  • The companies need the enterprise-wide support environment to build the competency to gather VOM(Voice of Market) in the process of preparing and implementing the strategy and to help establishing and managing the business process in order to secure the continuous competitive edge The enterprise-wide support environment to establish, operate, improve and evaluate the business process must be carried out. In this paper we define the method to define process and business rule in order to enable accurate execution of the process. Furthermore, collection and refection of accurate data concerning the competency of individuals, the subjects of the process execution, allows prevention of weakness of the process execution result and is the basis for identifying the areas of improvement. Therefore, high visibility can be attained through the work knowledge and processes presented in rules, and it can help firmly establish the process centered work culture (or system) in the organization by process improvement strictly based on data.

  • 최근 기업의 각 업무가 정보화 되면서 부문별, 업무별 정보시스템의 데이터 간에 심각한 중복성과 불일치성의 문제가 대두되면서 데이터 품질관리에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 연구는 실제로 데이터 표준 관리와 데이터 요구사항 관리를 통매 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스를 개선한 사례를 제시함으로써 데이터 품질 향상을 위해 노력하는 타 기업들에게 도움을 주고자 하였다. 또한, 개선된 데이터 품질 관리 프로세스에 대한 다차원적인 평가로서 데이터 품질, 생산성, 고객만족도, 조직 및 문화의 측면에서 정성 적이고 정량적인 지표를 통한 개선효과를 살펴보고 평가함으로써 제안된 프로세스에 의해 품질수준이 향상되었음을 검증하였고 평가 분석을 통한 시사점을 도출하였다.

  • There are many problems such as uncertainty of sequencing and irrational interdependence of processes in work breakdown structure of construction project. This study suggests work structuring for improving work reliability and transparency of processes to solve problems of work breakdown structure. Also, It proposes a process design diagram The goal of improving process design by work structuring is to make work flow more reliable and quick while delivering value to the customer. The process design diagram aims at achieving lean project objectives, such as, reduction in the share of non-value adding activities, increased transparency, process simplification and increased product flexibility.

  • Ontology can be used as a formal and demonstrative knowledgebase that can express the thinking process of human. Software Development Process is a collection of ideal practices and procedural system that is performed by mature organization with high capability. Due to complexity of process, however, Software development Process often results in obstruction of introducing and improving simple process activity. While introducing and improving software development process, application of ontology to complex software development process is more approachable by showing deductive results of relationship between ISO/IEC 15504 and CMMI. In this paper, we demonstrate a methodology that utilizes the improved process database conceptually mapping between ISO/IEC 15504 and CMMI using ontology.

  • The construction failures can be decreased by continuously improving the construction process based upon the information of construction failures. Herein, the information of construction failures can be utilized as the key factor far identifying the ineffective process and providing the improved construction process that can prevent failures. The objective of this research is to suggest a model for improving construction process continuously by using the information of construction failures. An extended review and analysis of literatures related to the construction failure are performed to investigate the definition, type, cause, and lesson teamed of failure. This research also identifies that process modeling methodology and case-based reasoning are applicable to the construction process improvement, and then it suggests a framework of CIMCP(continuous improvement model of construction process based on the module of case-based reasoning such as case retrieval, case index, and case adaptation.

  • In order to The certification of CMMI level is positioned as the most important part of software development company competitiveness. From that point, you will be able to find the various CMMI based process improvement activities of the companies in the above. This paper presents the activity method, such as organization, process application method for the CMMI based process improvement, through the field application. Based on that, this paper enables you to understand the model application method. And we also carry out the application case analysis of defect management with the schedule/effort analysis and colleague's check activity to show the improvement effectiveness, based on the quantitative analysis. And we present the problem and improvement part of real application. The result of this paper will be used to understand the effectiveness of quantitative process management, mentioned in the CMM. And furthermore, we also expect this paper to be useful for the organization to improve the process based on CMM in the future.

  • 최근 많은 기업들이 조직 내의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 CMMI 레벨 획득을 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 기존의 CMMI 지원 솔루션들은 특정 프로세스 영역별로 분리되어 제한적으로 활용됨으로써 원활한 평가 지원에 한계가 있다. 따라서 소프트웨어 단계별 프로세스 전반에 걸쳐 툴, 자산 그리고 산출물들의 연계적 적용, 관리를 지원하는 통합 저장소 활용이 절대적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 CMMI 관련 툴, 방법론 그리고 다양한 문서 등을 효과적으로 관리 지원을 위한 통합 저장소인 PARMS(Process Assets Repository Management System) 개발 기술에 대해 서술한다. 즉, 통합 저장소 아키텍처와 메타데이터를 설계하고, 통합 모델을 제시한다. 이들 모델을 기반으로 하여 기 개발된 각 도구간의 효과적 네트워킹을 위한 미들웨어 아키텍처 구현은 CBD 개발 기법을 적용한다. 그리고 구현된 프로토타이핑 시스템 실행 예를 제시하고 저장소 평가 모델을 적용하여 평가한다. 이를 통해 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 기존의 지원 도구로부터 산출되는 이질적인 산출물들을 통합하여 보다 쉽고 간편한 제어 및 관리를 가능케 하며, 통합된 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 자산을 통해 CMMI의 인증 지원에 유용한 도구로 활용가능하다.

  • The processes for verification of performance records in construction have many problems according to construction firm's participating in some of the processes. This study analyzed about current processes and provided improved processes with IDEF method. As the result of this study, it was found that 'As-Is' model has many repetition of activities and 'To-Be' model has three times more effective than 'As-Is' model has. The data modeling which is available for 'To-Be' model was also suggested.

  • The processes for management of historical data in construction have many problems according to construction firm$^{\circ}{\phi}$s participating in some of the processes. This study analyzed about current process and provided improved processes with IDEF method and simulation. The proposed $\lceil$To-Be$\rfloor$ model is more effective than $\lceil$As-Is$\rfloor$ model according to the result of simulation performance. It is revealed that the productivity in the construction company is more improved than that of the owner from the results of the system simulation.
