최근 웹의 활성화로 인하여 인터넷이 대중화되면서 지리 정보 시스템 분야에서도 웹 기반의 공간 데이터의 검색 및 관리의 필요성이 대두되었다. 또한, 지리 정보 시스템에서 다루는 공간 데이터는 가변적이고 대용량이기 때문에 이러한 데이터를 효율적으로 처리하기 위해서는 공간 OODBMS의 사용이 적합하다. 이러한 웹 기반 공간 OODBMS를 사용하는 실제 응용프로그램에서 다중 사용자 환경에서의 협동 작업이 효율적으로 수행되기 위해서는 개별적인 객체 중심의 버전 관리에 그치지 않고 일정 영역내의 연관된 버전화된 객체들의 집합인 복합 객체를 효율적으로 관리하는 것이 절실히 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다중 사용자 환경에서 연관된 버전화된 집합인 복합 객체를 효율적으로 관리하는 웹기반 공간 OODBMS를 위한 형상 관리자를 설계 및 구현한다. 이를 위해 형상 관리 기능을 지원하는 기존의 시스템인 Open OODB와 RCS, 그리고 SCM에서의 형상 관리 모델에 대해서 알아보고, 형상 관리자의 관리 모델과 자료 구조를 설명한 후 형상 관리자 설계시의 고려사항에 대해서 언급한다. 마지막으로, 형상 관리자의 구성 모듈과 형상 관리가 API에 대하여 기술한다.

Due to the recent increase in various problems from underground development in urbanized areas, accurate underground facility information management is highly needed. Therefore, in this study, in order to utilize the Integration Map of Underground Goespatial Information in real time on-site, the function of comparing the mutual location of the GPR (Ground Penetration Radar) sensing data and the Integration Map of Underground Goespatial Information, and function of analyze underground facilities, and function of converting surveying data into a shape file through position correction & attribute editing in a 3D space, and the function of submitting the shape file to the Integration Map of Underground Goespatial Information mobile center was defined and developed as a program. In addition, for the on-site application test of the development program, scenarios used at the underground facility real-time survey site and GPR exploration site were derived, and four sites in Seoul were tested to confirm that the use scenario worked properly. Through this, the on-site utilization of the program developed in this study could be confirmed, and it would contribute to the confirmation of the quality of Shape-file and the "update automation" of "Integration Map of Underground Goespatial Information". In addition, it is expected that the development program will be further applied to the Underground Facility Map's Accuracy Improvement Diffusion Project' promoted by the MOLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport).

This Paper describes a new program called DEM Generator need to process DEM from LiDAR data or digital map data. It is difficult to generate raster DEM from LiDAR mass point data sets and digital maps too large to fit into memory. The DEM Generator was designed to process DEM and shaded relief image of GeoTiff format in order of streaming meshes; I/O minimize tag, delaunay triangle, natural neighborhood or TIN, temporary files and grid. It is expected that we can be improved the precision of DEM and solved the time consuming problem of DEM generating of a wider area.

도서관은 사회적 변화와 요구에 따라 그 역할이 점점 확대되고 있으며, 특히 어린이도서관에서 실시하는 문화프로그램에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 어린이도서관의 가치, 기능구현에 문화프로그램이 어떤 역할을 수행하고 있는지 살펴보기 위해 국립어린이청소년도서관과 서울특별시교육청 어린이도서관 웹 사이트를 조사하여 현재 실시하고 있는 문화프로그램의 현황을 주제별, 이용대상별로 내용 분석하였다. 분석 결과 어린이도서관은 독서교육과 문화적 매개공간의 기능을 하고 있으며 향후 공공도서관에서 문화프로그램을 기획하고 운영하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, in order to practice the social inclusion of libraries, the related policies currently announced in the 3rd Comprehensive Library Development Plan were examined, and the current status of tasks promoted by central administrative agencies and metropolitan and provincial libraries was examined based on these policies. As a result, first, in terms of active information welfare realization, various programs and services are being implemented to bridge the knowledge and information gap, but it seems that the scope of the target should be expanded in the future, cooperation with related organizations, and infrastructure improvement. Second, in terms of expanding the openness of the space, the expansion of the open space as an open space and the application of universal design are being performed. In the future, it seems that the scope of universal design application should be expanded in consideration of budget investment for continuous space reconstruction and diversity of users. Third, in terms of linking services across boundaries, services and programs are provided to infants and toddlers, children, women, the elderly, the underprivileged, job seekers, and multicultural families. In the future, it seems that the improvement of the service system for the expansion of inclusive services in libraries should precede, and cooperation between related ministries should be made to provide differentiated services. Finally, it is expected that future policy-making tasks for social inclusion should be considered not only for books, programs, and spaces, but also for librarians' education, establishment of cooperative networks with related organizations, and marketing for services and programs.

