Developing a physical environment and a procedural model for pre-service teachers' teaching practice in 3D virtual reality (3D 가상현실에서 예비교사의 수업연습을 위한 물리적 환경 및 절차적 모형 개발)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 3D 가상공간인 세컨드라이프에서 예비교사의 성공적인 수업연습을 위한 물리적 환경 및 절차적 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서 수행한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수업 연습 관련 이론 탐색 및 문헌 연구를 통해 성공적인 수업연습을 위한 필수조건들을 탐색하였으며, 이 조건들로부터 수업연습을 위한 절차적 모형의 시안을 개발하였다. 둘째, 세컨드라이프에서 수업연습을 위해 필요한 교실의 물리적 구성요소를 개발하였다. 개발된 교실의 물리적 구성요소는 교실공간, 칠판, 교사용 책걸상, 학생용 책걸상, 출입문, 창문, 게시판, 프리젠테이션 도구 등이었다. 셋째, 세컨드라이프에서 수업연습을 위해 필요한 의사소통 도구를 탐색하였다. 탐색 결과, 텍스트 대화 도구, 음성 대화 도구, 노트카드 사용 도구, 공지사항 사용 도구 등이 의사소통을 위해 필요한 요소로 결정되었다. 마지막으로, 세컨드라이프내의 교실 안에서 의사소통 도구를 활용하여 예비교사의 수업연습을 수행하였다. 이 수행결과에 기반하여 세컨드라이프에서의 예비교사의 수업연습을 위한 절차적 모형을 완성하였다. 이 연구는 예비교사들에게 실제적 수업연습(field-based teaching practice)에 앞서, 3D 가상공간인 세컨드라이프에서 실험적 수업연습(laboratory-based teaching practice) 경험을 가능하게 하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

  • This study endeavors to delineate the essential components of digital preservation policies requisite for data repositories. Drawing from an examination of digital preservation policies from data repositories accredited by CoreTrustSeal in 2023, this study unveils the pivotal components intrinsic to a digital preservation policy framework, subsequently elucidating the content each component encompasses. The proffered framework is anticipated to serve as a foundational reference for institutions aiming to craft their digital preservation policies, transcending the confines of those solely pursuing CoreTrustSeal certification, to encompass both domestic and international institutions irrespective of their intent to seek CoreTrustSeal certification.

  • Information literacy(IL) is the essential skill in the knowledge information society in the 21st century. Spreading the awareness of importance of IL across the world, the efforts to develop and implement IL standards or instructions are expanded around United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. In this study, Author extracts the core elements of IL from domestic and foreign IL standards and integrates those with Kuhlthau's Information Search Process(ISP) Model in order to develop the curriculum model of IL for undergraduates. The curriculum model has been constructed by consideration of capability of application to practice and expressed as the syllabus for the structure of university education. In the curriculum model, major instructional contents are extracted from 6 core elements of IL and the contents are organized by 6 ISP stages. Author suggests some successive studies based on the curriculum model for expansion and advancement of IL instruction.

  • Recently, as SW education has been emphasized in college, interest in Computing Thinking (CT) class at the liberal level has increased. In order to effectively educate students, various methods of teaching and learning are required to reduce the burden on CT education and motivation of students. The purpose of this study is to design teaching and learning using ARCS model to improve learners' learning motivation and learning achievement in CT course as liberal arts education. In this study, the learning elements of CT were selected based on previous research on the characteristics of education in the liberal arts education of the university and analysis of the CT content. In addition, Keller 's ARCS learning motive model was selected to match the instructional tactics according to the motivational factors of Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction. In order to effectively teach these CT contents, detailed strategies based on the ARCS model were designed and presented weekly.

  • In the $7^{th}$ education curriculum, computer education curriculum in the elementary and secondary schools is composited into the contents for the use of computers so that there are some limitations in teaching students the abilities for solving various problems of several areas using computers. Recently, the research has done to change the computer education curriculum for enhancing creativity and problem solving ability required by the future education. The contents of the main subject for enhancing them is of computer programming, however, there was not enough research on systematic programming education curriculum for leading to motivating learners and enhanced knowledge transfer to those learners. In this paper, we analysis the contents mathematics education curriculum with consecutive contents and in tight connection with computer education and then extract its programming related elements. Based on those, we propose a programming education curriculum with which we can teach systematically computer programing according to continual and systematic guidance in the elementary and secondary schools. And we develop a teaching model and learning guidance for teaching students programming methods with the computer programming education curriculum proposed in this paper.

