In this study, the marketing activity of medical service providers via Internet was considered as a new technology for approaching this problem and the consumers' acceptance of the new marketing activity was analyzed through the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) path analysis. The path analysis was conducted for the non-insured medical departments and the insured medical departments. The path analysis revealed that the consumers felt usefulness of the marketing activity of non-insured medical service providers, which means that they have intention to accept and are satisfied with the Internet marketing activity provided by non-insured medical service departments. On the other hand, in the case of insured medical service, it was clarified that the 'easy of use' preferentially affects the users' intention of accepting the marketing activity rather than 'usefulness'.

의료용기구를 수입에만 의존하던 우리나라 의료업계는 IMF영향으로 큰 타격을 받고 있다. 이처럼 외환위기에 시달리는 때 연세대의대 김덕원 교수는 치아 신경치료에 필수적으로 사용되는 치아신경관 측정기를 개발해 각광을 받고 있다. 김교수는 또 휴대폰에서 나오는 전자파가 의료기기 작동에 미치는 영향이 크다는 사실을 확인하고 '휴대폰 유해'연구도 계속하고 있다.

의료영상은 디지털이라는 속성으로 인해서 일상생활에 적용되는 저작권법으로 저작권을 보호한다는 것이 어렵다. 특히 의료 영상은 복사를 하면 또 하나의 원본이 생성되므로, 의료 영상 이미지를 생산해 내는 사람의 입장에서는 똑같은 원본을 자신도 모르는 사이에 다른 사람에게 전달하게 된다. 그렇게 되면 과연 누가 이 디지털 작품을 만들었는지에 대한 의료 분쟁이 생길 수밖에 없다. 디지털시대의 의료 환경에서 필수 불가결하게 제기될 수 있는 의료영상보안은 특히 우리나라처럼 의료보험의 부당 청구가 사회적인 큰 물의를 일으키고 있는 시점에서 많은 관심과 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 이 분야의 핵심적인 문제점을 도출하고, 문제점 개선을 위해서 워터 마크를 통해 영상 보안 기법을 제안하였다. 그러나 의료영상의 대표적인 특징인 무결성을 보장 받지 못해 법적인 인증에는 한계가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

U-healthcare system supports healthcare service of prevention, diagnosis, medical treatment and currently various medical service systems. Therefore, utilization of medical information thru hospitals, medical agencies is unevitable in this society. However, the standard draft of HL7 which is a standard of medical information does not support specification of medical information being used currently. Thus, in this paper, we study standard HL7 message system to analyze and adjust the medical information and it will help to utilize efficient medical information and the method is verified to be sufficiently effective.

Medical electrical equipment - Part 1: General requirement for basic safety and essential performance of MFDS was revised as 3th edition and Medical electrical equipment Part 2-54: Particular requirements for the basic safety and essential performance of X-ray equipment will be expected to be announced as notification. Therefore this technical report was written to introduce provision of the particular requirements, replacement, addition, amendment. The purpose of this particular requirements is to secure requirements for basic safety and essential performance of X-ray equipment for radiography and radioscopy. X-ray high voltage generator, mechanical protective device, protection against radiation is included in this particular requirements. Medical electrical equipment - Part 1, Part 1-2, Part 1-3 is applied to this particular requirements. If the requirements is announced as notification, It is expected to widen understanding for basic safety and essential performance of X-ray equipment for radiography and radioscopy and play a part to internationalize of medical equipments.

오늘날 소프트웨어가 중심이 되는 의료기기의 폭발적 증가로 인해 의료용 소프트웨어는 의료 서비스의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 중요한 수단이 되고 있으며 의료 서비스의 품질이 의료기기뿐만 아니라 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질에 지대한 영향을 받게 되었다. 소프트웨어가 활용되고 있는 많은 분야에서 시험 평가 센터 등을 두어 해당 분야의 소프트웨어에 대한 품질확보를 위해 장기적인 많은 노련을 기울이고 있으나 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질에 관한 국내의 관련 연구 개발이 아직 미흡한 실정이며 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질저하로 인한 의료 서비스의 질적 저하를 유발할 수 있는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, 의료기기의 발전과 아울러 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 통해 의료 서비스의 질적 수준을 제고할 필요가 있다. 그러나 이러한 의료용 소프트웨어에 대한 질적인 품질을 평가할 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구가 그 동안 미흡하여 전문성과 안전성을 요구하는 의료용 소프트웨어에 대한 평가가 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 의료용 소프트웨어를 시험하여 결과를 산출할 수 있는 시험모듈과 품질검사표를 개발하여 의료용 소프트웨어 시험에 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

