Makerspace was constructed to assist the public in creating new business, industry and market opportunities by combining their creative ideas with technology. So far, in Korea, a total of 58 makerspaces have been constructed and are running currently. Makerspaces are equipped with a variety of high-tech devices such as 3D printing technology and a laser cutter as means for transforming ideas into their prototypes. In this study, we examined users' experiences in makerspaces using online questionnaires and face-to-face interviews. We then presented motivations for using makerspace, interest in using it, concerns about using technologies, and other issues related to using makerspaces. Based on the results, we proposed three suggestions to improve users' experiences in makerspaces. These suggestions include: (1) supporting teaching and learning practices in makerspaces, (2) providing professional development opportunities for instructors in makerspaces, and (3) promoting innovative services that accommodate diverse users' needs.

기존의 정보보호시스템들은 이미 확보된 시그니처 또는 이전에 분석된 정보를 기반으로 악성코드에 대응하고 있기 때문에, 시그니처가 알려지지 않은 악성코드 또는 변형된 악성코드의 경우, 탐지 및 식별에 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해, 무결성을 검증하는 화이트리스트 기반의 응용프로그램 실행제어, 매체제어, 레지스트리 보호, 중요 파일 변경 방지, 프로세스 접근 역접속 IP/포트 통제 등의 기술을 복합적으로 적용하여, 악성코드의 침입뿐만 아니라 운영체제 및 응용프로그램 취약점을 기반으로 한 익스플로잇 공격으로부터 단말 PC를 더욱 확실하게 보호할 수 있도록 한 엔드포인트 응용프로그램 실행 통제 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 프로토타입 형태로 개발하여 실 환경에서 통합테스트를 하여 공공기관, 금융기관, 통신사 등 실제 환경에 적합한 기술 및 기능임을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 실행 전 응용프로그램 무결성 검증과 실행 후 응용프로그램 실행 흐름 통제를 복합적으로 사용하여 알려진 악성코드 시그니처 정보에 의존한 기존 정보 보호 시스템과는 달리 알려지지 않은 악성코드까지 원천적으로 차단할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구에서는 2010년도 154kV, 34skV 및 765kV 송전 계통을 대상으로 전력 조류 계산 및 과도 안정도 해석 프로그램을 개발하여 새로 건설되는 대용량 원전 전력계통의 안전성을 평가하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 실계통 전체 송전망 및 전국 발전기 모선을 대상으로 전력 조류계산, 3상 단락 고장계산, 과도안정도 계산을 위하여 통합된 형태의 MS-Windows 기반 프로그램 패키지로 개발되었다. 프로그램의 효용성 검증을 위한 사례연구로 2010년의 송전계통에 대한 전력 조류를 계산하여 과도안정도를 해석한 결과 대용량 원전 전력계통은 극단적인 경우를 제외하고는 과도적으로 안정함을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 전력IT 국책과제로 선정된 한국형 에너지 관리시스템(Korean Energy Management System, K-EMS)의 네트워크 해석 프로그램 중 하나인 급전원 조류계산(Dispatcher Power Flow, DPF) 프로그램의 구축 및 통합에 대해서 다룬다. 여기에서는 조류계산의 기본기능 보다는 실시간 운영을 위한 DB, 프로세스, 화면 간 연계방법을 설명하고, 기존 Off-line 검토용 조류계산 프로그램과의 차이점 및 급전원 조류계산 환경에 대해 서술한다. 본 논문에 소개된 급전원 조류계산 프로그램은 K-EMS의 중간 결과물인 Baseline 단계의 성과이며, 국내 실계통 데이터를 취득하여 성공적으로 실증시험을 마친 결과임을 밝혀둔다.

Purpose : This study aims to suggest social support composed of organizational support and managerial support would be systematically managed to enhance Disaster Operations Management at Seoul Emergency Operations Center. Method : Emotional labor was used as an independent variable, and organizational commitment was used as a dependent variable to analyze the mediating effects of social support. Results : First, in the aspect of organizational support, the objective evaluation of disaster situation management, disaster situation management emotional labor reduction education and training program development, monitoring of disaster situation management, quality improvement and work imbalance mitigation of firefighters, and emergency coordination managers are needed for systematic work management for emotional labor settlement. Secondly, it is necessary to select competent firefighters in the level of managerial support, to prepare healing measures for structured phased emotional labor for firefighters, and to have counseling competency for managers for emotional labor firefighting officers. Conclusion : In order to improve disaster management ability, education and training programs should be developed to improve organizational commitment based on social support.