Development of the Content Framework for Elementary Artificial Intelligence Literacy Education (초등학생의 인공지능 소양을 기르기 위한 내용체계 개발)

  • As artificial intelligence(AI) education becomes essential in elementary schools with the revised 2022 curriculum, it is necessary to develop an AI curriculum for elementary school students. In this study, I developed the AI content framework to cultivate AI literacy of elementary school students. AI education areas were largely divided into AI understanding and AI development, and detailed areas were divided into eight categories: using of AI, impact of AI, AI ethics, recognition of AI, data expression, data exploring, learning of AI, and prediction of AI. In addition, twice expert Delphi surveys were conducted to verify the validity of the subject elements and achievement standards for each area. The final draft was finalized after reflecting expert opinions on the AI education content framework. In order for AI education to be expanded in elementary schools in the future, continuous research is needed, such as developing textbooks and teaching tools according based on the AI framework proposed in this study, securing the lesson hours to apply them to schools, and correcting and supplementing the problems of them.

  • 본 논문은 RF 리더기와 RF 태그 상호간의 통신시에 발생할 수 있는 충돌을 감지하고 이를 능동적으로 회피할수 있는 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)의 설계에 관한 내용이다. RFID는 사람, 자동차, 화물, 상품 등에 정보를 부가하는 시스템으로 그 부가정보를 무선통신매체를 이용하여 비접족으로 해독하는 시스템으로 기존의 바코드보다 데이터의 전송속도와 용량의 증가 그리고 편리성이 향상되는 장점이 있으나, 동시에 여러개의 RF태그와의 무선통신으로 인한 데이터의 충돌이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 충돌을 감지하고 이를 적절하게 회피하는 것은 RFID 시스템의 신뢰성을 높이는데 필수적인 요소이다. RFID 태그로 사용되기 위해서는 건전지로 구동될 수 있도록 저전력소모가 요구되며 또한 통신의 시작과 충돌을 파악할 수 있는 캐리어 감지기능이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 조건들을 만족하는 Chipcon 사(社)의 양방향 RF IC를 사용하였다. Chipcon 사(社)의 양방향 RF IC는 다중 주파수 대역의 선택과 변조방식을 시리얼통신을 통해서 손쉽게 변경할 수 있기 때문에 충돌감지시 다양한 회피알고리즘을 상황에 맞게 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 양방향 RF IC를 사용하여 충돌을 감지하고 회피할 수 있는 RFID시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

  • This study is focused on the development and application of automotive lighting system simulator device to help understanding of the repair and overhaul, electrical instrumentation and automotive circuit checks the contents of the automotive electrical system. The purpose of this study is to define the circuit numeracy, circuit repair preparation skills, detachable power, circuit analysis capabilities, inspection and measurement capability, and repair (problem solving) skills, through the cultivation of clean ability to increase the understanding of electrical equipment maintenance circuitry to verify the improvement of the repair. Automotive electrical device requires understanding of the invisible parts, and understanding of the various symbols and complex circuitry to measure the basic checks and repair are indispensable. This paper would likely contribute to help students to gain more interest in the fields that they feel difficult such as basic skills which necessary to cultivate a variety of electrical equipment fault diagnosis of the basic knowledge needed for electric cars practical.

Efficient Structural Information Extraction for XML Data (XML데이터를 위한 효율적인 구조 정보 추출 기법)

  • There has been an increasing interest in n since it is spotlighted as the standard for data representation and exchange in the Web. The structural information for XML documents serves several important purposes. In spite of its importance, the schema is not mandatory for XML documents. Thus, much research to extract structural information for XML document has been conducted. In this paper, we present a technique for efficient extraction of concise and accurate DTD for XML documents. By restriction of DTD content model using the mixed content model of DTD and XML Schema as well as applying some heuristic rules proposed in this paper, we achieve the efficiency and conciseness. The result of an experiment with real life DTDs shows that our approach is superior to existing approaches.

  • 환경디자인은 건축, 도시, 조경 등 서로 다른 분야의 전문가 및 대상 지역 거주하는 일반시민 등 많은 참여자를 가지는 특징이 있다. 이러한 협조설계 단계에서는, 시행착오를 최소화시키기 위해서 디자인 초기단계에서부터 각 분야의 전문가들이 계획에 관해서 협의하여 디자인 내용을 변경해 나갈 필요가 있다. 또한 대상지 지역을 누구보다 잘 이해하고 있으며 계획 후 이 지역에 살게 될 주민들의 참여도 환경디자인 단계에서 고려해야 할 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 여러 분야의 전문가 또는 비전문가들이 서로 커뮤니케이션하고 협조하기 위해서는 누구나가 쉽게 디자인 내용을 이해 할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 툴이 필요하다. 이러한 필요성을 만족시키기 위해서는 빠른 구축속도, 대화형 기능, 빠른 표현속도, 사실적인 표현기술 등이 필수 조건이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 환경디자인 분야의 전 분야에서 의사결정을 지원하고 디자인 안을 검토할 수 있는 3D CG 시스템을 개발하고 이 시스템을 실제 프로젝트에 적용시켜서 활용하면서 개발된 시스템의 기능강화를 추진하며, 실제 프로젝트 적용을 통한 시스템의 평가를 진행하여 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템의 유용성을 증명하는 것을 본 연구의 목표로 한다.