최근 GIS 포털에 대한 수요자 요구 사항이 증가하고 있고 기존의 웹 GIS 응용 프로그램 개발 기법과의 연계와 통합이 중요한 연구 주제로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공개 소스인 PostgreSQL - PostGIS를 이용하여 GIS 포털 구축을 위한 응용 설계 연구를 수행하였다. PostgreSQL를 데이터베이스 시스템으로 하여 공간 질의 및 분석 기능 등 GIS 기능을 연동시키는 PostGIS는 서버 GIS 엔진으로 점점 활용 가치가 증가하고 있으나 GIS 포털에서 이를 적용한 사례는 현재까지 보고된 바가 거의 없다. 본 응용 설계는 전체 시스템 설계 보다는 주로 포털에서의 인터페이스 부분을 주로 다루고자 하며 시험 구현 프로그램의 라이브러리는 PostGIS의 C Language Interface(LIBPQ)와 OGC library를 이용하여 공간 데이터에 대한 기본 기능을 구현하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 구글, 다음, 네이버 등과 같은 일반 검색 엔진에서 경쟁적으로 제공하는 웹 맵핑 수준에서 위성영상정보와 지도정보 서비스가 보다 체계적으로 웹 GIS 기술과 연계될 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

There are currently tremendous amount of geotechnical information saved, which has been qcquired for essential application of site selection, plan, design, constructin, repari in the builing work. However, due to the lack of the location data attribute, there has been a trouble in its analysis and GIS implementation. In this study, the geotechnical information aquisition program(PGeo) for real-time database in the field and geotechnical information reporting program(GeoReport) by Web-GIS for additional data input and its reporting function has been developed.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the current state and improvements of the public library services for older adult in Korea. According to the online survey of public libraries in urban areas across the country, a total of 172 libraries responded. Research shows that public libraries generally recognize the importance of elderly users, but there are limitations in active efforts. The priority area for library collection and space/facilities was to be strengthened by the expansion of large type and voice books/periodical books, as well as the need to ask librarians for help to find books in high bookshelves. In the case of library services/programs, the areas that need to be strengthened first were analyzed as social participation programs and humanities programs. The librarians in charge of information services expressed their opinions that more specialized services and programs should be planned and subdivided for the elderly generation in order to provide older adults' services unique to other older adults' service institutions.

Recently, earthquakes have occurred throughout the entire region of Korea and seismic analysis studies have been actively conducted in various fields. SSI analyses studies considering ground have been carried out consistently. However, few comparative analyses have been performed on the dynamic behavior of buildings according to numerical analysis method in the case of the previous dynamic analyses considering grounds. Therefore, in this study, the dynamic analyses were performed on a high-rise building by using both a finite element program MIDAS GTS NX and a finite difference program FLAC 2D. The results were compared and analyzed each other. As a result, both the maximum compressive and tensile bending stresses of above ground and below ground part were estimated to be a little larger by MIDAS GTS NX than by FLAC 2D. However, the maximum horizontal displacement value, the horizontal displacement distribution, and the position of weak part were turned out to be similar in both analysis programs. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no difference in using either a finite element program or a finite difference program for the convenience of a user for a dynamic analysis.

마이크로 프로세서 구조의 성능을 분서할 때, 트레이스 구동형 모의실험이 광범위하게 수행되고 있으나, 시간과 공간을 많이 차지하기 때문에 비실용적이다. 본 논문에서는 통계적 프로화일링 기법을 이용하여 다양한 하드웨어 사양을 갖는 수퍼스칼라 마이크로 프로세서의 성능간 통계적 모의실험에 의하여 측정하는 기법에 대하여 연구하였다. 이것을 위하여 SPEC 2000 벤치마크 프로그램의 특성을 통계적 프로화일링 기법으로 모델링하고 여기서 얻은 통계적 프로화일을 바탕으로 벤치마크 트레이스를 합성하여 모의실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 다양한 하드웨어 구성에 대하여 비교적 높은 정확도를 얻을 수 있었다.
