  • 2020년 1,300만대까지 그린카 시장의 확대가 예상되는 가운데 친환경 그린카 기술은 향후 자동차 기술경쟁의 주축이 될 것으로 보인다. 그린카 중 먼저 양산 체계로 진입한 하이브리드자동차는 2010년 전세계 87만대의 판매를 보이며 본격적인 시장 경쟁의 시대로 진입하였다. 우리나라도 자동차 산업의 기술경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 지속적이고, 장기적인 전략수립과 정부의 강력한 지원하에 기술개발이 추진되어야 한다.

Studies on the Synthesis and Characteristic of Silica-PMMA Nano Hybrid Material (실리카-PMMA 나노 하이브리드 코팅액 제조 및 특성에 관한 연구)

  • In order to improve the surface hardness of transparent plastic films, an organic-inorganic hybrid coating solution was sunthesized by the sol-gel method. Coating solutions that were prepared colloidal silica (CS), poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA), vinyltrimethoxysilane (VTMS), and [3-(methacryloyloxy)]propyltrimethoxy silane (MAPTMS) was varied with synthesizing parameters such as kinds of organic silane and weight ratio of CS to PMMA. Such coating solution was bar coated on the PET film, cured, and investigated on the chemical and physical properties of coating film. The organic-inorganic hybrid coating solutions have better properties at the pencil hardness and adhesion of coating film than those of an organic material such as PMMA.

Investigation of Mechanical and Electrical Properties of Hybrid Composites Reinforced with Carbon Nanotubes and Micrometer-Sized Silica Particles (탄소나노튜브 및 실리카 입자로 강화된 하이브리드 복합재료의 기계적, 전기적 물성에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, to enhance the electrical insulation of composite specimens in addition to the improved mechanical properties, the epoxy composite were reinforced with carbon nanotubes and silica particles. Tensile strength, Young's modulus, dynamic mechanical behavior, and electrical resistivity of the specimens were measured with varied contents of the two fillers. The mechanical and electrical properties were discussed, and the experimental results related to the mechanical properties of the specimens were compared with those from several micromechanics models. The hybrid composites specimens with 0.6 wt% of carbon nanotubes and 50 wt% of silica particles showed improved mechanical properties, with increase in tensile strength and Young's modulus up to 11% and 35%, respectively, with respect to those of the baseline specimen. The electrical conductivity of the composite specimens with carbon nanotubes filler also improved. Further, the electrical insulation of the hybrid composites specimens with the two fillers improved in addition to the improvement in mechanical properties.

  • Polyurethane modified acrylate $(PUA)/SiO_2$ hybrid films were prepared by ultraviolet curing and their surface properties were investigated by hardness and adhesion test. The films were examined by the manipulation of mole-ratio of organic to inorganic components. Under the silica content controlled, highly desirable films were achieved and scratch resistance and hardness property of film were also enhanced, which indicates that the crosslinked silica particles are homogeneously dispersed within PUA film.

  • 자동차 산업의 공통된 최대 이슈는 환경, 안전, 에너지, 편의이다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 따라 자동차 메이커들은 대응 방안 마련은 물론 시장 주도를 위한 기술개발 등 다양한 노력을 하고 있으며, 전장부품과 센서 등 최첨단 하이테크 기술과 플라스틱 , 나노, 하이브리드 소재 등이 적용된 다양한 부품들을 자동차에 적용시키고 있다. 또한수소연료전지, 바이오디젤, 태양광, 전기 등 석유 대체 에너지를 적용한 차세대 연료 자동차들이 전세계 모터쇼 등 전시회에 출품되어 세계의 이 목을 집중시키고 있으며 , 이미 일본과 미국시장을 중심으로 하이브리드 전기 자동차(HEV) 및 수소연료전지 자동차 (FCEV) 시장이 확대대고 있는 실증이다 따라서 국내에서도 그런카에 대한 관심도가 증가하고 있고 일부에서는 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 이에 그린카에 대한 간단한 구조와 최근 연구동향에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

  • In this paper, Hybrid Electric Vehicle is directly designed and manufactured for base study of HEV's system and Green Car. Foundation design consists of power train design and the frame design. The power train concept includes motor, engine, generator and battery. And the concept of the frame is the single-seat of this self-made HEV. A frame installed in hybrid system contains suspension, steering wheel, seat, accelerating pedal, brake pedal, clutch handle and various chassis parts with bearings. Electromagnetic clutch is equipped to transmit engine power to drive axle. The control algorism make using LabVIEW to control of an engine and a motor depending on drive condition. A parallel type hybrid system is manufactured to control operation of a motor and an engine depending on vehicle speed.

Annealing effects of organic inorganic hybrid silica material with C-H hydrogen bonds (C-H 수소결합을 갖는 유무기 하이브리드 물질에서의 열처리 효과)

  • In this paper, It was reported the dielectric constant in organic inorganic hybrid silica material such as SiOC film modeling of bond structure by annealing in organic properties. The organic inorganic hybrid silica material were deposited using bis-trimethylsilymethane (BTMSM, [(CH3)3Si]2CH2) and oxygen gas precursor by a plasma chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The organic inorganic hybrid silica material have three types according to the deposition condition. The dielectric constant of the films were performed MIS(Al/Si-O-C film/p-Si) structure. The C 1s spectra in organin inorganic silica materials with the flow rate ratio of O2/BTMSM=1.5 was organometallic carbon with the peak 282.9 eV by XPS. It means that organometallic carbon component is the cross-link bonding structure with good stability. The dielectric constant was the lowest at annealed films with cross-link bonding structure.

Study on Thermal and Physical Properties of One-component Curable Hybrid Polyurethane Elastomer (1액 경화형 하이브리드 폴리우레탄 탄성체의 열적, 물리적 특성에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, the one-component curable polyurethane resin was manufactured using blocked isocyanate and hybrid technology. To prepare the one-component curable hybrid polyurethane, silica hybrids including hydroxyl group was synthesized, and the size, shape and distribution of hybrid particle in polyurethane resin were confirmed. Then the dissociation property, mechanical property and molding property of blocked isocyanate were investigated. The dissociation property of blocked isocyanate in one-component curable polyurethane became better as the heating temperature and treatment time increased. The synthesized silica hybrid had spherical appearance and size of 23~27 nm in diameter, and it was observed that the hybrid particles were homogeneously distributed in polyurethane structure. In the case of hybrid polyurethane, the mechanical property, anti-abrasion and thermal property were higher than those of general polyurethane, and it was observed that the mechanical property was maintained when the plasticizer was introduced.
