The consulting company conducts consulting for the purpose of repurchasing consulting and the intention of repurchase according to the consulting quality appears in the small and medium enterprises which received the consulting service. The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of consulting service quality according to the degree of correspondence. As a result of the questionnaire and statistical analysis for consulting SMEs, it was confirmed that the quality of consulting service affects the intention of repurching consulting, Research shows that even though consulting service quality is high, it does not lead to re-purchase unless it responds appropriately to changes in the environment. In other words, in order to enhance service responsiveness, consulting firm should be able to monitor the market information that changes with service quality and build a response system to respond quickly. However, to generalize it, In order to increase the consulting repurchase intention, further research is needed to supplement the responsiveness of the consulting service in connection with the quality of the consulting service.

Though an internet survey, an alternative method for the off-line survey, has various merits is, it still has some problems such as sampling bias and low reliability from insincerity during survey. Especially the exogenous variables such as sample respondents of the environment should be controlled to make internet survey trustworthy. This study attempts to design and implement such system that can help researchers to control the network and sampling environment and behaviors on respondents. Thru the various Question forms and structured Questionnaire design, this study tries to contribute the improvement of survey satisfaction and the reliability for survey result in internet survey system.

This study analyzed the effects that service convergence factors in the public sector have upon corporate performance via the parameter of overall satisfaction, targeting corporations that have received corporate support service under the auspices of regional industry promotion policies. The results of the analysis indicated that corporate support service quality factors pertaining to support processes and outcomes, excluding quality, have significant influence on overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction also affects corporate performance. Thus, the study is significant in that it provides a sound basis for judging which aspects of corporate support convergence service quality need to be supplemented in order to improve overall satisfaction and corporate performance.

FMS which has a concept that wireless terminal can replace wire terminal services is a technologies that is can provide service costs same as wire terminal in the special zone. Enterprise type of FMC that is developed making up for the weak point is must have to improve voice quality and FMC performance in the soft phone. This paper measure voice quality based on the one way of the total estimated delay time of FMC to carry out IMS services between IP-PBX and FMC soft-phone to operate it's controller optimally and put forward evidence to be in 120ms and 150ms in the VoIP FMC voice quality. To measure FMC performances in four categories evaluated trials and prove its performances.

Though any method in various software development methodology is selected and used in performing IT project, there are quite a few problems in applying it to the project environment, thus customizing effort as a reasonable method is continuously demanded. Therefore, the study attempted to track a basic frame formation process of quality management model applying the software development methodology based on SDLC that is widely used. The study analyzes and modelized an empirical cases of a financial company that is relatively highly rated by expert groups through a variety of trial and error and continued supplementation for it for a long time. And in addition to it, it analyzes cases of public institute project, derives problems, and also proposes a guideline related to creating artifact.

용접관련 국가규격(KS)를 보완하고 지원하는 단체규격을 제정하고 보완하는 단체규격의 정비가 필요하다. 이러한 단체규격은 외국의 유사단체의 규격과 상호인증이 가능하도록 정비되어져야 한다. 용접기술분야에서 단체규격의 주체는 외국의 경우는 용접협회인바 우리나라의 경우는 대한용접학회와 한국용접공업협동조합이 단체규격의 주체가 될 수 있다. 그러나 단체규격의 수준을 높이고 이용 효율을 높이기 위하여 관련 전문가가 적극 참여하여 규격을 정비할 수 있 도록 정부 또는 관련 사업계로부터 지원이 필요하다. 국내 용접관련 규격을 국제적 수준으로 정비하는 사업이 정부주도로 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 사업을 통해 용접관련 규격을 해석하고 산업체에 규격적용의 문제점을 자문할 수 있는 전문가가 양성되어 져야 한다. 이러한 전문가는 우리산업체가 해외에서의 규격관련 분쟁에서 유리한 입장을 지킬 수 있도록 훈련되어져야 한다. 또한 국제 규격 제정 활동에도 참여하여 국가이익을 대표할 수 있어야 한다.