This study aims to investigate unmet healthcare needs due to economic or non-economic difficulties among the elderly aged 65 or older. Using Korea Health Panel Survey (KHPS) data from 2018, the elderly are classified into one of four groups (health insurance subscribers, non-take-up, lower income relief, and medical aid recipients) based on their level of medical vulnerability. For hospital or dental care, the prevalence rates of unmet healthcare needs due to economic and non-economic difficulties are 12.6% and 10.6%, respectively. The prevalence rate of unmet healthcare needs due to economic difficulty in the medically vulnerable group was much higher than that of the non-vulnerable group-that is, health insurance subscribers. After controlling for other influential factors, medical vulnerability has a great impact on the prevalence rates of unmet healthcare needs due to economic difficulties. Compared to health insurance subscribers, the non-take-up, the lower relief, and the medical aid recipients are 1.4 times, 3.3 times, and 2.4 times more likely to experience unmet healthcare needs due to economic difficulty, respectively. The results of this study can provide important policy implications for securing essential healthcare resources for the elderly.

RNA 정량검사는 혈중 바이러스 농도를 측정하는 검사로, 감염인의 투약과 치료에 필수적인 검사로써 감염인이라면 $3{\sim}6$개월 간격으로 정기적으로 받는 검사이다. 그동안 국가에서 시행해 왔던 RNA 정량검사가 2009년 7월 1일자로 민간 의료기관에서 시행된다. RNA 정량검사를 민간 의료기관에서 실시하게 됨에 따라 감염인의 진료비 부담이 증가하게 된다. 병원에 따라서는 감염인의 비급여 본인부담금을 고려하여 특진료를 가산하지 않는 병원도 있으나 이는 극히 일부 병원에 불과한 실정이다.

의료기기 산업은 시장규모와 생산규모에서 미국이 전 세계의 $40\%$ 이상을 차지하고 있어 국내외 모든 의료기기 제조업체에서는 미국시장진출을 목표로 꾸준히 노력하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 의료기기는 인체에 직접 적용된다는 특성으로 인해 각 국가의 정부는 저마다 다른 엄격한 기준으로 자국내 시장진출을 규제하고 있으며 엄격한 관리제도를 유지하고 있다. 국내 최신의 전자 의료기기는 필수적으로 의료기기를 제어하기 위한 의료용 소프트웨어를 필요로 하므로 의료기기 산업의 발전은 의료용 소프트웨어 산업의 발전에 직결된다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 의료기기의 경우에는 인$\cdot$허가를 위한 제도 및 절차가 갖추어져 활용되고 있는 반면, 의료용 소프트웨어의 경우에는 적합한 평가기준이 마련되어 있지 못하여 제도 및 체계구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제표준(ISO/IEC 12119, ISO/IEC 9126을 바탕으로 평가메트릭을 구축하여 의료용 소프트웨어의 정량적인 품질을 측정, 평가하여 품질측정의 결과를 토대로 품질을 인증하는 의료응용 소프트웨어 시험인증 지원도구를 설계 및 구현하였다.

최근 다양한 의료정보 시스템이 개발되어, 그 사용이 급증하고 있다. 이 들 각각의 의료정보 시스템에서 발생, 축적된 의료정보는 분산 이질의 형태를 가지며, 또한 같은 의미를 갖는 의료정보가 각기 다른 구조와 용어로 기술되어 축적되는 것이 일반적이다. 이와 같이 개별적으로 개발, 활용되어 온 의료정보를 웹 상에서 통합하여, 단일화 된 의료정보 검색 기능을 제공하기 위해서는 이들 의료정보의 의미적 연관성을 고려한 정보의 통합, 검색 기술의 개발이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 의미적 의료정보의 통합을 위한 UMLS와 LOINC 데이터베이스 기반의 연관 값 지식베이스의 설계 및 개발 방식을 제안한다. 웹 상에 존재하는 각종 분산 이질 형태의 의료정보는 XML을 공통 데이터 구조로 하여 통합되며, 정보 통합의 과정에서 연관 값 지식베이스를 참조하여 의미적 관련도가 높은 의료정보(구조 정보와 내용 정보)는 상호 연결되어, 진정한 의미의 정보 통합을 구현하게 된다. 지식베이스는 용어별로 식별자, 요소명, 연관값, 복수형, 동의어, 한글 이름 등의 필드틀 가지며, 현재 상담, 처방, 보험, 의료용어, 증상, 임상결과 등 적용분야 별로 작성된 연관 값 지식베이스가 구현되어 있다.
