전문대학과 4년제 대학간에 있어서 학사관리시스템 추진부서의 현황, (3) 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 보유 및 확보현황, 그리고 94) 학사관리시스템 개발의 성과로 세분하여 통계적으로 분석하고 가설들을 검정하였다. 끝으로, 본 연구를 요약하고, 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향에 대하여 언급하였다.

최근 금융권에서 전산망에 있는 자료가 대규모로 손상되어 수일에 걸쳐 전체 또는 일부 서비스 이용이 마비된 금융 대란 사건이 발생했다. 대학의 학사행정 정보시스템은 금융권의 전산망 보다 안정성이 더욱 취약한 것이 사실이다. 본 논문은 재난 복구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 재난 복구의 유형화의 주요 내용을 살펴보고 대학의 학사행정 정보시스템이 장애가 발생했을 때 MS 윈도우 기반 PC에서 업무가 수행될 수 있도록 가용성을 확보할 수 있는 백업시스템을 설계하였다.

현재 대학업무는 크게 학사와 행정 업무로 분류할 수 있다. 모든 대학에서는 이 업무들을 신속하고 정확하게 처리하기 위해 학사 업무를 클라이언트 서버 환경에서 전산화하여 사용하고 있다. 최근 컴퓨터 네트워크의 발전과 WWW의 확산으로 클라이언트 서버환경의 시스템에 대한 여러 문제점과 시대적으로 사용자에게 보다 친숙하고 편리한 서비스 강화 측면을 고려하여 학사, 행정 업무 처리는 학교 내에 국한되지 않고 시간과 공간을 초월하여 정보제공이 가능한 환경에서 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문은 대학의 모든 학사, 행정 업무를 웹 환경에서 구현한 개발모델 사례를 소개함으로써 현재 추진중이거나 계획하고 있는 시스템의 현안과 문제점에 대한 시행착오를 줄이고 개발 시스템의 사례정보를 공유하고자 하는데 연구의 의의를 두고자 한다.

협업 필터링은 사용자들간의 집단 지성에 기반한 추천 알고리즘이다. 다양한 시스템에 쓰이고 있는 협업 필터링과 그 장단점에 대해서 알아본다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 기존의 학사 관리 시스템에 협업 필터링을 적용한 새로운 학사관리 시스템을 제안한다.

Recently, cloud computing has been affecting academic information system buildup. When university academic affairs information system is designed with cloud computing, it is very important to estimate the adequate processing capacity for the cloud computer taking into account a waste of resources and the quality of service. Cloud computer's processing capacity to meet the quality of service expected by users should be predicted based on users' transaction patterns and resource requirements characteristics. In this paper, we analyze actual traffic patterns occurring in university academic affairs business and propose a method to calculate the optimal processing capacity for cloud computer to satisfy the given average response time. To justify our research, we apply the research results to a real university academic affairs business case and obtain the optimal processing capacity for the integrated academic affairs business.
