Use ot Intelligent devices that work on the ANSI/EIA 709.1 protocol is increasing. In this study an ANSI/EIA 709.1 protocol analyzer that can monitor and analyze the packets on LonWorks network is designed and developed. The device is based on TMS320LF2407A processor for decoding data packets, and uses XScale processor for sending data to the application program on PC. The application program has various analysis features as well as basic monitoring function. The developed device can be used for debugging purposes in development of any kind of LonWorks devices, and also it is useful in maintenance of LonWorks network or Lon Works devices.

인터넷의 기하 급수적인 발전과 더불어 네트워크 기반의 서비스가 확대되고 있다. 따라서 이전까지의 호스트 기반의 네트워크 관리와 더불어 트래픽 기반의 네트워크 관리가 요구되고 있으며, 이에 본 논문에서는 트래픽 기반의 네트워크 관리 시스템에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 현재 개발된 시스템과 같은 단순한 트래픽의 모니터링과 분석뿐만 아니라 통계 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 제안하고, 시스템의 설계와 구현에 대하여 논의한다. 본 시스템은 프로토콜의 발신지와 목적지 그리고 프로토콜의 크기 등의 분석과 통계를 제공함으로서, 네트워크의 성능 뿐 아니라 장애 및 보안 관리에도 유용할 것이다.

MMS 프로토콜과 WMV 코덱은 마이크로소프트에서 만든 스트리밍 프로토콜과 비디오/오디오 코덱이다. 오늘날 많은 스트리밍 서비스가 이 프로토콜과 코덱을 이용하고 있다. 그러나 프로토콜과 코덱이 공개되어 있지 않아서 스트리밍 서비스의 재생 환경이 윈도우즈 기반의 운영체제로 제한되어 있다. 따라서 서비스를 제공하는 서버와 그 서비스를 이용하는 클라이언트가 반드시 윈도우즈 환경에서만 동작할 수 있는 문제점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 윈도우 운영체제가 아닌 리눅스와 같은 공개된 운영체제 환경에서 MMS 프로토콜을 사용하여 스트리밍 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 기존의 많은 연구 결과를 기반으로 MMS 프로토콜을 분석하고 공개 프로젝트인 MPlayer에서 윈도우 스트리밍 서버와의 VCR 컨트롤 지원을 위한 방법을 제시한다.

Protocol testing techniques are expanded from the traditional simple function- testing based on the OSI model, to sophisticated performance testing, conformance testing and interoperability testing. In addition, both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint protocols are to be covered. This paper presents a new multiple-purpose protocol test system where the common platform includes the test sequence generation and test result analysis, and the modular test execution part is selectively adjusted according to the test purposes and protocols under test. This paper describes test system for network routing protocol and test system for transport protocol, designed upon the ideas of the multiple-purpose protocol test system.

다양한 서비스에서 활용되는 USN 환경에서 각 응용의 기술적 특성에 따른 다양한 계층별 프로토코 기술의 개발이 이루어 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크의 다양한 프로토콜 개발에 필수인 분석기에 대한 것으로 무선 상의 여러 채널을 통해 송수신 되는 다양한 프로토콜을 쉽게 분석하는 장치의 구현에 대해 설명한다. XML을 활용하여 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 코드를 바꾸지 않고 사용자 정의에 따른 프로토콜 분석, 시나리오 검증 및 GUI 처리를 가능하게 하여 USN을 위한 센서 노드들의 성능 측정에 활용하고자 한다.

In this Paper, we proposed optimization of system performance, power splitting protocols applied to relay in the cooperative communication undergo co-channel interference. When relay adjust power distribution factors undergo co-channel interference, it is possible to optimize and maximize the channel capacity of the receiver. Because of energy haversting, interfence transfer to new power source. If finding the optimal power levels, to solve inability in system, and to increase the efficiency of the network. Finally, performance of the proposed protocol is analyzed in terms of outage probability, capacity of system.

SMX/CMP는 통신망기술연구실에서 개발한 대용량 stand-alone 신호중계교환기 SMX-1을 이용하여 지능망 또는 이동통신망의 노드에 CCS No.7 접속이 가능하도록 설계된 CCS No.7 프로토콜 처리장치이다. 기존의 SMX/CMP는 2대의 대형 랙으로 구성되었으며, CCS No.7 프로토콜 처리 장치로서는 너무 크기 때문에 소형으로 되어야 한다는 요구가 있었다. 상호연결시스팀인 HSCU-8채널의 설계와 물리적인 재구성으로 SMX/CMP을 소형화 하였다.

This paper presents a programming environment for the edition and verification of specification language SDL. It is implemented in the Concerto software factory, which has been as a support for the development of real size software. Concerto is a software factory designed for application development in the fields of computer communication protocols or real time system. It offers various kinds of tools to produce software, organize this production and automate it. Concerto allows a smooth integration of various formalism such as the C and $C^{++}$, languages, structured documentation, HOOD methodology (Hierarchical Object Orient Design). In this paper, as an important tools in the process of communication protocol software development, we describe fist describe the principles of this environment, then we illustrate its application by means of a simple example, the Inres protocol. Moreover, we study how hypertext mechanism of Concert to create logical links between a protocol and its asscoiated service.

Avionics Full-DupleX Ethernet (AFDX) is a next-generation avionics network interface technology that is widely applied in the latest aircraft to replace ARINC429 and MIL-STD-1553B. However, the criteria for authenticating an avionics network consisting of AFDX are very scarce. Using AFDX Protocol Analyzer developed by the Korea Electronics Technology Research Institute and AFDX Tap developed by the Korea Aerospace University, we proposed a technology of certification practicality that can verify the normal functioning of avionics equipment with AFDX network interface. Our proposed technology provided the ability to collect precision packets, to verify AFDX specification compliance, and perform automatic tests to reduce the time and cost of authentication of AFDX avionics devices.

ATM 프로토콜 적합성 시험 생성 도구 개발을 프로토콜 개발 통합환경과 연계하여 개발한다. 즉 생성된 I/O FSM 중간모델을 대상으로 연구된 가장 짧은 길이의 시험 스위트(test suite)를 생성하는 알고리즘을 편리하고 용이하게 적용하기 위해 데이터 구조화 및 컴퓨터 내에서의 표현 등을 위한 초기화 작업기능을 SDL Editor & Simulator를 활용하여 확인한다. 그리고 ATS(Abstract Test Suite) 생성은 UIO 시퀀스를 결정하고, TUT와 도착상태의 UIO 시퀀스를 결합한 시험 subsequence 생성과 symmetric argumentation 과정을 거처 RCP(Rural Chinese Postman) Tour 생성 알고리즘 구현을 통해 완전 시험 스위트 생성도구를 개발하고, 프로토콜 검정기와 연계하여 통합된 환경에서 사용할 수 있도록 개발한다.
