The intensification and acceleration of severe competition among companies due to the advancement of the service industry have raised the quality level of services required by consumers, and these circumstances also have a significant impact on the public fields' service provision environment, which has to take into account the rapidly changing technologies along with the special situation of COVID-19. Thus, this study examines the applicability of the educational material based on the framework for public service quality management in accordance with 『ISO18091:2019』 developed by MOIS(the ministry of interior and safety), through a survey after training workers in public institutions. This study also provides some implications and guidelines that should be considered to increase the level of public service quality from the following three perspectives: i) data utilization and verification, ii) broadness of public services, and iii) the size and capability of service provider according to the results of field studies conducted with public sector employees who participated in actual improvement activities.

인터넷이 생활의 일부로 자리매김 하면서 정보 검색, 뉴스, 영화, 쇼핑, 커뮤니티, 블로그 등의 여러 종류의 서비스가 일상에서 활용되고 있다. 따라서 향후 인터넷 쇼핑 서비스 방향에 대한 인사이트를 얻기 위해서는 단순히 쇼핑몰 자체에 대한 이해가 아니라, 사용자들의 일상 속에서 인터넷 쇼핑을 할 때 인터넷을 어떤 상황에서 사용하고, 인터넷 쇼핑을 위해 어떤 서비스와 정보들을 이용하고 있는지, 이들은 어떤 방법으로 사용하고 있는지에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 사람들이 인터넷 쇼핑을 할 때 어떤 쇼핑 과정을 거치고, 인터넷의 다양한 정보와 도구를 어떻게 이용하는지를 문화인류학적 방법인 필드 스터디를 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 다이어리 스터디와 현장 방문 인터뷰를 실시하여 사용자들의 일상 속에서의 인터넷을 이용한 쇼핑 행위를 관찰하였고, 이를 통해 인터넷 쇼핑과정 및 이때 이용되는 도구를 규명하였다.

In order to derive a plan to increase the field effectiveness of the safety and health management(SHM) system, this study suggested plans for practical application of SHM system to the actual sites managed by the branch office of a public enterprise along with practical implications that should be considered. For this, in-depth interviews were conducted with employees in charge of safety and health work at the sites to analyze SHM system of the branch office, and the implementation processes and frameworks for establishing SHM system were suggested by grasping the actual conditions of the construction company performing the construction ordered by the branch office. This study shows that in order for SHM to be internalized in public enterprises, plans and performance indicators that can be applied in the field should be specifically presented in consideration of the hierarchical structure and processes of the organization performing the work, and a work environment should be created to focus on practical works related to safety and health.

We have experienced a revolutionary development in e-business related technologies during the last decade. This research is an effort to figure out and predict the direction of technological development in the area of electronic business. Current e-business related technology typology has been revised with a thorough literature review and expert focus groups. An instrument was developed to measure experts' perception on seven dimensions of e-business related technology. Based on this survey results, e-business technology roadmaps were developed and presented. Policy implications were discussed at the end.

Together with the development of ubiquitous computing technology and robot technology, intelligent type robots are being utilized in many areas and the range is expected to become wider and wider. Among many service robots, the educational robots are being diversely studied in the field with the concept of r-Learning. Presently, teaching assistant robots require a lot of HRI studies prior to their practical use in the very near future and are not sufficient yet. Especially, the reactions of students based of the styles of robots (e.g. serious robot, playful robot) are very important in producing robot contents but there has been no case study on them. Therefore, in this study, the appearance of the IROBI was changed to become a teaching assistant robot and was used to test and compare elementary school students' interest, achievement and concentration depending on the styles of robot (playful, serious). The results showed that the interest was high in the group that had studied with the playful robot. The achievement however, did not show significant relations with the style of robot and that the concentration was high in the group that had studied with the serious robot.

Remote sensing using multispectral radiometry may be a useful tool to detect drought stress in turf. The objective of this research was to investigate the correlation between drought stress and multispectral reflectance (MSR) from the turf canopy. St. Augustinegrass (Stenotaphrum secundatum[Walt.] Kuntze.) cultivars 'Floratam' and 'Palmetto', 'SeaIsle 1' seashore paspalum Paspalum vaginatum Swartz.), 'Empire' zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica Steud.), and 'Pensacola' bahiagrass (Paspalum notatumFlugge) were established in lysimeters in the University of Florida Envirotron greenhouse facility in Gainesville. Irrigation was applied at 100%, 80%, 60%, or 40% of evapotranspiration (ET). Weekly evaluations included: a) shoot quality, leaf rolling, leaf firing b) soil moisture, chlorophyll content index; c) photosynthesis and d) multispectral reflectance. All the measurements were correlated with MSR data. Drought stress affected the infrared spectral region more than the visible spectral region. Reflectance sensitivity to water content of leaves was higher in the infrared spectral region than in the visible spectral region. Grasses irrigated at 100% and 80% of ET had no differences in normalized difference vegetation indices (NDVI), leaf area index (LAI), and stress indices. Grasses irrigated at 60% and 40% of ET had differences in NDVI, LAI, and stress indices. All measured wavelengths except 710nm were highly correlated (P < 0.0001) with turf visual quality, leaf firing, leaf rolling, soil moisture, chlorophyll content index, and photosynthesis. MSR could detect drought stress from the turf canopy.
