개방화시대에 제품의 국제경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 Unix나 Tandem 환경의 시스템운영관리 측면에서 실시간 모니터링 운영의 효율성이 증대 하고 있고 이를 바탕으로 서비스의 품질 및 기술력 향상과 고객만족 서비스 등 경제성이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 기존의 시스템관리 기능의 운영측면에서 보다는 보다 더 다양한 고객의 요구가 반영이 가능한 새로운 형태의 실시간 업무지원이 가능한 모니터링 시스템 개발이 필요한 시점이다. 기존의 시스템관리 기능에서 보다 업무지원이 기능이 강하된 모니터링 툴 이다. 즉 업무(Application) 프로세스의 장애현상에 따른 무응답을 사전 감시하고 System의 자원사용현황을 개발 및 운영자 위주의 실시간으로 감시환경 모니터링 서비스 제공이 가능한 기능으로 설계 따라서 시스템관리에서 보다 안정적인 운영을 제공 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 업무 프로세스의 장애를 점검할 수 있는 모니터링 툴 검토하여 실무자를 통하여 업무장애 유형에 따른 감시항목 및 의견 수렴, 요건정의에 따른 업무설명회 수행, 탠덤 시스템 모니터링 프로젝트 수행 필요한 기능을 개발 할 것이다. 또한 시스템 운영자 입장에서 실시간 모니터링 서비스를 통하여 업무(Application)프로그램의 전송지연 및 장애 원인을 한눈에 파악 점검 하도록 하며 각 기능별 시스템(System)별 장애 감시 통하여 사용자에서 현재 상태를 종합음성경보(SMS) 구축 연계하여 지원한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 중요한 요소로 기존의 많은 Unix나 Tandem 환경의 시스템관리 기능을 비교 분석을 통하여 보다 효율성이 높은 고객서비스 기능과 업무지원이 가능한 실시간 시스템관리 모니터링 툴을 개발 한다.

Video protocol analysis is a popular and effective technique in many research disciplines including industrial design and HCI for understanding the interactions between people, and between people and machines. Analysing and transcribing video recordings is, however, notoriously time consuming, and a variety of single-user computer based tools have been developed to ease the task. This paper examines collaborative video analysis. The motivation for groupware tools for video analysis is described, and the desirable features of such tools are identified. The following section reviews related work on video analysis and on single-user video analysis tools. The review is used to derive a set of design goals for collaborative video analysis tools. We then detail prototype's user interface, its collaborative facilities, and its implementation. The preliminary evaluation is described prior the conclusions which identify directions for further work.

Scheduling management is one of the most important factors for the efficient performance of construction projects. Various computer-aided solutions for schedule management have been developed, but they are not commonly used in practice. This study conducted surveys on scheduling management methods and the related solutions to identify their status and problems in practice. Based on the results of the surveys, this study also developed a scheduling assistant program to improve the usability of scheduling management solutions. Through the developed program, the usability of scheduling management solutions will be improved in practice, thus enabling efficient scheduling management.

This study examined the job competence of the staff at the center for teaching and learning(CTL) in university and to find out the level of job competence, which has been asked to the staff of the CTL. For that, the factor of the job competence, which is required of the staff of the CTL, was inquired through a literature review. Based on the job competence, this study examined the required job competence of the staff in Daejeon city and Chungnam province. The result suggests that the job competence required of staff are the basic job competence, planning-analysis job competence, management job competence for the project, and evaluation job competence. The first factor in basic job competence is the attitude to change and innovation. In the planning-analysis job competence, the first factor is an analysis and consultation of instruction. In managing the job competence for the project, the first factor is the management of human resources, and the first factor in evaluating the job competence is an evaluation of the effectiveness of the media. Therefore, to revitalize the CTL, there is a need to organize an expert pool, plan and support program that is suitable for professional development.

As the research environment, such as Open Science, has recently changed, the scope of research support services conducted by university libraries is also expanding. In particular, there is a movement that needs to develop research support services of university libraries that are suitable for this through a clear understanding of the research life cycle centering on overseas. The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions that university libraries can refer to when developing research support services that can systematically support all phases of the research life cycle. To this end, the research life cycle was divided into five stages, "planning," "project," "publishing," "preservation" and "disseminating" and the research support services provided at each stage were examined around the cases of U.S. and domestic university libraries. Based on the implications obtained from the case, a service plan was proposed for domestic university libraries to systematically support each phase of the research life cycle.

