Although dental hygienists have performed chair-side assisting and other dental cares as well as preventive dental cares in Korea, medical technician law confines duties of dental hygienists as closed narrative. The aim of this study was to investigate difference in perception of duties of dental hygienists in dental clinic between dentists and dental hygiene students. A total of 245 copies of questionnaires were distributed to dentists and students by post-mail. Only 42 dentists and 30 students in an area replied these questionnaires about the present and future duties of dental hygienists after providing written consent. Both groups agreed that intra and extra oral X-ray taking, education about oral health behavior, instruction after dental treatment, chair-side assisting, consulting for patients, scaling, initial impression taking, management of dental materials and equipment, sterilization of equipment, and receiving dental bills are duties of dental hygienists. However, they had different perceptions about various dental treatments as duties of dental hygienists even if they were under instructions of a dentist, including infiltration anesthesia, filling in cavity, intramuscular injection, FC change, canal irrigation, orthodontic treatment including separating, ligature bracket bonding and removing, setting crown and bridge, making individual, removing implant screw, and so on. These findings demonstrated that there were different perceptions about duties of dental hygienists between dentists and dental hygiene students, especially on dental treatment.

본 논문에서는 Physical Model을 이용해 단소의 음을 합성해 내는 방법에 대해서 연구하였다. 이러한 모델을 이용한다면 별도의 음원 데이터를 사용하지 않고도 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 Table-lookup방식보다 더 효율적으로 악기 음을 합성 할 수가 있다. 먼저 파동방정식을 이용하여 단소내부 공기의 움직임을 나타내고 Physical Model을 제시하였다. Physical Model을 구현하기 위해서 두 개의 delay line이 사용되었으며, 그 양쪽 끝에는 각각 파동의 reflectance를 모델링 하기 위해 Reflectance filter가, 입력 신호를 모델링 하기 위한 input function이 사용되었다. 합성된 음을 평가 하기 위하여 실제 녹음된 음과 주파수 및 시간 도메인 상에서의 비교가 이루어 졌고 실제 악기와 유사한 음을 합성해 내었음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

본(本) 논문(論文)은 유효온도차(有效溫度差)에 의(依)한 하기랭방부하계산법(夏期冷房負荷計算法)의 기초가 되는 서울에서의 상당외기온도(相當外氣溫度)를 구(求)한 것이다. 상당외기온도(相當外氣溫度)는 유효온도차(有效溫度差)를 구(求)하기 위한 것으로 이것의 산출(算出)은 서울의 외기온(外氣溫)을 T.A.C.(Technical Advisory Committee) 2.5% 위험율을 기준치(基準値)로 한 하기(夏期)의 설계용(設計用) 외기온도(外氣溫度)와 이론식(理論式)에 의한 전일사량(全日射量)에서 7월(月) 22일(日) 서울의 상당외기온도표(相當外氣溫度表)를 작성(作成)하였다.

2015 개정 교육과정이 고시됨에 따라 정규 교육과정을 중심으로 코딩 교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 코딩 교육 강사가 요구되고 있는 시점이며, 이러한 강사는 여성새로일하기센터를 비롯한 민간 교육기관에서 코딩교육 강사 양성 프로그램이 운영되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 코딩교육 강사 양성 프로그램의 교육현황 및 교육 내용에 대한 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 여성가족부의 여성새로일하기센터에서 진행되고 있는 코딩 교육 프로그램의 사례를 분석하여 보고, 그 시사점을 찾고자 한다.

매년 $5\~8$월은 감전사상사고가 가장 많이 발생하는 시기이다. 더욱이 그것이 사망사고가 되는 예가 많으며 여름은 가장 위험한 계절이라는 것이 통계상 명백히 되고 있다. EK라서 하기에 발생한 감전사고는 우리들이 대책을 수립하는데 있어서 가장 중요한 포인트가 되고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest a new direction for the development of children's music education and to provide a basis for the development of improved music education program for children through the qualitative investigation of what 'musicing' means to children on the basis of musical experiences - singing, listening, body expression, learning rhythms and time, playing instruments - in the children's comprehensive musical activities. The study was carried out from September $5^{th}$, 2011 to November $25^{th}$, 2011, on 15 4-years-old children in Haetnim-class, in S nursery, in the city of D. The observations were recorded in the field and materialized, and the collected materials were categorized and analyzed. The results of the study suggests that 'doing music' to children means 'making movements,' 'sharing emotions through imitation,' 'fun activity that one can look forward to,' 'musical instruments as playthings,' and 'finding 'the true me'.

Purpose: Human rhinovirus (HRV) infections can result in lower respiratory tract infections (LRTIs). We aimed to investigate the characteristics of severe HRV LRTI in young children. Methods: Medical records were reviewed retrospectively in patients who were hospitalized for HRV LRTIs from 2016 to 2020 at the Samsung Medical Center in Seoul, Korea. Patients aged 90 days or older and younger than 5 years were included. Patients with co-infections with other respiratory pathogens were excluded. Severe HRV LRTI was defined as the following: the need for high-flow oxygenation, mechanical ventilation, or intensive care unit admission. Results: A total of 115 cases were identified. The median age was 17 months (range, 3-56 months) and the median hospital days were 4 days (range, 2-31 days). Of the 115 cases, 18 patients (15.7%) developed severe HRV LRTI. The median age was younger in the severe group compared to the non-severe group (9.5 months vs. 19.0 months, P=0.001). Of 18 patients with severe HRV LRTI, 11 (61.1%) had underlying diseases - chronic lung diseases accounted for the largest proportion (63.6%). Six patients (33.3%) required mechanical ventilation. Of note, 7 previously healthy children were diagnosed with severe HRV LRTI. Of those 7 children, 4 of them were diagnosed with asthma later. When the 115 cases were divided into previously healthy (n=60) and underlying disease (n=55) groups, severe courses of HRV LRTI were observed in 11.7% and 20.0% of children, respectively (P=0.219). Conclusions: HRV can cause severe LRTI even in previously healthy children as well as in children with comorbidities.

황금 닭의 해였던 2017년 한 해의 마침표를 찍었습니다. 매년 그렇지만 "이번 해가 끝나긴 하나?" 싶을 만큼 나라 안팎으로 참 다사다난한 한 해였습니다. 이는 축산물품질평가원도 마찬가지였습니다. 기분 좋은 성장을 하기도 했고, 또 씁쓸한 자기반성을 하기도 했습니다. 바쁘게 보낸 2017년, 축산물품질평가원의 365일의 기록을 "축산물품질평가원 10대 뉴스"로 되돌아봅니다.
