This study was an exploratory study for the development of a competency-based social welfare curriculum. This study was conducted through a literature review focused on guidelines for social welfare published by the KCSWE (Korean Council for Social Welfare Education). The purpose of this study was to explore social welfare professional competencies, subject goals, teaching methods, and the participatory learning environment for the development of a competency-based social welfare curriculum. The findings are as follows. First, each university had been researching professional competencies individually. Second, the social welfare subjects tended to include all elements of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and these goals were matched with professional competencies set by each university. Third, the guidelines for social welfare subjects provided various teaching methods to achieve the goals of the subject as well as a participatory learning environment based on discussion. However, it was difficult to determine whether the various teaching methods were effective in achieving core and professional competencies. Therefore, it is necessary for KCSWE to set up a standardized competency-based curriculum and research professional competencies based on social welfare, a curriculum and subjects according to their competencies, effective teaching methods, and a method for evaluating educational outcomes.

As the domestic consulting industry matured, consultants were required to have insight into customer's business and consulting business. Gaining these insights requires deep understanding of the business domains and high degree of competencies. This study empirically analyzed the data collected through the survey in order to apply the ICMCI competence model to domestic consultants. As a result of the study, it was found that business competency and technical competency had a positive effect on project performance, but values & behavior competency were not statistically significant. On the other hand, it was found that only technical competency, values & behavior competency had a positive effect on social-relational competency. Through this study, it was confirmed that a deep understanding and perception of the consulting business is necessary to grow into a professional consultant, but there is a limit to generalizing the research results because the characteristics of the population cannot be sufficiently reflected with a small sample.

This study aims to analyze research-based spin-off companies, which are established in Innopolis to promote the commercialization of R&D outputs of public institutions. We analyzed 175 technology-based start-ups, which were founded before 2016, to examine how the companies' capabilities affect the sales growth rate. The results show that technological capability and entrepreneurial capability have positive relations with sales growth, while network capability and finance capability do not have significant associations. In addition, R&D intensity (R&D expenditure per employee) has moderating effects on the association between firm capabilities and sales growth rate since it strengthens the effect of technological capability and entrepreneurial capability but weakens the influence of network capability. This study contributes to widening the understanding of the importance of capabilities of research-based spin-off companies and their performance, and differs from most previous literature since it uses objective and quantitative data. It further suggests policy implications that the enhancement of technological and entrepreneurial capability are important for the stable growth of technology-based startups in the early stage.

This study reviews previous studies about the effects of RFID capabilities on strategic supply chain competence and business performance in the Chinese context. This study introduces a new perspective that measures the degree to which RFID capability levels contribute to business performance. Such an assumption is based on the fact that companies build their own capabilities through RFID capabilities and that these capabilities provide a competitive advantage for enterprises. Data on all sorts of logistics, distribution, and manufacturing companies that introduced RFID system in China were collected for data analysis. This study analyzes the structural equation modeling using Smart-PLS 2.0 program. This study confirms that internal reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity are satisfied. The hypothesis test result on the relationship between RFID capacity and strategic supply chain competence and strategic supply chain competence and company results is partially adopted. This study aids in establishing a RFID system construction strategy to enhance supply chain competence by suggesting guidelines for the successful introduction of RFID system through identifying the causal relationship between RFID capacity and strategic supply chain competence. This study also suggests the influence of RFID competency on visibility, agility, flexibility, and collaborations.

This study examined performance-related competencies for vocational training teachers and development process of Competency-Based Curriculum(CBC). Based on literature review of competencies, education and training of vocational training teachers, we developed competency modeling integrating job analysis, Behavioral Event Interview for vocational training teachers and Competency Dictionary and analyzed validity of competency modeling and competency need and proposed education and training program across competencies and training module. Finally we proposed necessary operating and management methods to effectively develop competencies for vocational training teachers using CBC.