UML을 이용한 소프트웨어의 설계가 널리 이용되고 있으므로 개발단계 초기의 소프트웨어 산출물인 UML을 대상으로 품질을 예측하는 메트릭의 개발 및 활용요구에 대응하기 위하여 메트릭 기술 언어를 개발 하였다. MDL4UML은 UML모델에 적용 가능한 메트릭을 기존 OCL을 이용하여 기술하였을 경우 메트릭의 표현이 복잡하고 측정 대상 UML모델의 깊은 이해가 선행되어야 하는 점을 보완하기 위하여 연구된 메트릭 기술 언어이다. 본 연구에서는 OCL을 이용한 메트릭 기술의 난해함을 보완하기 위한 수단인 MDL4UML을 정의하고 이를 지원하기 위한 도구로 METOOSE를 개발하였다.

최근 성능기준에 의한 평가규정이 시행된 건축물 내화충전구조에 대해 관련 제도운영체계와 국내외 성능평가방법 및 성능기준을 살펴본 후 현재 기준의 보완점과 향후 개선방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 내화충전구조는 방화구획의 기능을 완성시키는 중요한 부분으로서 연구개발 및 시장활성화가 필요하며, 현장 품질을 확보 유지할 수 있는 관리체계가 필요하다. 한편 내화성능 뿐만 아니라 구조거동에 대한 대응 및 내구성에 대한 기술기준의 보완 마련이 필요하다.

정보시스템 감리 시 시간적인 제한과 제한적인 검토로 인하여 문제점 도출에 한계가 있다. 이로 인하여 정보화계획 수립, 분석, 설계, 구현단계 산출물과 시스템에 대한 지적사항이 단편적으로 된다. 본 연구에서는, 정보시스템 감리 보고서에서 지적되었던 프로젝트관리에 대한 검토사항 및 지적사항을 유형별로 분석 하여, 체크리스트를 개선하였고, 이를 적용하여 프로젝트 관리를 효과적으로 하도록 제안하였다. 개선된 체크리스트를 이용하여 정보화 사업관리자가 관리의 포인트로 활용할 수 있고, 감리 시 생산성을 높이며 정보시스템 감리의 품질이 향상 될 것이다. 본 연구에서 제안한 개선된 체크리스트는 향후 자료를 보완하고 유형별 사례를 보완하면 프로젝트 관리 성과 측정 툴로서도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서 차세대 인터넷에서 고품질 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 MPLS 트래픽 엔지니어링의 핵심기술 및 MPLS 시스템의 개발 동향에 대하여 살펴본다. MPLS 트래픽 엔지니어링을 위한 주요 기능으로는 QoS Path 계산/MPLS 신호 프로토콜/QoS 패킷 분류와 분배 기능 등이 있다. QoS Path 계산은 Off-line과 On-line 방식을 통하여 최적의 QoS 경로를 선택하는 기능으로 상호 보완적인 관계에 있으며, MPLS 신호 프로토콜은 LDP에 기반한 CR-LDP와 RSVP에 기반한 RSVP-TE의 두 가지 프로토콜이 IETF에서 표준화 진행중에 있으나 지속적인 보완으로 기술적 우열을 가리기 어려운 상태에 있다. 향후 중점 연구 및 개발 사항으로 네트워크 장애시의 빠른 경로 복구와 부하 분산 등을 통해 네트워크 운용 및 서비스 신뢰도 향상시킬 수 있는 ER-LSP Protection 방법에 대한 연구 및 MPLS 트래픽 엔지니어링을 통한 인터넷망의 고속화 및 안정화를 위해서는 트래픽 엔지니어링 서버에 대한 개발이 요구된다. 또한, QoS 패킷의 분류 및 다양한 응용 서비스 제공을 위해서는 네트워크 프로세스를 이용한 고성능 전달 엔진에 대한 연구가 절실히 요구된다.