Objectives: The oriental medical care has been getting popular in community health centers because of uniqueness, changing of disease patterns, and increasing of elderly population. From 1998, oriental medical doctors has been working in several rural community health centers for their military obligations. At this point of time, it is necessary to evaluate the oriental public health doctors system. This study was performed to investigate the utilization patterns, the degree of satisfactions, needs of oriental medical care service provided by community health center in a designated Gun area. This study focused on the need for extending over Myun area of community health center's oriental medical care services. Methods: Person-to-person interview survey method through a structured questionnaire was done by a personnel at a oriental medical care service room in a Gun community health center. The major statistical method used for the analysis were the t-test, ANOVA, and logistic analysis. Results: The total number of responded subjects in this study was 163 residents. Among these 65.0% were aged 61 or over, and only 13.5% recognized themselves were healthy. 73.7% of the respondents demanded establishment of more oriental medical care services provided by community health center to other Myun area. Factors affecting the need for enlargement of oriental medical care service room were education level, subjective awareness of access to community health center, and cost satisfaction of oriental medical service provided by community health center. Thus, a resident who had graduation of middle school achievement or above(OR=3.35), had a long way to center(OR=2.47), satisfied with oriental medical service cost(OR=2.78) had demonstrated increased chance of need by logistic regression analysis.

식품분야는 기술의 발전속도가 비교적 빠르지 않으나 적용범위가 광범위하므로 정량적인 분석 방법을 도입하여 연구트렌드를 분석함으로써 연구테마 및 아이템을 발굴하는데 시사점을 제공 할 수 있다. 미국 NIH에서는 인체 미생물체의 메타지노믹스 연구를 시작하는 등 선진국을 중심으로 제2의 휴먼지놈프로젝트라고 불리는 장내미생물 균총에 대한 연구결과가 속속 제시되고 있다. 이런 측면에서 human microbiome 연구동향을 분석하여 식품 관련연구에 활용하기 위해 특허와 논문의 서지정보를 활용하여 정량적인 분석을 시도하였다. 분석대상은 1992년 이후로 2011년 말까지 전세계에 출원된 human microbiome 관련 특허와 논문을 대상으로 하였고, 분석프로그램은 Thomson Reuters에서 제공하는 Thomson Innovation을 사용하였다.

신조어 조사용 프로그램은 웹에 실시간으로 등록되는 언론 기사를 수집하는 웹 에이전트를 개발하여 텍스트를 추출하고, 간단한 어휘 분석을 통하여 국어사전에 등록된 표제어와 이미 연구자가 발견한 기존의 신조어를 제외하고 새롭게 생성된 신조어를 추출하는 작업을 하는 도구이다. 인터넷의 언론 사이트에서 규칙적인 URL 패턴을 발견하고 뉴스 기사를 수집한다. HTML 소스 분석을 통하여 언론 기사만을 추출하고 이 기사에서 사전의 표제어와 기존에 조사된 신어를 제외하여 국어 전공자가 신어를 찾아내는 작업을 하는데 사용하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

평판재하시험은 재하시험시 표층의 매우 잘 다져진 곳에 대한 지지력 계수를 획득하여 실다짐도를 과대 평가하는 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 이에 착안하여 응력도달 범위가 작은 평판재하시험을 지양하고 콘관입시험으로부터 획득되는 노상의 관입지수로부터 지반의 다짐도를 추정할 수 있는 콘관입시험기와 구동시스템 및 해석 프로그램을 개발하였다.

1962년 Lockheed Georgia사의 기술정보실이 자동화하기 시작했을 때, 그 자동화 시스팀을 프로그램화 하기 위해 상당한 심사숙고를 한 끝에 준비 작업에 들어가게 되었다. 물론 이 시스팀이 모든 요구조건을 다 채워 줄 수 없으리라는 것을 알고 있었지만 당시로서는 가장 훌륭한 자동화 프로그램을 개발했다고 생각했었다. 현재 그 시스팀은 자동화 계획의 네번째 단계에 와 있는데 더 진전시키지 못한 이유는 기계화된 시스팀을 이용하는 과정에서 많은 문제점들이 발견되었기 때문으로 설사 자동화가 시작되었다 해도 이러한 문제점들을 피할 수 있을지는 아직 의문이다.
