A novel diagnosis scheme PCADP(personalized computer aided diagnosis probability) is proposed to overcome the problems mentioned above. PCADP scheme is a personalized diagnosis method based on ontology and it makes the bio-data analysis just a 'process' in the Smart healthcare service system. In addition, we offer a semantics modeling of the smart healthcare ontology framework in order to describe smart healthcare data and service specifications as meaningful representations based on this PCADP. The PCADP scheme is a kind of statistical diagnosis method which has real-time processing, characteristics of flexible structure, easy monitoring of decision process, and continuous improvement.

In the recent IT industry, security has established itself as the factor to be considered the most in the software development. It goes without saying that security is the critical factor for the development of information security products. In the evaluation of the information security products, the security is assured by the security architecture requirement (ADV_ARC). However, the Absence of the systematic software security architecture process makes it difficult to guarantee the security quality consistently even though they are evaluated based on common criteria. In this paper, we propose a way to ensure a consistent security quality applying the software security framework in BSIMM.

정부의 정보화 사업에 대한 투자 성과평가는 중요한 연구주제 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 노동부의 산업 인력정보화 사업인 워크넷(work.go.kr)에 대한 성과지표를 도출하고 이를 분석하고자 한다. 국가 정보화 사업에 대한 성과지표에 대해서는 특히 민간기업과는 달리 해당 기관의 공익적 목적이 함께 고려되어 평가되어야 한다. 산업인력정보화 사업의 목적은 혁신적이고 효율적인 대국민 서비스를 통하여 산업인력의 원활한 유지 및 실직된 인력의 재 양성을 통한 노동시장 재분배 등의 노동정책을 지원하는 것이다. 그러나 현재의 성과지표는 이러한 점들에 대한 반영 이 미흡한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 KISDI의 정보화 성과평가 프레임워크를 기반으로 다양한 기존의 공공정보화 성과평가 방법론들의 성과지표를 비교분석 하여 산업인력정보화 사업 성과분석에 필요한 지표들을 도출하였다. 개발된 성과 지표를 적용하여 Performance layer, Business layer, Process layer, Input layer에 따라 워크넷의 도입성과 및 업무 프로세스 개선 효과에 대해서 실증 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 성과지표는 민간 기업의 성과지표와는 차별화된 공공정보화 사업성과 분석 지표로써, 다양한 공공정보화 사업의 성과분석에 적용 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 향후 지속적인 산업인력정보화 사업 성과분석의 기반을 제공하고 효과적인 정책을 추진하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템은 급여, 회계, 인사, 생산, 판매, 물류 등을 포함한 핵심 비즈니스 프로세스를 담고 있는 소프트웨어이다. 인터넷의 등장으로 ERP 시스템이 WEB 기반으로 전환되었고 ERP의 영역도 기업내부에 국한된 것이 아니라 기업간의 거래를 모두 포함하기에 이르렀다. 그러나 ERP 시스템은 회사의 중요한 의사결정 데이터들과 한 Application 안에서 일어나는 Transaction 처리 등의 정보 보안에 대한 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이에 ERP 시스템에도 보안에 대한 필요성이 대두되었으나 ERP 업체들의 대다수는 아직도 구체적인 보안에 대한 방안을 제시하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 결국 비즈니스의 성공도 취약한 기업의 자원을 인증되지 않은 다른 사용자로부터 보호하는 능력에 달려 있으며, 이 연구의 목적은 ERP 시스템의 보안 이슈를 어떻게 다룰 것이며, ERP 보안 요구 사항을 어떻게 모델링 할 것인가에 대한 연구 이다. 현재 나와있는 SAP R/3와 EAGLE ERP의 제품 보안 모델을 비교함으로써 외산 제품과 국산 제품의 보안 요구 사항을 분석 하고, ERP시스템 보안에 대한 고려사항 및 접근 방법을 모델링 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 UML을 이용하여 ERP 시스템 안에서 찾을 수 있는 모든 보안 사항을 점검 하고,UML의 물리적 요소와 논리적 요소를 이용함으로써 ERP 보안을 모델링 하고자 한다. 이 논문을 통하여 ERP 시스템의 각 분야의 담당자가 ERP 보안을 개념적으로 접근 할 수 있도록 할 것이다. 차후 연구 과제는 좀더 구체적인 모델링을 통한 ERP 보안 solution 개발이다.

