침입방지시스템 솔루션은 차세대에 각광받는 보안시스템으로 국내 외 시장에서 매우 활발한 보안 분야 시장을 형성할 것으로 전망된다. 아울러 국제 시장에 진출하고자 하는 국내 업체들은 검증된 제품임을 증명하는 품질 평가가 요구되고 일반 사용자들은 검증된 제품을 선호하는 추세가 일반적이다. 본 연구에서는 침입방지시스템의 기술개요, 특징 및 침입방지시스템의 품질 평가기준을 소프트웨어 품질평가를 위해 사용되는 국제표준 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 14598의 참조하여 평가항목을 도출하였으며, 도출된 평가항목을 가지고 평가방법 메트릭을 개발하였다.

This paper aims to describe the measurement and improvement of academic library service quality by ISA (Importance-Satisfaction Analysis). This research established service quality model on based LibQUAL+(R). It consisted of 18 items that formed three dimensions, affect of service quality, information control quality, and library as place quality. To execute this research, the service quality according the users' importance and satisfaction of library service is measured through Gaps model and ISA. The data for this case study was collected through the survey conducted the users of the H University library. By applying SPSS 17.0 and Excel 2007, the final 113 surveys were used for analysis.

This study is to propose the characteristics that a desirable quality, especially usability, evaluation method of hospital information systems(HIS) should possess. This study reviews the literature recently published in the academic journals which are in the Science Citation Index or registered by the Korean Research Foundation. Especially, the International Journal of Medical Informatics was the valuable source, providing almost 20 literature. The results reveal the need to develop a domain-specific usability evaluation method that reflects the uniqueness of hospital industry. The results show user-centeredness and context-orientedness are the indispensible characteristics of a HIS quality evaluation method too.

In this paper, We study on the Data Quality Model of ISO/IEC 25012 among the Software product Quality Requirements and Evaluation(SQuaRE) in ISO/IEC 25000 Series. Because of the increasing data, user require the accuracy data, recent data, suitable data for used tools, complied security and not open to be public. We research the data quality management in the point of application of be affect influenced low quality in business. We propose the testing items and we propose the method of the evaluation proposed testing items. We study on the basis international Standards ISO/IEC 25012 and ISO/IEC 9126-2 and we proposed the testing method quantitatively on the basis of ISO/IEC 25000.

전기냉$\cdot$온수기는 종래 사무실등에서만 주로 사용되었으나, 최근 생수공급의 증가와 함께 가정용으로 수요가 급증하고있는 추세에 있어 품질수준을 알아보기 위하여 국내 7개업체의 제품을 대상으로 냉각속도, 보온성능등 22개 항목에 대하여 비교평가를 실시한 결과 대체적으로 양호한 수준인 것으로 나타났으며, 항목별로 분석해 본 결과 유원산업(주)(BIO-201)제품이 타사에 비하여 우수한 항목이 많아 제일 좋은 것으로 나타났고 (주)동

This study designed a research model to improve the service quality of a Construction Technology Digital Library System (CODIL), which is operated to enhance the technical competitiveness of construction and engineering companies. SERVQUAL, LibQUAL+, and DigiQUALTM are models for measuring the library service quality. This study examined the factors used in SERVQUAL, LibQUAL+, and DigiQUALTM to objectively select the measurement factors used in the research model. This study selected the factors that reflect the characteristics of CODIL among the factors investigated. Next, this study was conducted with a sample of CODIL members. The correlations between the independent variables and a dependent variable were analyzed, and the factors and influence of CODIL on the user satisfaction were examined. These results can be used as useful data to improve the service of digital libraries in other specialized fields.

우리나라는 1990년대 후반부터 유기농업에 대한 관심이 높아지기 시작해 유기농산물 생산이 매년 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 유기농업의 관심증대는 유기농업에 사용되는 자재에도 영향을 미치게 되었으며, 친환경농업육성법 제7조에 따른 별표1에 유기농산물 생산을 위해 사용이 허용된 자재 119종을 명시하였다. 또한 이를 원료로 한 친환경유기농자재에 대해 농촌진흥청에서 고시한 '친환경유기농자재 목록공시기준 및 품질규격'에 따라 제품을 평가하여 친환경유기농자재목록에 등재하게 되어있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 친환경유기농자재 등록을 위한 안전성 평가 항목을 유럽에서 적용하고 있는 유기 농자재 목록공시를 위하여 요구되는 FiBL(스위스 국제유기농업연구소)의 평가 항목과 미국 OMRI(미국 유기농자재 평가원)의 평가 항목을 비교하여 도입이 가능한 항목을 검토, 제안하기 위해 수행하였다. 조사 결과는 친환경유기농자재 평가항목의 국 내외 기준 평가와 친환경유기농자재 평가의 국제 규격 부합도 평가, 두 가지로 구분되며, 친환경유기농자재 평가항목의 국 내외 기준 평가 결과 선진국의 평가 항목에 비해 평가항목들이 세분화되어 있지 않고 검토과정이 서면으로 이뤄지기 때문에 전문가들의 평가에도 한계가 있었다. 따라서 OMRI 및 FiBL의 평가항목 중 국내에 도입 가능한 항목을 수집하여 평가항목 개선방안(표 1)을 제시하였다. 국제 규격 부합도 평가 결과 친환경유기농자재 관련 법규 및 규정의 분산으로 인해 생산자 및 수요자가 자재 등록 및 사용에 어려움이 따르고 있고, 미국 OMRI의 경우 자재를 자체적으로 분석하여 검토하는 절차에 반해 우리나라의 경우 전문기관과 전문 인력의 부족으로 평가결과에 대해 수요자의 신뢰도가 낮아지고 있다. 환경위해성 및 독성에 대한 안전성 강화를 위해 전문기관과의 협의 및 심의 체계 확립이 필요하며 올바른 관리를 위한 자재 종류별 최소한의 담당 전문가 배치가 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 급변하는 의료환경에 효과적으로 대처하기 위하여 우리나라 병원들을 대상으로 미국의 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 (The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)모형 중 의료분야 평가모형을 이용하여 우리나라 병원들의 의료품질을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤 볼드리지 국가품질상의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략 계획, 측정${\cdot}$분석, 지식관리, 인적자원 중심, 프로세스 관리, 환자${\cdot}$고객, 시장중심, 결과의 7개 항목을 이용하여 평가 항목들 간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of the UNICAT which builded by KERIS. For the purpose, this study developed three evaluation criteria: searching, customer support, ease of use. The study are examined opinions of librarians in charge of technical services about UNICAT. The result of this study is expected to improve the quality of the UNICAT.

소프트웨어의 품질을 평가하기 위해서는 각 소프트웨어의 특성에 맞는 평가 항목과 평가 기준이 필요하며, 이를 위해서 각 소프트웨어의 특성에 맞는 품질특성을 찾아내어서 검증하고 확인하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 NMS 관리 소프트웨어의 일반적인 품질 특성을 분석하여 국제표준 품질모델인 ISO/IEC 9126을 바탕으로 품질평가 항목을 제시한다.
