Purpose: This study was designed to develop and evaluate the a web-based simulation program on patient rights education using integrated decision making model into values clarification for nurse students. Methods: The program was designed based on the Aless & Trollip model and Ford, Trygstad-Durland & Nelms's decision model. Focus groups interviews, surveys on learning needs for patient rights, and specialist interviews were used to develop for simulation scenarios and decision making modules. The simulation program was evaluated between May, 2011 and April, 2012 by 30 student nurses using an application of the web-based program evaluation tools by Chung. Results: Simulation content was composed of two scenarios on patient rights: the rights of patients with HIV and the rights of psychiatric patients. It was composed of two decision making modules which were established for value clarifications, behavioral objective formations, problems identifications, option generations, alternatives analysis, and decision evaluations. The simulation program was composed of screens for teacher and learner. The program was positively evaluated with a mean score of $3.14{\pm}0.33$. Conclusion: These study results make an important contribution to the application of educational simulation programs for nurse students' behavior and their decision making ability in protecting the patient rights.

정보들을 잘 다루는 소수의 인재들만으로도 국가의 경제적 부가가치가 크게 높아지고 있는 지금, 이러한 변화에 맞추어 고급 두뇌인력을 배출하는 영재교육에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히 수학, 과학영재에 관한 연구는 무수히 많이 이루어져 있으나 정작 21세기 정보화 사회를 이끌어갈 정보영재에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 그러므로 현재 우리나라 정보영재교육에서 무엇보다 시급한 것은 정보영재들의 인지적 정의적 특성에 대한 실증적인 자료의 분석과 이에 대한 연구이다. 그렇다면 정보영재들의 특성은 실제로 어떠할까 라는 의문이 제기된다. 영재관련 연구 중 많이 인용되며 정의적 요소가 포함된 Renzulli(1978)의 삼원모델(Three-ring model)을 보면 영재의 특성을 극단적으로 높을 필요는 없는 '평균 이상의 능력', '높은 창의성', '높은 과제 집착력'으로 보고 있다. 본 고에서는 정보영재들의 특성을 Renzulli(1978)의 삼원모델(Three-ring model)에 의거하여 두 가지 관점에서 분석해 보았다. 첫째, 정보영재집단의 특성은 일반학생집단과 비교해 보았을 때 어떠한 점이 다른가? 둘째, 일반영재집단과 정보영재집단을 비교해 보았을 때 어떠한 차이점이 있는가? 본 고에서 분석 제시되는 연구결과들은 정보영재성을 정의하고, 그에 따른 판별도구 및 정보영재교육프로그램 개발을 위한 실증적 자료가 되어 우리나라 실정에 부합하는 정보영재교육을 수립해 나가는 데에 주춧돌이 될 것이다.

In this paper, We propose the real-time monitor and control mechanism based-on web service for intelligent robot called URC(Ubiquitous Robotic Companion). URC is intelligent robot designed to interact with external digital device that can communicate through wire or wireless. In this paper, we designed the result of this study into the target robot called NETTORO and proved its practical worth. we optimized web-service technology in Embedded system environment so that can monitor and control indoors in remote place through acquired information from various sensors / actuators and then we designed. Also, we described command port to WSDL, so that can apply variously such as web server or application program in AXIS engine through gSOAP transmission protocol.

Currently, various cellular phone products with multiple functions and diverse designs are coming out in the cellular phone market. Companies have been developing their products for profit maximization, considering preferences of customers. In this article, we have created 18 profiles using the SPSS program and executed a survey to analyze preferences of college students. Also, we have grasped the relative importance of each attribute using conjoint analysis and executed clustering analysis to make market segmentation by binding the respondents who have similar partial value utilities. Lastly, by choice simulation, we have predicted market shares of 18 virtual products.

This study aims to improve bibliographic data of public libraries by linking service data, which are produced out of library service programs. Service data collected from the seven award-winning public libraries were selected and analyzed. A Bibliographic Framework is used for linking bibliographic data and service data. Interfaces are also suggested for the two-way data linking. The results can be used to obtain 1) selective and value-added bibliographic data, 2) bibliographic data updated continuously throughout the lifecycle, 3) structured service data for preservation and sharing, and 4) bibliographic data linked to the additional external linked data.

This study investigated the U.S. green job training framework and specific training programs designed to respond to diverse green skill needs of industry at the federal and state level, and looked for policy directions for improving governmental job training programs in the field of new growth engine industries of Korea. As with any training program, training programs for green jobs should be responsive to the particular economic growth potential, employer needs, and workforce realities in a given country or region. The findings of the study are expected to contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of the Korean job training programs in the new growth engine industries.