Recently, several attempts have been made to introduce the process concept to knowledge management (KM) or the knowledge concept to business process management (BPM) in order to combine the advantages of the two approaches. However, clear description about their interrelationship or a comprehensive framework to combine them has not been provided. This paper explores how KM and BPM can complement each other and proposes a framework to integrate the two paradigms. The concept of process knowledge proposed by this paper focuses on the importance of business processes as knowledge, which is overlooked by existing KM or BPM research efforts. The paper proposes a framework that combines and extends the functionalities of existing knowledge management systems (KMSs) and business process management systems (BPMSs) by identifying the functionalities required to manage process knowledge from the lifecycle perspective of both knowledge management and business process management. A prototype system is also presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed framework.

The airport processes are restricted by some limits of performance objects as size of airport, ability of human resources, capacity of facilities and operational rules. These limitations make passenger handling difficult when passenger numbers increase. In order to solve this problem, we modeled the airport process and analyzed departure passenger arrival, scheduled security manpower under specific customer service level maintenance with mixed integer programming and validate the efficiency with simulation with adapting smart airport framework. We concluded that the airport management with information techniques can reduce waiting time within security and immigration process.

This paper presents a design process of light-weighted fuel cell vehicle (FCV) frame to meet design target of natural frequency in early design stage. At first, using validated FE model for the current design, thickness optimization was carried out. Next. optimization process, comprised of beam model size optimization, shell model design and shell model thickness optimization, was investigated for two frame types. In addition, in order to ensure hydrogen tanks safety against rear impact load, structural collapse characteristics was estimated for the rear frame model finally produced from the previous optimization process and, with the target of equal collapse characteristics to the current design model, structural modification with small weight increase was studied through static structural collapse analyses. The same attempt was applied to the front side frame. The results explain that the proposed process enables to design light-weighted frames with high structural performance in early stage.

현재 인터넷상에서 기업간(B2B) 비즈니스를 수행하는 많은 기업들은 자신들의 비즈니스 시스템들이 타 기업의 비즈니스 시스템과 상호운영이 안됨으로 인하여 시장 확장에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이런 상호운영의 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 비즈니스 시스템 개발 회사들과 이용 회사들은 비즈니스 시스템들의 상호운영을 위한 e-비지니스 공용 프레임워크의 표준 스펙인 eCo와 ebXML, 로제타넷 스펙들을 개발하여왔다. 본 논문은 ebXML 환경에서의 e-비즈니스 응용 시스템 개발에 필요한 BPSD(Business Process Specification Document)과 비즈니스 프로세스 처리 엔진 개발 방법 및 CC(Core Coponents) 기반의 XML 비즈니스 문서 저작 도구의 구현에 필요한 스펙의 분석 및 설계에 대한 내용을 기술하고 있다.

This study reviews the life cycle models considering legal and technical characteristics of personal data respectively. Based on the reviews, this research proposes 'consent and management based model of personal data' which is applicable to the domestic IT companies. The model suggested in this paper has characteristics that 'Consent' and 'Management' factors are ㅁpositively considered, which is overlooked in the other models. The validity of the model is examined by two methods, validation of the model of excellence by contrast of the other models, and 'consent' and 'management' factors cover all the life cycle processes. Using this model, IT companies will be contributed to the analysis of the personal data utilization and the development of IT system protection.

Reference modeling for Collaborative Networked Organizations(CNOs) has just started, and Enterprise Architecture Modeling Languages(EAMLs) for CNOs are very few. Lack of reference models makes it difficult for people to communicate with each other and lack of EAMLs also makes it difficult to implement information systems for CNOs. We propose an EAML for CNO called CAML. It supports (1) multi-level modeling based on Model- Driven Architecture of OMG's for expressive power and efficiency of implementations, and (2) multi-focus modeling based on Zachman Framework for completeness of modeling The effectiveness of the CAML is investigated through modeling of a supply chain and execution of change impact analysis.