원격교육연수를 통하여 달성하고자 하는 궁극의 목적은 교원의 역량을 강화하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 원격교육연수는 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 지속적으로 시스템을 개량하고 양질의 콘텐츠를 확보하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 일련의 과정들이 교원의 역량을 강화하는 방향으로 적절히 진행되고 있는지에 대한 검증을 하고자 하였다. 특히, 문헌연구를 통하여 초등교원의 역량에 대한 정의를 먼저 도출하였으며, 설문조사를 실시하여 초등교원이 가장 많이 필요로 하는 역량을 선정함으로써, 초등교원의 역량 모델을 유추하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 초등교원의 역량을 강화할 수 있는 궁극적인 방향이 제시될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

정부의 창업 인프라 구축 및 창업 정책이 증가되고 있다. 그러나 실제적으로 창업기업의 성과를 높이기 위하여 기업가 정신과 동적역량이 중요하다. 동적역량은 창업기업의 기회탐색, 자원획득, 자원재구성 능력이며 기업이 성장함에 있어 매우 필요한 역량이다. 본 연구는 창업기업의 기업가정신, 동적역량, 경영성과의 효과와 관계를 검증하는데 중요한 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 창업기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 최종 361개 표본으로 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 기업가정신의 혁신성, 위험감수성, 진취성은 동적역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가정신의 혁신성과 위험감수성은 경영성과에 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 진취성은 유의미하지 않은 결과가 도출되었다. 셋째, 동적역량은 경영성과에 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 중소기업에 종사하는 구성원들의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인의 직무적합성과 조직의 공정성 두 변수를 독립변수로 하여 분석하였다. 각각의 독립변수별로 하위에 세부변수를 도출하여 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 상관관계 정도를 분석하여 중소기업 인사 실무담당자들이 인력채용이나 직무관리 시에 종사원들의 직무역량 향상을 위해 필요한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 중소기업 종사자 323명을 대상으로 설문지를 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 타당성 분석을 실시하고, 회귀분석 등을 통해 독립변수와 종속변수간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 대부분의 선행연구가 직무역량이 직무만족이나 조직몰입 등에 미치는 영향을 분석한 반면, 본 연구는 직무역량 향상에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 도출하고 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 영향 정도를 구분하여 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 창의융합적 아이디어가 세상을 바꾸는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비하기 위해 경찰·경비분야에 요구되는 핵심역량을 도출하고 진단도구를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 K시 소재 대학의 경찰·경비관련 학과에 재학중인 66명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경찰·경비분야의 직무, 과업, 역할을 수행하는 데 필요한 법집행, 상황대응, 정보수집, 지휘통솔 등 직무영역에서 9개의 전공능력이 미래사회에 대비하기 위해 전공자들에게 우선적으로 요구되는 핵심역량으로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반 전공 교육과정 개선과 교육성과 관리를 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 또한 개인의 전공능력 수준을 진단하여 역량 증진 프로그램을 실시할 수 있으며, 역량기반 교육과정에 대한 성과확산과 각종 비교과 교육프로그램 지원과 선정을 위한 교육성과 지표로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

창업기업의 성과는 창업가 개인의 역량 뿐 만 아니라 네트워크 등 기업가 정신이 발현되는 모든 영역의 요소들이 작용한다. 재무적 자원에서부터 기업의 기능별 역량과 자원에 이르기까지 충분하지 않은 창업기업들은 전략적으로 기업이나 대학과 같은 외부 주체들과의 제휴를 추진하여 성과향상을 의도할 수 있다. 전략적 제휴와 기업 성과 간의 관계는 전략경영분야에서 오랫동안 다루어져 온 연구 주제였다. 다만, 창업기업이라는 한정된 역량과 자원 상황에서 창업 기업이 실제로 이러한 전략적 제휴를 통해 재무성과를 향상시키는지에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구는 창업기업의 전략적 제휴가 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 그러한 관계에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 혁신역량 강화활동으로서 R&D투자와 교육훈련 투자의 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 창업기업이 보유한 인적 여유자원(slack resource)의 역할도 함께 규명하여 창업기업의 전략적 제휴와 관련한 행동적 특성을 논의하고자 한다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 기업이 전략적 제휴를 통해 보다 나은 성과향상을 위한 투자로서 다양한 혁신역량 강화활동 필요성에 대한 시사점을 제시할 것으로 기대한다.