SDR 영상과 함께 HDR 버전 제작을 함께 요청하는 프로젝트가 점점 늘어나는 추세다. 어느 정도 규모의 업체에서는 고가의 HDR 레퍼런스 모니터와 라이선스 비용을 지불하고 비교적 편리하게 작업할 수 있다. 상황이 그렇지 못할 경우 최소의 비용으로 장비를 구매하고, 기존 장비와 호환성을 점검하고, 컬러링 어플리케이션에서 지원하는 기능을 활용하여 최선의 워크플로를 구성해야 한다. 또한 SDR 버전을 HDR 버전으로 제작하거나 HDR 영상을 SDR 버전으로 변환할 때 장면마다 다시 보정하는 일을 최소화하기 위한 세심한 보정이 필요하다. 본 원고에서는 동시에 촬영된 BT.709 기반의 HD 프록시 영상과 RAW로 촬영된 UHD 원본 영상을 활용하여 변환 작업에서 주의 깊게 살펴보아야 할 사항들을 알아보도록 하겠다.

최근 변전소용 IED는 IEC61850의 적용을 기점으로 하여 기술적으로 더 많은 발전을 거듭하고 있다. IED에 더 다양한 기술을 포함하면서 안정적이고 확실한 동작을 요구하는 것은 기본이고, 사용자 위주의 Interface와 편리한 관리 도구도 요구되어 진다. 이에 따라 IED를 PC로 제어하고 관리하기 위한 소프트웨어 또한 기술적으로 발전해야 하는 상황이다. 소프트웨어는 기본적으로 실시간 관리와 프로젝트 관리 그리고 다수의 IED지원 등의 기능을 가져야 하며 이를 구현하기 위하여 여러 가지 방식의 아키텍처 패턴이 적용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 IED를 관리하는 소프트웨어에 적용될 수 있는 아키텍처를 제시함으로써 소프트웨어 구현에 대한 방향을 모색해 보았다.

산업안전 문제는 과거 기업의 인사노무 관리에서 뒷전에 밀리는 경향을 보였으나 요즘은 다르다. 사업주와 근로자의 안전에 대한 인식이 높아지며 산업재해 예방은 기업 인사관리의 주요 관심사의 하나로 자리 잡았다. 그러나 영세 소규모 기업들은 산재 예방에 대한 투자 여력 부족에 따라 아직도 산재가 매우 빈번하게 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이런 점에서 한국산업안전공단이 주도적으로 영세 중소기업의 산재예방을 위한 시설투자 자금, 환경 개선 자금을 지원하는 '클린사업장 조성사업(클린사업)'은 실효성 높은 재해방지 프로젝트로 평가되고 있다. 인쇄업계의 관심도 매우 크다. 재해예방과 작업환경 개선에 도움을 주는 이 사업은 구인난 해소에도 크게 기여하고 있다.

본 논문에서는 워크스페이스 기반 소프트웨어 형상관리 (Software Configuration Management, SCM) 시스템의 설계와 그 구현 방법에 대하여 논한다. 워크스페이스는 팀 단위의 협업 개발을 지원하기 위한 통합 환경으로, 형상항목(configuration item)에 대한 버전관리와 병렬 개발 프로세스를 제공한다. 본 연구는 이러한 워크스페이스 기반의 협업 개발 환경과 함께 프로젝트 관리 변경 프로세스 관리 기능을 결합한 통합 소프트웨어 형상관리 시스템 구축을 목표로 한다.

에너지절약전문기업(ESCO ; Energy Service Company)은 프로젝트 초기에 제3자의 에너지사용시설에 먼저 투자를 한 후 이 투자시설에서 발생하는 에너지절감액으로 투자비와 이윤을 회수하는 기업이다. ESCO로 지정받은 에너지 전문업체는 특정건물이나 시설에서 에너지 절약시설을 도입할 때 비용 전액을 일단 ESCO 업체가 투자하고, 그 후 여기서 얻어지는 에너지절감 예산에서 투자비를 일정기간 분할 상환받는다. 우리나라는 지난 1993년 ESCO 사업 지원 제도를 도입하여 지난 1998년부터 정부의 활성화 정책과 국내 유가상승 등에 힘입어 매년 1,000억원 이상의 투자실적을 보이고 있다. 본지는 ESCO사업에 대해 자세히 알아본다.