연구 개발 자본으로 생활을 하고 있는 미국은 그 자본이 점점 부족되고 있다는 사실에 머지않아 직면하여야 한다. 이 말은 스텐포오드 연구소 소장 찰스 에이 앤더슨씨가 1971년 8월22일자 누우요오크 타임지에서 한말이다. 앤더스씨가 말한 이 추세는 점점 과속화되고 있는 것 같다. 미국 과학재단의 과학지표에 의하면 미국은 생산성에 있어서나 새로운 기술개발에 있어서 우위를 급속히 상실하고 있다. 이 보고서는 증거로써 다음과 같은 사실을 인용 하고 있다. 1960년과 1974년 사이에 생산성에 있어서 미국의 우위는 미국의 가장 가까운 경쟁자인 블란서 보다 거의 2배였던 것이 이제 20%-25%로 떨어졌다. 미국 특허현황(미국인에게 내준 외국 특허에서 외국인에게 내준 미국특허를 뺀것)은 1966년 이래 30% 감소 되었다. 미국은 연구개발에 종사하는 과학기술자의 수가 최근에 감소된 유일한 주요연구 개발국이다. 기술개발에 있어서의 이와같은 둔화는 기업과 정부에 대한 점증하는 압력과 관련이 있는 것 같다. 스텐포오드 연구소의 기업정보 프로그램 이사인 파올 쉬에이씨는 오늘날 거의 모든 연구소들이 정부, 기업 ,대학 및 교회의 공격을 받고 있다고 지적한다. 쉬에이씨는 「아마 가장 두드러진 예는 기업들이 규제당하는 정도일 것이라고 」말한다. 새로운 그리고 더 엄격한 표준이 가치변경결과와 정부에 가해지고 있는 일반의 요구로 인해서 부과되고 있다.고 말한다. 그는 게속해서 「10년 전에는 몇 사람이나 회사에 대한 계급소송, 확인소송 도는 환경소송이라느 말을 들었겠는가?」그러나 오늘날 대부분의 회사가 한 두 가지의 이와같은 법적인 도전에 직면하고 있다고 한다. 기술까지도 공격을 받고 있다. 끝없는 기술평가 진술서를 요구하는 환경보호론자들의 요구는 회사들이 핼발전소, 근해석유 시추와 같은 사업에 투자하는 것을 점점 거리게 만들고 있다. 반면 에너지 위기는 더욱 심해지고 있다.

The ultimate objective of environmental education is to develop characteristics of the affective domain being the basis for environmental behavior. As this need, the researchers developed a modular program for environmental values education suited elementary school's actuality. In practice of program development, researchers analyzed the contents of environmental education in current curriculum. Researchers set up development principles of modular program according to the level of elementary moral development. The system of this modular program consists of three levels like environmental awareness, environmental literacy, environmental responsibility, and each module is made up of three subjects representing these levels. So this modular program is classified with three level's modular group like low grade, center grade, and high grade. And set in array after selecting value strategies suited each grade level. The expectant effects of this program for environmental values education are as follows: Students form sound environmental values and attitudes for environment through various strategies that develop environmental awareness and environmental literacy. And those strategies provides various experiences to construct knowledge, value, and attitude about environment by oneself working together with teacher. So teacher and students can utilize easily at school or in nature. Besides, since it relates with single environmental problem from awareness to participation about environment, teachers can conduct elementary environmental curriculum more systematically and effectively.

Marina industry is growing as a higher value-added business. This study aims to develop a tool that measures marina service quality from marina users' perspective. As the result of empirical analysis, five of marina service quality aspects including physical facilities, support services, activity programs, employees' attitude, and safety were drawn. In addition, 20 measurement items whose reliability and validity were verified were suggested. The scale developed by this study is not only an important tool to measure marina service quality but also contributes to marina service quality control, and seem, to provide useful information for establishing marketing strategies.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of quality factors on value, satisfaction and loyalty in a wine training program. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: Structural verification of the wine training program loyalty model showed that the quality of the wine training program positively affected both value (p<0.001) and satisfaction (p<0.001). Further, the value of the wine training program positively affected satisfaction (p<0.01), which in turn positively influenced loyalty (p<0.001). The quality of the wine training program was presented as solicitude for students, textbook and curriculum, qualification and confidence of lecturer and staff, and training quality, whereas the value of the program was composed of sense of belonging, promotion of self-esteem, good impression on others, and improvement of social status. Therefore, the wine training institute's intensive management of the quality and value of the program could induce students' loyalty by enhancing satisfaction for the wine training program.
